What it is and what it costs

OurShemales is a trans video tube that asks nothing of a viewer's wallet. The home page title reads "Shemale Porn Tube, Shemale Sex, Sexy Shemales at Our Shemales", and the DMCA page calls the site "a video sharing service offering features including, but not limited to uploading, sharing and general viewing of adult content". What sets its paperwork apart is a stand-alone 2257 statement saying the site "does not produce any content that appears on this website" and that "all content is sourced from third-party providers", which frames everything else: OurShemales presents itself as a host and index, not a studio.

There is nothing to buy on its own pages. The terms, privacy policy, FAQ, trust page, 2257 statement and contact page hold no membership, no price, no trial and no checkout. The business side shows only in the contact form's Advertising, Webmasters inquiries and Channels system subjects and in a Content Partnership link in the footer of several pages, all aimed at companies rather than viewers. A promo row of 4 links tops every page: Live Sex, TikTokPorn, Full Videos and a fourth carrying an AI label.

Paying and stopping

The money questions have one answer here: no charge originates with OurShemales. The site names no payment processor, prints no statement descriptor, sells no plan that could renew, offers no trial that could convert and has no refund policy because there is no sale. The terms contain no payment clause of any kind.

The promo row is where that changes. Those 4 links lead to offers OurShemales does not describe, so their price, renewal and cancellation terms are set by whoever runs them, and nothing in the OurShemales terms or privacy policy would apply to a purchase made there.

Leaving the site is a data question rather than a billing one. The terms reserve the right to end any user's access "without cause or notice", with the possible loss of everything tied to the account. The privacy policy, written to the GDPR, lets a person ask for a copy of the personal data held, the purposes, the recipients, the retention period and the source, and then ask for corrections or erasure; requests go by email and the site checks identity before acting. Account, data and the site's rules

A viewer is asked for no card and no ID. In October 2026 the OurShemales front page loaded 7 third-party domains over 165 requests, googletagmanager.com, google-analytics.com and cloudflareinsights.com among them; no ad network was named, and the page stayed on its own domain.

What the free tier holds

Every clip is free. The front page opens on a Popular feed of runtimes, viewer percentage scores and upload ages, with a strip of category links above it and a separate Newest page where, in October 2026, the latest clips were hours old. The categories index runs over 2 pages with a clip count beside each label, among them 57.8k Cute, 56.1k Masturbation, 50.5k Webcams, 49.4k Amateur and 45.1k Anal, alongside smaller groups such as 2.1k Vintage and 828 Animated. A Watch Later list sits in the main menu, and the footer links a parental-control page that names filtering tools for households that want the site blocked.

Who it suits

OurShemales fits a viewer who wants a large free trans library with no card, trial or renewal attached, and who reads a 2257 page before trusting a tube's sourcing. Its paperwork is candid that clips come from third-party providers and that records sit with them. The drawbacks are concrete: no company is named, the compliance address is missing from the 2257 page, the privacy policy gives no retention period in months, and the 4 promo links lead to offers with no terms here. The strength is a free tube whose upload checks and complaint routes are written out in full.
