What it is and what it costs
Fancentro describes itself in its compliance statement as a marketplace and hosting platform for creator-uploaded content. Fans discover creators, subscribe to profiles for access to their private feeds, send paid messages and spend credits on live streams and one-to-one calls. Creators upload the adult content, and the site hosts it. The privacy notice names Centro Publisher Limited as the party that operates Fancentro.
Joining is free, and what a new account sees at first is limited: the terms say that on account creation the only content made available to fans is previews of content that creators publish. Fuller access comes from a subscription to one creator's profile or from purchases. Creators set their own prices and may sell content outside the subscription for extra payments, so a subscription does not always open a creator's whole library. The terms mention free-trial subscriptions but give no trial length or price, so the offer on the creator's own profile is the place to read those terms before starting one.
Paying and stopping
Billing is the clearest part of the terms. Card payments are processed through third-party internet payment service providers, Centrobill Ltd or Hadsten Ltd. The terms also say how the charge reads: "Centrobill Ltd., Hadsten Ltd, or others (depending on your geographical location) may appear on your credit card, bank statement, or phone bill for all applicable charges." They add that other information may be included on the statement where card association or clearing-house rules require it. The site footer lists CentroBill Ltd with an address in Matawan, New Jersey, and Hadsten Ltd in Paralimni, Cyprus, formerly Eurobill Tech Ltd. Payments are charged in US dollars or euros unless the site allows cryptocurrency.
Subscriptions renew. The terms say subscriptions to a creator's profile renew automatically at the end of each period unless the fan cancels before the renewal date or turns off the Auto-Renew switch on that creator's profile, and that the amount can vary from term to term when the creator changes the price. In October 2026 the terms allowed an administration fee of up to $2.00 when a renewal payment fails, to keep the subscription active until the full fee goes through. A free trial is excluded from the renewal clause, and the pages do not say what a trial renews into or at what price.
Canceling has several doors. A fan can cancel while logged in, under the My Purchases option on the profile, or by email, postal mail, chat or telephone, or through the support center. Access continues to the end of the paid period. The support site carries a billing and cancellations section, a link to cancel or manage memberships and add-ons, and live chat and email on weekdays from 10:00AM to 6:00PM EST.
Credits are the second payment channel. They can be bought on a one-time basis or on a recurring basis, and certain purchases, such as live streams and one-to-one calls, can only be made with credits. The terms put the key line in capitals: credits, fees and other charges are payable in advance and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Promotional credits, which the site may issue for account migration, error fixes or offers, expire at the end of the period given when they are issued.
Refunds are narrow. The terms say payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partly used subscription periods. Where content is removed in exceptional circumstances, a fan may email support and the site may, at its discretion, approve a refund as a credit to the original payment method or the fan wallet, never as cash. Card refund requests must arrive within 120 days of the transaction and are reviewed case by case; gift card or cryptocurrency payments have a 90-day window and are reversed only where technically feasible. Chargebacks are investigated and disputed, a fan may be blocked from purchases during a review, and one judged to be in bad faith can lead to repayment plus any fines charged to Fancentro, or to account suspension.
Account, data and the site's rules
Registration may ask for a valid email address for verification, and the fan chooses a unique screen name and a password. The terms say the site may require information that helps it, or its third-party age verification providers, confirm a fan is over the age of majority, and the privacy notice adds that this can include government-issued photo identification, processed by those providers under their own privacy terms. The privacy notice sets out the data processed for unregistered visitors separately from the extra data kept for registered users. Fans can opt out of marketing email and delete their account at any time; transaction emails continue while the account exists. Email receipts are sent for purchases, and records of charges are not guaranteed beyond 365 days.
Creators face a heavier process. Before uploading anything for sale, a creator verifies identity and age with government photo identification and a color photo holding it, and the same requirements apply to every person who appears in media on the profile. The creator application collects legal name, date of birth, phone number and physical address.
The 2257 statement says Fancentro is not the producer of creator uploads and does not hold the original performer records; those sit with each creator or the creator's designated custodian. It requires that every person in uploaded content is at least 18, has been identified and consented both to appear and to publication, and it names a compliance department in Nicosia. Uploads must also follow a Child Sexual Abuse Material Policy and a policy on content made without consent. Complaints through the Content Removal page are answered within 5 business days, and a third-party audiovisual fingerprinting system, MediaWise, helps block matched clips. The terms carry a separate section for Australian users under that country's Online Safety Act (2021). Cypriot law governs the terms, with courts in Limassol; users in the United States are bound to individual arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules, with no class claims. The footer links terms for users and creators, trust and safety, privacy, DMCA, content removal, 2257, the recommender system, accessibility, EU DSA information and an anti-trafficking statement.
In October 2026 the front page loaded 5 third-party domains, adtng.com, atsptp.com, fan-centro.net, mdhcdn.com and xrcdn.com, over 55 requests, with no ad network named and no redirect elsewhere.
What the membership holds
A subscription opens a creator's profile and private feed. The discovery page invites fans to filter creators by niche and find favorites, and each card shows a follower or subscriber count. Paid creator messaging sells direct messages for a fan payment, and the terms say messages are answered by the creator or an authorized agency representative, never by a chatbot or other automated means. Live streams and one-to-one calls are sold in credits, tips are taken as immediate one-off card payments, and the front page offers a desktop app that runs full screen without a browser bar. Some content carries digital rights management, and purchased content can be downloaded only where the site makes that feature available.
The creator side has its own help center, with articles on tips, earnings, payout methods, minimum payout and tax information. For a fan, the practical point is that a creator's profile is a store with several doors: subscription, paid message, live show, call and tip.
Who it suits
Fancentro suits a fan who wants billing companies named in the terms, a statement wording printed in advance, a My Purchases page plus phone, chat and email for canceling, and a support desk with stated hours. It is a poorer fit for anyone who dislikes prepaid credits, since the terms make them non-refundable and non-transferable, or who expects refunds for an unused part of a month. Free-trial terms are not spelled out on the pages, and US users give up court and class claims. The strength is that the terms say plainly which payment companies bill, how the charge may read and where a subscription is stopped.
