What it is and what it costs
SweetheartsLive is a live cam site whose footer carries the copyright of International Media Company B.V. of Uitgeest, Netherlands. A visitor opens a free account, buys credits in packages and spends them on time with performers and on extras such as tips, stickers and recordings. The FAQ is blunt about the membership: the account is 100% free of charge, can be used for the rest of a member's life, and carries no monthly fee.
The pages describe no recurring charge of any kind. The cost of using it is whatever a member decides to load into the wallet and spend, and the per-minute rates of the chat modes are listed in the FAQ in credits. The pages do not print what a credit costs in a currency or what the packages cost, so a reader sees the rates in credits only.
The site also runs a free tier of sorts: public rooms, a free events schedule and free private messages with performers. Guests can look at room pages, but chat in public rooms is muted for visitors who have not registered.
Paying and stopping
The pages name 3 payment agents in one sentence: a visitor is told to visit VXSBill, Epoch.com or Segpay.com, described as the site's authorized sales agents. The footer also links billing support pages for Epoch and for Segpay. The pages do not say which of the 3 bills a given purchase, whether the choice depends on country or card, or what company name a charge carries.
No statement descriptor is printed on any of the pages, so there is nothing to quote about how a charge appears on a card statement. A buyer who wants to recognize the line in advance cannot do so from the site.
Credits are bought through an Add credits link at the top of the site, where a member picks a package and processes the payment. In October 2026 the smaller packages, called the 25 credit package and the 50 credits package, could be added from inside a chat room by choosing Credits, picking a package and confirming. The balance shows at the top right of the page and in the account overview.
There is no plan to cancel, because there is no plan. The FAQ says that a member who wants to close the account, even though it is free of charge, should contact the support department by email. The pages state no refund policy for credits. Two statements touch refunds: purchased recordings are not refundable, and credits reserved for a pre-paid VIP session are refunded automatically if the performer does not accept the request or does not respond before the time passes.
In October 2026 the FAQ listed these default rates. A premium group chat room costs 1 credit per minute. A private chat costs 2 credits per minute by default, and the performer can change that rate, with other members able to peek into the show for 1 credit per minute. A VIP one-on-one session costs 3 credits per minute by default, also adjustable by the performer, and nobody else can peek in. Cam to cam is described as free inside VIP and private chat. Stickers, GIFs and selfies sent to a performer are priced in credits as well.
The FAQ also offers a prevention note: set a spending limit and a time limit before going online.
Account, data and the site's rules
Registration is free and, on the sign-up form, asks for an email address, a chat name and a password. The pages disagree about the card. The FAQ says joining takes a functional email, a valid credit card and a username and password. The login page says a card is not needed and nothing is charged for creating an account. The sign-up form resolves it in part. In October 2026 it offered to add 5 free credits instantly, with a credit card step named in brackets beside the option, and the home page repeated the offer of 5 free credits. The login page words a starter as 5 minutes of free private premium chat time. The pages tie the free starter to the card step and say the account itself needs no card.
The FAQ treats a member who has ever bought credits as a special case: performers can switch a room to admit only such members, and they enter those rooms for free. A birth date can be added to the profile and can only be set once.
An age gate greets every visitor with a long statement that the visitor is at least 18 and agrees to the terms, and a cookie consent notice sits beside it. The footer links a Terms and Conditions page and a Privacy Policy, and the FAQ itself does not describe how personal data is handled. The record-keeping statement in the footer says all persons depicted were over the age of 18 at the time they were photographed or filmed.
The behavior rules are in the FAQ. Harassing or threatening models is not tolerated, with enforcement promised. Contact with performers outside the platform is not allowed and leads to removal. Images saved from a show and purchased recordings are for private use only, and members may not make their own recordings of performers. The operator reserves the right to refuse or close any account without notice. Recordings remain the property of the site and the copyright owners, and buying one does not give the member rights to the video. The site may remove a recording on a performer's request or after long inactivity.
In October 2026 the front page loaded 7 third-party domains, among them cloudflare.com, google-analytics.com and googletagmanager.com, made 168 requests, named no ad network and did not redirect elsewhere on load.
What the membership or free tier holds
According to the page footer, the library stands at 2121 cam models, 4387 live cam recordings, 21084 premium XXX videos and 26941 custom clips, and other pages show slightly different counts. These are the site's own figures.
Inside a room, a member can chat publicly or switch to whisper mode so that only the performer sees the message. Tipping can be done directly with amounts of the member's choice, indirectly through a performer's profile when she is offline, or anonymously from a preview page. The FAQ describes a Make it Rain feature that lets a member "select up to 5 girls that use an interactive toy" and watch them on one page. A gift shop and performer wish lists take credits too, and a Top Tips board gives bonuses to the performers who receive the biggest tips, and to the members who sent them.
Performer profiles hold biography text, photos, a schedule, comments and badges that the FAQ says have no financial value. Private messages with performers are free of charge. Notification emails go out when a followed performer goes live. Pre-paid VIP sessions can be requested from a profile, with the price shown after the request button is pressed.
Recordings are parts of shows saved by performers, bought with credits and kept in the member's profile under Bought Recordings. The footer also counts custom clips. The FAQ also lists small credit games, among them a wheel, a dice roll and scratch cards.
Who it suits and who it does not
This suits a viewer who prefers loading a wallet to signing a subscription and wants rates stated in credits before spending them. The pages describe no recurring charge to forget.
It suits less well a buyer who wants a named statement descriptor, a single stated processor or a written refund promise for credits. The pages give 3 agents without a split, print no descriptor, and say nothing about refunds beyond recordings and reserved sessions. The card question at sign-up is also worded two ways, so it is worth reading the form closely before typing a card number.
The strength is the absence of a monthly fee. The account is free, the credit rates are written out per minute in the FAQ, and closing the account is a single email.
