What it is and what it costs
The PUBA Network is a paid video membership. Its home page describes "over 70 exclusive sites, 1,000s of videos and tons of new releases per day", all built around pornstar content. That is the site's own claim, and the pages never name a single one of the 70 sites, so a buyer cannot tell from them which studios or series sit behind the pass.
There is no free tier described. The public pages are the age gate, the home page, the legal and policy pages, and a join form. Everything else sits behind a member login, and the terms say the non-public part of the site can be used only by "a member in good standing".
The entry route is a trial. In October 2026 the join page offered 3 memberships: a 2 Day Membership labeled "Easy Upgrade, Cancel Any Time" at $1.00, a 30 Day Membership with full access for $29.97, and a 12 Month Membership with full access, "billed annually", at $65.00. The terms add that trials come in 2, 5 or 7 day versions and that "trial memberships have limited access to the movies sections", and the pages do not say how much of the library that leaves out.
Paying and stopping
Billing goes through an outside agent. The home page footer sends buyers to Epoch, which it calls "our authorized sales agent". The refund policy says only that the site "reserves the right to contract with a third party to process all payments", and that this party may add its own conditions. Epoch is the one name the pages give.
No statement wording is printed anywhere on the site. The join page promises "Discrete Billing" and stops there, without a descriptor, so what a card or bank statement will show stays unstated.
The core of the billing is the trial rebill. The terms and the refund policy both say that a 2, 5 or 7 day trial "renews at the monthly rate if the subscriber has not cancelled 24 hours prior to the expiration date". A monthly membership renews "if the subscriber has not cancelled 72 hours prior to expiration". The refund policy puts it in capitals as well: "THIS SITE USES AN AUTOMATIC REBILL CYCLE ACCORDING TO THE USER'S SELECTED PAYMENT OPTION." The 12 month plan is labeled "billed annually", but neither the join page nor the terms spell out what happens when that year ends.
The rebill figure is where the pages disagree. In October 2026 the terms stated that a trial renews at a monthly rate of $34.97, while the join page priced the 30 day membership at $29.97. The pages do not explain the gap. A buyer starting with the trial should read the figure on the join form at checkout rather than assume either number.
There is also a failed-payment fee. In October 2026, if a recurring payment did not go through, the refund policy said "an administrative fee of up to $2.00 may be applied in order to keep your subscription active until the full subscription fee can be processed successfully." Reporting a billing error has a deadline: the refund policy treats a charge as accepted if the site is not told within thirty (30) days of it first appearing on a statement.
Cancellation has one stated path: "You may cancel your membership at any time by visiting support.puba.com." The cancel form on the join side asks a member to look up the membership by filling in 2 of 3 fields. Above that form sits a retention message, "Don't CANCEL! We'll lower your monthly charge to something you can't refuse", with a contact link. The offer is optional, and the lookup form is still the route. The refund policy also says a member is personally liable for charges incurred until the membership ends, and that once a cancellation is processed access to the non-public areas stops.
The terms close with a "30-day Money Back Guarantee" heading that sends the reader to the support site for details. Neither the terms nor the refund policy say what that guarantee covers or how to claim it. The page titled Refund Policy actually covers renewals, rebills, billing errors and termination.
Account, data and the site's rules
Joining means filling in an online registration form. The terms require true, current information and a chosen user name and password, and the join form includes a country list and a "Join by Credit Card" step. The terms say the site "may" ask for a birth date on a verifier form and may pass information to a third-party age verification service. The pages do not list exactly which fields the form requires.
The privacy page is short and reads mostly as an account and password section, covering registration data, password confidentiality and access to billing records on request. It does not set out cookies, retention or sharing in any detail, though the home page shows a cookie notice with Accept and Decline buttons.
Account rules are strict on sharing. Membership and passwords cannot be shared or transferred, and a member is responsible for everything done under the login. The terms also set a download limit: "up to 10 gigabytes of data each day, and additionally up to 15 big movies." The governing law is Florida, with venue in the courts of Seminole County.
On age and consent, the home page says "All models were at least 18 years old when they were photographed", and a separate record-keeping statement under 18 U.S.C. 2257 is linked from the footer. That statement lists a long set of outside producers and custodians in several countries, and it carries a copyright line for Puba Inc. The home page itself says "Copyright © 2026 PUBA Network". The pages do not otherwise name an operating company or its location.
A content removal form invites reports and says the team reviews and resolves complaints "within five (5) business days". The terms give a different figure of seven (7) business days for the same job, another small mismatch. The terms also describe a copyright takedown procedure under the DMCA.
In October 2026 the front page loaded 1 third-party domain, jsdelivr.net, made 71 requests in all, named no ad network and did not redirect elsewhere on load.
What the membership holds
The join form summarizes the paid tier in 4 lines: "Exclusive HD Content", "Daily Content Updates", "Mobile & tablet Friendly" and "Full 1080p HD Videos". Those are the site's claims. The home page promises exclusive videos and adds that the network has "what ever type of Adult content you are looking for", without listing any categories, so a reader has no way to judge the mix before joining.
The offer is video, with the daily download cap above, and a full membership opens the movies section that the trial only samples. The pages describe no live cams, no VR section, no app and no fan platform.
The practical limit is thin product detail. The pages name no member sites, no performer lists and no catalog counts beyond the marketing line, so what the 70 sites contain, and how the "tons of new releases" figure breaks down, is left to the member area.
Who it suits and who it does not
The network suits a buyer who wants a very low-cost first step into a video library and is prepared to set a reminder: the stated cutoff is 24 hours before a trial ends and 72 hours before a monthly renewal. It also suits someone who wants a cancellation route with a named address and who notes the 30-day money-back guarantee the terms mention, even though the conditions sit on the support site.
It suits less well a reader who needs to know the statement descriptor beforehand, who wants one clear rebill figure, or who wants to see what the library holds before paying. The trial's rebill figure in the terms and the monthly price on the join page do not match, the annual plan's renewal is not spelled out, and no member sites are listed.
On the plus side, the cancel path is named in 2 places, the renewal cutoffs are stated in hours, and the offer is plain: a short trial, a monthly plan, a yearly plan and Epoch as the stated sales agent.
