What it is and what it costs

XEmpire is a paid studio network: one membership covers a group of sister sites under a single login. Its About page describes "an AVN and Xbiz award winning director studio" offering "star showcases and original series across 4 unique sites", and the front page names them as HardX, the hardcore line, EroticaX, the softer and more sensual one, LesbianX and AllBlackX. The front page's own release list also carries scenes and compilations under a fifth label that the "4 sites" pitch does not count. Behind all of them, the footer says, stands Digigamma B.V. of Haarlem, Netherlands, as owner and operator.

Anyone can browse release titles, dates, DVDs, models and photos. Playing or downloading needs the pass, sold in US dollars as a 3-day trial, 2 separate 30-day plans and a 365-day plan. The terms also allow single-scene and extra-site purchases outside the subscription.

Paying and stopping

The footer of every page carries the billing line. It sends "Billing Inquiries" and cancellations to Segpay, "our authorized payment processor", and names Epoch next to it as "authorized sales agents" without describing Epoch's part. The terms list card, debit card, money order, online check and PayGarden gift cards as payment methods, and a gift-card membership is never rebilled and never refunded. What the charge will be called on a card statement is not printed anywhere on the site.

2 of the plans on the join page in October 2026 shared a length: both were 30-day "Streaming + Downloads" plans, one at $19.95 and one at $29.95, each renewing monthly at its own price. The page gives no reason for the difference. The 3 Day Trial, labeled "Limited Access" with limited streaming and no downloads, cost $2.95 and then recurred at $29.95 every 30 days. The 365-day plan was billed in one payment of $119.40, renewing at the same sum every 12 months. A promo-code box sits under the plans.

Read the trial terms closely. One clause asks members to cancel 48 hours before any renewal; the trial clause says monthly billing starts when the trial ends and continues "unless you cancel before the end of the trial period". On a 3-day trial that leaves 2 deadlines, and the earlier one is the one that protects the buyer. At registration the company may also put a hold for as much as a month's service on the card. After the trial, every plan carries on for new periods of the same length at the original rate until it is stopped.

Stopping it runs through Client Relations, either by the cancellation form on a separate support site that the terms link or by writing to the department, and Segpay is the footer's alternative. The member stays liable for fees until 48 hours after the cancellation is received and acknowledged. No self-service cancel button in the members' area is described.

Refunds follow the login. Once it has been used, the refund page says, fees stay paid; non-use is no ground and partial months get nothing. The terms leave any refund to the company's sole discretion, paid back to the original payment method within 10 days of contact with Client Relations and never in cash or by check. The one refund written in is pro-rated, owed when the company bans a member for going over the daily download limit.

In October 2026 the terms also allowed "an administrative fee of up to $2" after a failed renewal and a retry of a declined card within 7 days, and they treat a fee change as accepted if the member has not canceled within 30 days.

Account, data and the site's rules

The join page is a 2-step form. Step 1 asks for an email and a password of 8-32 characters that must include a digit, an uppercase and a lowercase letter and a special character, along with consent to promotional email and a box for the terms and privacy policy; step 2 is the plan. Selling, transferring or sharing the account, or using another member's login, is forbidden.

A February 25, 2026 privacy policy puts 3 companies behind the site: Gamma Entertainment Inc., Gamma Billing Inc. and Digigamma B.V. Identity or age verification, where it applies, may collect "mathematical or geometric representations of your face", processed by outside providers listed as VerifyMy and Incode. Payment details go to the processors, data is kept for business, billing and compliance needs, and Google Analytics, cookies and email web beacons are described. Unsubscribing from promotional email can take up to fourteen (14) days.

The terms, dated March 24, 2026, call DigiGamma B.V. in Haarlem the portal's operator and require individual arbitration of disputes. They confine each membership to a territory, with the right to disable one bought or used outside it, and run a complaint process with zero tolerance for abuse and exploitation. The 2257 statement says all persons in sexually explicit depictions were over 18, exempts depictions made before July 3, 1995, and gives a Montreal address at Gamma Entertainment Inc. as the records location.

A load of the front page in October 2026 pulled in 9 third-party domains, among them algolia.net, gammacdn.com, google-analytics.com, googletagmanager.com, izooto.com and trackjs.com, made 124 requests, named no ad network and did not redirect elsewhere on load.

What the membership holds

The front page promises "New Exclusive Releases Every Week" and "Fresh 4K scenes added weekly". In October 2026 its latest list ran from 2026-08-08 to 2026-09-30 across the sister labels, and the upcoming list reached 2026-10-24. Counts and quality claims vary by block: one says "2,000+ Premium Videos", another "Access Over 1,700 Videos"; the highlights say "Unlimited 4K Streaming & Downloads", while the member benefits list says "1080p HD Streaming & Downloading" along with "Thousands of sexy pornstar pics" and 24/7 customer and technical support. The join cards, for their part, print "Unlimited No downloads" under a "Streaming + Downloads" heading.

Downloads that do happen are capped at 300 GB a day, past which an account can be suspended. Besides the scenes, the site sells DVDs and keeps DVD-style compilations per label. The terms add pay-per-clip scenes and pay-per-site access, both one-time charges with lifetime access and no rebill.

Who it suits and who it does not

XEmpire suits a buyer who wants several studio labels under one login, likes a named operator and a written records address, and will cancel well ahead of the 48-hour line. Pay-per-clip is there for a buyer after a single scene with no rebill behind it.

It suits less well a reader who needs to know the statement wording in advance, wants to cancel from inside the account, or expects a refund after logging in. The page counts, the resolution claims and the download wording disagree with one another, and 2 monthly prices sit side by side unexplained. Its strength is a clear multi-label structure, a named Dutch company and an explicit renewal rule in the terms.
