What it is and what it costs

HOMO.XXX is a free gay video tube. The home page describes it as "gay porn tube" and adds the claim "We stream only HD quality videos!", which is the site's own statement. Watching costs nothing and sits behind no paywall on any page, and the terms speak of "registered and unregistered users", so an account is not a condition of viewing.

The menu has New, Trending, a third tab labeled "the best", Categories, Pornstars, Channels, Favorites and History, plus 2 outbound items, one for male cams and one for generated porn. Those 2 lead to services the site's pages never describe: no price, no operator and no billing terms for either are given.

The terms touch money only to reserve rights. Section 9 says the site "reserves the right to charge for" its services and to change its fees from time to time, and that if the site ends your access for a breach you are not entitled to a refund of "any unused portion of subscription fees". No page names a fee, a subscription, a trial or a plan. The clause reads as standard wording, and nothing on the pages is offered for sale.

Paying and stopping

On the pages themselves there is nothing to pay for, so the usual billing questions have short answers. No payment processor is named, no statement descriptor is printed, nothing renews and there is no cancellation procedure to describe.

The privacy policy is the one place payment language appears. It is long, generic text last updated July 16th, 2018, and it was written for a wider set of services than this tube shows. It mentions "related mobile applications" and "services you sign up for, such as subscriptions", and it lists credit card and debit card details among the kinds of personal data it covers. A section on third-party payment processors says transactions are subject to the processors' own privacy policies. The site itself, as its pages show it, offers no app and no subscription, so those passages describe boilerplate, not features.

Payment and cancellation questions get one indirect answer, on the copyright page. Its designated agent is an attorney at a private law firm who handles copyright notices and nothing else, and the page warns that "customer service inquiries, payment questions, and cancellation requests will not receive a response" at that address; such messages belong with the site's customer service department. No page gives that department a separate address, though the footer carries a Contact link.

Ending a relationship with the site is about accounts and data. The terms let the operator remove content and terminate a user's access without prior notice. For data, the policy says you can write to ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, and that the site will respond within 1 month, though a complicated request can take longer. A copy costs nothing unless a request is "clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive", when a reasonable fee may be charged. Complaints about data go to a data protection officer and are answered within 30 days.

Account, data and the site's rules

An account asks very little. The policy lists an email address, a username and, "if you add one", a photograph for the profile page. The site assigns each account a unique ID number that recognizes you across devices. Signing up for membership "may also mean you need to provide other details", the policy adds, without saying which. It also says the site will not collect special categories of data, sexual orientation among them, unless you choose to provide it, a point that matters on a gay site.

The cookie side is spelled out more than most. The site says it collects an IP address, device identifiers, an advertising ID and browsing history, and uses "personalized online advertising": "We may also share online data collected through cookies and similar technology with our advertising partners." The policy describes retargeting, where adverts follow you to other sites, and says the advertising techniques do not use your name, email, postal address or phone number. It sorts its cookies into 4 types, essential, performance, functionality and advertising, and names the Google Analytics cookie among the performance ones. You can opt out of marketing analysis by email, withdraw consent by clearing cookies, and manage advertising cookies through a third-party choices site. Pages open with a cookie notice.

Age and content rules are plainer. Users must be at least 18, or older where the age of majority is higher. If the site cancels an underage registration, the policy says it may keep the email and IP address to stop a new account. Section 8 of the terms sets a zero tolerance policy for illegal content, lists the material it bars, and says the site cooperates with government agencies. Uploaders must hold written documentation confirming everyone in a submission is over 18 and have each person's written release, and they grant the site a worldwide, non-exclusive license to the upload, which ends when they remove it. The terms also let the site reuse submissions on other websites it owns or has an agreement with. The 2257 page says the site "is not a producer (primary or secondary)" of the content, sends anyone needing records to the site where it was produced, and admits that its compliance effort "may not be 100% accurate". Every video has a "flag as inappropriate" link, and flagged content is removed "without delay". The copyright agent is named as DMCA Now LLC in Lake Worth, Florida, and counter-notifications lead to restoration within 10-14 days unless a court action is filed. The pages name no operator, and the footer says only "All rights reserved - HOMO.XXX".

In October 2026 the front page loaded 11 third-party domains, among them Google and Cloudflare services and yadro.ru, with ExoClick the one ad network named and no redirect elsewhere on load.

What the free site holds

The home page is built from Trending Videos and New Videos rows, a "The Best Gay Videos" row, a popular channels strip and a row of active performers. The category index carries a video count beside each entry, such as 37134 for Caucasian, 31847 for M+M, 15417 for Muscular and 6198 for Amateur, and it can be sorted by name, favorites or video count. Channels are the studios behind the videos, sortable by rank, favorites, name, video count or last update, and a studio channel such as Falcon Studios lists its sub-labels above its videos. The Pornstars index is sorted by rating, with an A to Z jump and a video count beside each name. Favorites and History tabs sit in the menu.

The terms also describe an Embeddable Player that anyone may place on a personal, non-commercial site, provided a prominent link back to the tube stays on the page. The site reserves the right to discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Who it suits

HOMO.XXX suits a viewer who wants a large free gay library without paying or signing up, and who is content to be tracked for advertising. An account gives a profile page and asks for little. The limits are real: the privacy policy is dated 2018 and written for services the site does not show, the pages name no operator and give no billing contact, and the ad model rests on cookies shared with partners. The strength is volume and a plain statement that nothing here is behind a paywall.
