What it is and what it costs
SoulCams is a live webcam site. The performers, whom the terms call Adult Service Providers, run shows and chats, and visitors watch and talk with them. The terms divide the service into a free part and a paid part. Text chat with dressed performers is free. The full-feature service, which the terms say includes performers in nude shows and private shows, begins when a user presses the "Start Show" button. From that point the user stays in a video chat room in private mode, and purchased tokens are used up on a per-second basis.
That makes SoulCams a pay-as-you-go credit service rather than a subscription site. Tokens are bought in packages, they sit on the account as a token balance, and the balance is spent as shows run. The terms define the token balance as the amount that appears on a member's account once the site's payment processors have handled a payment. A fan club program for individual performers exists on top of that, and it is paid out of the same balance rather than charged separately to a card.
The pages give no token prices. The terms say only that the price payable for a token package depends on the physical location where the account was created, that the displayed price includes all currency and transaction costs, and that the site reserves the right to round prices and to change them when exchange rates move. A price quoted to a buyer in one country is therefore not necessarily the price someone in another country pays.
Paying and stopping
The durable facts come first. Segpay is the payment processor named on the billing support page, and that page gives the statement line: "The charge(s) will appear on your credit card statement as payment to SegpayEU.com*FLSMEDIA". It tells a customer with a billing question to contact Segpay's customer service department before the bank or card company. The terms add that questions about transactions made through different payment providers go to the provider in question, and the site's contact page lists the Billing Support page for billing matters.
The terms describe purchases of token packages and do not describe a card plan that bills on a schedule. The one recurring item they discuss is the fan club. When a member subscribes to a performer's fan club, the fee is deducted from the token balance. The terms state that the system will not renew a fan club membership on its own: the member can renew it manually, and only after the 30 days have passed. The fee always comes out of the token balance. For someone worried about a forgotten rebill, the pages describe no plan that charges a card on a schedule.
The Quickbuy option lets a member top up the token balance immediately and manually during a private show. It is a deliberate click.
A new customer may receive a one-time special bonus after the first token package purchase, and the terms specify that a new account registration by an existing user does not count as a new user. Members can also regularly get packages with bonus tokens.
Refunds are the part to read slowly. By registering and accepting the agreement, the user expressly consents to the supply of services during the withdrawal period and acknowledges losing any withdrawal or cancellation right, a consent the terms tie to the EU Directive on Consumer Rights (2011/83/EC) of 25 October 2011. Once a user has begun to consume a purchased token package, no refund or cancellation request is accepted. Some refunds remain possible under stated conditions: tokens lost because of a malfunction of the site, or a performer in the Nude Only part of the site who totally and explicitly refuses to provide the erotic content that section promises. If some content was provided, the site assesses the claim and decides whether compensation is due. The terms add that performers in the non-nude categories, such as Flirt and Talk only, choose how much erotic content a private show contains, but may not make promises they then fail to keep.
The processors set the mechanics. Only the amount originally paid can be refunded, so a partial refund of a token package is not possible. Where only part of a package has been spent, the terms say the remedy may be restoring tokens to the account, and that no payment refund will be possible in that case. Refunds that are granted go back through the payment method used for the purchase, the matching tokens are deducted from the balance, and some payment methods cannot be refunded at all for technical reasons.
The refund policy page adds the route: refund requests must be sent by email through the Support Contact form and should clearly state the reason. It repeats that only entire token packages can be refunded, and it warns that asking the card company or the billing processors for a refund directly may lead to the account being terminated with immediate effect.
Closing an account is a plain process. The member emails the support address from the registered email address, and the site sends a confirmation once the account is closed. Closing unsubscribes the member from all emails and notifications. A positive token balance is not refunded unless the member specifically asks, and the terms repeat that only entire token packages can be refunded, so a balance smaller than the last purchased package cannot be refunded. The terms also say subscribers can unsubscribe at any time by contacting the support team.
Account, data and the site's rules
The terms define a guest as a visitor who enters without registering and a member as one who signs up, and the home page says visitors may watch live streams for free. The services are for people over 18, or 21 in some regions. A member declares the country of residence given in the sign-up form and must report a change of residence within 24 hours by email. Visitors from countries where age verification is in force must complete an age-verification process, and until they do they cannot reach any content at all. The terms say the site uses a third-party company, TantumIdent, for that age verification.
The privacy policy for viewers and customers was updated on August 31, 2026, the same day as the terms. It says the site collects information from third parties such as partners and service providers, deals with partner ad networks that may report back on a visitor's interactions, and also runs an ad network and promotional tools of its own. Publicly available information, such as social media posts, is collected only to prevent fraud, and the policy says it is never used for anything else. Support runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Data may leave the European Economic Area for group companies or processors in the US, under the Standard Contractual Clauses the policy cites. Members have rights of access, correction and erasure, and a request for erasure leads to closing the account.
In free chat other users can see a member's username and messages, and comments posted on a performer's profile can show up in search engine results.
On the rules side, the terms ban spam and offensive or deceptive usernames, forbid copying or republishing the site's content, and let the site terminate an account on breach without any token compensation. Fraud investigations may draw on browser history and IP and email addresses. The footer of every page says the site is owned and operated by Fluffy Stone Media GmbH, and the terms and the complaints policy describe the operator as a private limited liability company registered in Germany under the number HRB 43682. Complaints go to a support email address or by postal letter, and the contact page links forms for content removal, DMCA requests and content reports.
An anti-slavery and anti-trafficking statement, updated on February 3, 2025, describes performer onboarding: identity documents are examined and cross-referenced against the legal name tied to the payment method, and payments go directly to the performer. It says uploaded media is monitored, content that passes an initial review is assessed manually by human moderators within 24 hours, and the platform does not use end-to-end encryption, so reviewers can see everything.
In October 2026 the front page loaded 2 third-party domains, mjedge.net and posthog.com, made 113 requests, named no ad network and did not redirect elsewhere.
What the membership holds
The product is the live show. A member gets free text chat with dressed performers, private shows billed per second in tokens, and voice communication in private chat, which the terms describe as writing or even talking face to face with a performer. Performers pick a category, and the terms name Nude Only along with Flirt and Talk only; the site publishes a separate category and characteristics page that explains the system.
Fan clubs are the second layer: a fee paid in tokens, with renewal a manual step available only after 30 days.
The home page adds the rest of the offer in its own words. Besides live streams there is user-submitted content, videos and photos that are either free or paid. Viewers can tip to control a performer's Lovense interactive toy, cam to cam is available during private shows, and the site runs model contests in which viewers back a performer for cash prizes. The help center says private shows come as group privates with several members or as 1on1 shows with one member. The pages state no video resolution and name no app, and what is live at any moment depends on who is online.
Who it suits
SoulCams suits a buyer who prefers to hold a prepaid balance rather than sign up for something that rebills. The fan club cannot renew itself, a top-up is a click made during a show, and closing the account is an email from the registered address. It also suits someone who wants to try the free text chat before spending anything.
It is a weaker fit for a buyer who needs refunds to be easy. The refund terms are narrow, a partly used package comes back as tokens rather than money, and the right of withdrawal is waived at registration. The pages give no token prices, and the price depends on the country where the account was created. Residents of countries with age-verification rules must complete that step before seeing anything.
The strength is clarity about spending. Tokens are used per second, the fan club does not renew on its own, and the statement line is printed on the billing support page.
