What it is and what it costs

Nonk Tube is a free video tube. The site describes its videos as "entirely free" and "always updating them every day", both claims of its own, and says it holds "a huge range of free porn videos that you can download or stream". Browsing is free, and nothing on the pages says a viewer must register to watch. The pages list no price, no plan, no trial and no token pack.

The terms still leave room for money. The section of the terms on purchases and subscriptions says the website "may offer subscriptions, premium services, advertising services, creator tools, digital products, or other paid features". That is a permission clause, not a product list: no page names a paid extra, so a viewer cannot tell from the site what, if anything, is for sale or at what price. A Privacy Policy link sits in the footer, and the terms list a Privacy Requests contact address.

Paying and stopping

Because the site names nothing to buy, the billing story is a set of routes and clauses rather than a plan ladder. Billing support points to Segpay. The safety page lists "Billing & Subscription Support" with an email address, a billing-support page on the site and a Segpay support address, and the complaints page lists the same Segpay address under Billing Support. That page also says content found to break the law or its consent rules may be reported to Segpay and to law enforcement where the law requires it. The 2257 page adds a general line that "billing and payment processing services may be provided by authorized third-party payment processors and/or merchants of record". The pages do not state how a charge would appear on a card or bank statement.

Renewal is covered by one conditional line: purchases "may renew automatically where disclosed". With no purchase described, the pages disclose no renewal term, no trial that converts into a charge and no rebill amount. No cancellation procedure is written out, beyond the billing-support contacts.

Refunds get 2 sentences. Section 9 of the terms says "Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis", and it adds that fraudulent chargebacks, payment abuse or manipulation of billing systems may lead to account restrictions or permanent bans. So there is no stated refund window and no promise of one; a refund is a request that is reviewed.

For ending your account, the terms let the operator suspend, restrict, terminate or permanently ban accounts and end access at any time, with or without notice, for rule violations, fraud prevention, security or legal reasons. The terms list privacy requests among their contact addresses but describe no self-service account deletion.

Account, data and the site's rules

The terms require users to be at least 18, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher, and to keep minors away from the site. The menu shows Login and Register, the sign-up form asks for a username, an email address and a password, and a lost password is reset by a link sent to the email on the profile. The terms say "Certain features may require registration" and make you responsible for your credentials and everything done under your account. The pages do not list which features those are. Users may be asked to confirm their age, and "in jurisdictions where enhanced age verification requirements apply, third-party age verification technologies or providers may be used."

The operator is named. The terms say the site and related services are operated by CMS Data Solutions LLC. The 2257 statement gives a custodian of records at "CMS Data Solutions Group LLC", at an address in Oro Valley, United States, with a phone number and an email contact, so the 2 company names differ slightly as the pages word them. The complaints page lists the website operator as NonkTube Compliance. The footer copyright reads 2008-2024, while the terms and the safety page say Last Updated May 27 2026.

Content rules are laid out in some detail. Providers, studios, creators and uploaders must confirm that all performers were at least 18, that valid government-issued identification was confirmed, that records are kept where applicable and that performers consented. The site says content may be reviewed using automated screening tools, metadata analysis and manual review, that automated systems "do not replace human review where required", and that it prohibits search terms and tags that point to prohibited themes. The prohibited list in the terms also covers content that breaks card brand requirements. The complaints page says the site aims to respond within 7 business days. If valid consent cannot be established, the content is removed, and where consent is disputed the matter may be referred to an independent neutral body for review at the site's expense. A removal form on the complaints page is marked "coming soon", and the contact page says the site is being updated and asks for a few days for a reply. The DMCA page asks a rights holder for direct links, a full legal name and a signature, includes a counter-notification route, and says every report is reviewed by the compliance and moderation teams. Knowingly false complaints, the complaints page warns, can lead to restricted access. The terms say they are governed by "the laws applicable to CMS Data Solutions LLC" without naming a country.

Uploads carry terms of their own. Section 4 says contributors keep ownership but grant the company a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license to host, distribute, promote and monetize the content. The terms also bar bots, scrapers, attempts to get around security or moderation, and manipulation of metadata or search. They say the company may act as a hosting and distribution platform for third-party material and does not produce all of it, which fits the 2257 page's list of studios, channels and licensors as content providers.

In October 2026 the front page loaded 9 third-party domains, among them Cloudflare, Google and jsDelivr services, with ExoClick the one ad network named and no redirect elsewhere on load.

What the free tier holds

The home page opens on a list of the newest uploads with filters for Popular, Most viewed and Longest, an HD toggle, time windows (last week, month, year) and short, medium and long length. Each clip shows a runtime, a view count and a percentage score. Menu sections are Home, Actors, Categories, Tags and a PornStar Tube link, beside outbound links that the pages do not describe.

The category page gives a video count for each entry, such as Hardcore at 86.94K and Blowjobs at 38.52K, and can be sorted by title, date added or count. The tag index adds studio and style tags with counts of their own. The FAQ page is 3 questions long and sends copyright holders who want a video removed to the DMCA page. The site says it works on any modern mobile device and tablet, that its videos carry the RTA label, and that "All performers on this site are over 18 years old!" A block of friend-site links closes the page.

Who it suits

Nonk Tube suits a viewer who wants a large free library with no card, and who likes seeing a named operator, a named 2257 custodian and a stated 7-business-day complaint target. The caveats are that the paid side is described only in general terms, the refund policy is case by case with no window, the pages do not say which features need registration, and some pages (the contact and removal form) read as unfinished. The strength is the paper trail: company name, custodian, billing routes and complaint process are all in writing.
