What it is and what it costs

ImLive is a live video chat site. Its customer support page calls it "the world's largest and most popular live webcam arena", with "more than 62 million registered Members and more than 80,000 amateur webcam Hosts broadcasting live from their homes 24/7". Those are the site's own claims. The performers are called Hosts and the viewers are Guests, and the site presents itself, in the terms, as acting for the community of Hosts rather than as the seller of each show.

Registration is free, and the terms say the company charges Guests no basic fee to use the site. What costs money is time with a Host: the terms say Hosts may charge for Host Services and other features, under a Host-Guest Agreement, and that the rates are generally described on the site where a guest enters a paying service. Spending happens in ImLive Credits, a virtual item the terms describe in some detail. In October 2026 the join box offered "UP TO 40 FREE CREDITS" on sign-up. The Host FAQ, written for people thinking of broadcasting, gives a per-minute price range of 0.98 to 14.90 without naming a unit, depending on the Host's category, the rate the Host chooses, seniority and member ratings. The pages give no price for a credit package.

Paying and stopping

The durable facts come first. The terms say credit card charges are processed by third-party processors, and name CCBill and SegPay. They also say a charge will appear on the credit statement under the name of whichever company is processing the account, and they link each processor's own terms and conditions, which the buyer accepts by paying through them. The statement names given in the terms are CCbill.com or CCBilleu.com for the first and SegPay.com for the second. The terms add that a bank may charge its own service fee, and that the card issuer's agreement, not the site's terms, governs the cardholder's rights.

The terms describe credits as a virtual item, bought and then spent. The pages describe no plan with a renewal date. The company may accumulate a guest's charges, and a page in the account area shows the components of the accumulated total. One more route exists: cryptocurrency purchases go through a third-party provider named in the terms as ForumPay, which processes the payment and may charge its own service fee, plus blockchain gas fees. Credits bought that way come as the pro-rata equivalent of the chosen package, and the terms say no additional bonus credits are given for crypto purchases.

Refunds need care, because two pages word them differently. The refund policy page says ImLive is prepared to issue a refund to the credit card for unspent transactions in the account that were purchased within the last 30 days. It also warns that requesting a refund directly from the card company or the billing processors may result in the account being terminated with immediate effect. The terms, for their part, call the basic policy not to arrange refunds from Hosts to Guests unless specific extraordinary circumstances apply. A guest who thinks such circumstances exist is told to email support and explain. The pages do not say how the two statements fit together, so a buyer with unspent credits should ask support which applies. Where a refund is given, it may come as ImLive Credit or Treat Credit, and no refund is made by cash or check or as free services. A refund in one case sets no precedent for another. A Host Discount Club registration is not refunded if the Host leaves the site. The terms also say that when a purchase begins immediate performance, the buyer asks for it and agrees that a statutory right of withdrawal is waived once performance has begun, without affecting mandatory rights if something is defective. Credits are never redeemable for real money.

Chargebacks are handled in their own paragraph. The terms say the company investigates all chargebacks and that unjustified requests to a card provider or crypto provider are prohibited. Excessive or potentially fraudulent requests are reviewed, and purchases may be blocked during the review. If a request is found to be fraudulent or made in bad faith, the account, and any future account, can be suspended or terminated. A buyer who has a billing problem should therefore go to support first.

A guest account can be canceled at any time from the account preferences page, according to the terms, with a reminder that the guest stays liable for all payments due on the account and for liabilities under the terms. The company can end an account itself, and if the service stops, all guest accounts end at once.

Account, data and the site's rules

Signing up needs a valid email address, a username and a password, or a Google or X account, and the join box states that clicking Join Free confirms the terms and privacy policy. The terms say a registered member agrees to receive commercial emails about the services and products of the site and its partners, and that the company can ask for more information before giving access to certain features. A guest certifies being at least 18, and old enough to be bound by a contract where the local age is higher. The terms also state that the site uses third-party analytics and measurement tools, including Microsoft Clarity, and the terms were last revised on July 6, 2026. Changes can be made without notice.

The operator is IML S.L.U., a company organized under the laws of the Principality of Andorra, with its principal office in La Massana, Andorra. The footer of the host pages links a privacy policy, a hosts data privacy notice, an anti-spam policy, a content complaints page, a 2257 compliance statement and a DMCA notice. The terms require Hosts to keep identification records for anyone appearing in content and point to the 2257 statement. The 2257 statement says the performers in sexually explicit depictions were 18 or older and that the records are kept at the offices of I.M.L. SLU in La Massana. The Host FAQ says Hosts supply photo identification for age verification, though not for every Host category.

The privacy policy, last revised January 6, 2026, says registration collects an email address, a username and a password, that uploaded identification documents are stored to identify customers or comply with the law, and that usage data is gathered for analytics. It says third parties may use tracking technologies on the site, and that Microsoft Clarity collects interaction data in aggregated form. A request to delete personal information goes by email to the data protection address, and the policy notes that deletion might mean the guest can no longer use the service.

Content rules are listed in the terms: a ban on content promoting criminal acts, hate speech, bullying and doxing, threats, copyright infringement, misinformation and spam or malware, and a stated zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, reported to the authorities. Moderation uses automated, semi-automated or human review, and the terms admit not every piece of prohibited content will be caught. Users and Hosts can report content through a report button, the customer service live chat or email, and the company says it reviews reports and removes content that breaks the terms. Customer service says agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and email gets a response.

In October 2026 the front page loaded 9 third-party domains (amazonaws.com, clarity.ms, google-analytics.com, google.com, googleapis.com, googletagmanager.com, gstatic.com, imlmediahub.com and wlmediahub.com) over 129 requests, named no ad network and did not redirect elsewhere.

What the membership holds

The support page lists what ImLive offers: free live chats, 1-on-1 private chats, Candy Show Live performances, themed monthly Parties and Host videos under the name ImLive PC. In a video chat room, the page says, the guest communicates directly with the Host. No webcam is needed to video chat, and a guest who owns one does not have to switch it on. The page says Hosts broadcast by webcam or mobile.

Money moves in credits, and Hosts can also offer a Discount Club to guests. The terms describe campaign offers with bonus credits, which apply to online purchases and to ImLive credits only, can require authenticating documentation, and can be changed or canceled by the site at any time. A customer support center sorts help into Welcome to ImLive, Credits and Purchases, ImLive Features and Technical Help.

Who it suits

ImLive suits a viewer who wants to pay per minute on a card and see which processor will appear on the statement, since the terms name CCBill and SegPay and give the statement names CCbill.com, CCBilleu.com and SegPay.com. It also suits someone who prefers crypto as a payment route, and someone who wants to try free chats on a free account before spending any credits.

The caveats are in the money terms. The basic refund policy is restrictive, and a refund may come as site credit. The refund policy page offers a refund of unspent purchases from the last 30 days, but the terms say refunds are not generally arranged. A chargeback treated as unjustified can end the account and any later one, and the right of withdrawal is waived once a purchase begins. The pages give no credit package prices to compare in advance.

The strength is the plain structure: free registration, charges only for time with a Host, named payment processors with their statement names printed, and customer service described as available 24 hours a day.
