What it is and what it costs

My Free Pornstars is a free picture-gallery site, not a video tube in the usual sense. Its masthead describes "Picture galleries of famous pornstars and porn actresses in their newest XXX scenes from the most popular adult websites", and a counter under it reads "As of day 12 April 2026 @ 11:53 pm we have 1,732 pornstars in 4,893 galleries from 60 premium porn sites." That tally is the site's own, printed in the header of every page, and the front page description promises "Daily updates from popular porn sites".

Nothing on the site is for sale. No page lists a plan, a trial, a token pack or a price, and no page names a payment processor. Beside the Sites List and Pornstars List, the menu carries 2 more entries, one for creator profiles and one labeled Real Sex. The pages do not say what either leads to, who operates it or whether it charges anything, so they sit apart from the free gallery pages.

What the site does is promote paid sites. The terms say it "claims no credit for any of the files displayed", that the files belong to their copyright holders and are "used with their permissiont for promotional purposes only", and a gallery page ends with a "watch more on" line naming the source studio.

Paying and stopping

Because the site bills no one, there is no statement descriptor, no renewal, no cancellation path and no refund rule here. My Free Pornstars makes no charge, so there is nothing to show on a card statement.

The money question that does arise is about the studios behind each gallery. The galleries are samples from "premium" sites, in the site's word, and a reader who follows a "watch more on" link reaches a different company with its own prices, billing and cancellation terms, none of which appear on these pages. The terms say the site has not reviewed every linked site, is not responsible for their contents, and that "The presence of any link does not imply endorsement of the site."

Stopping use is as simple as leaving, with one wrinkle for people who comment. The privacy policy says that "If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely", so the site can recognize follow-up comments and approve them without a moderation queue. Profile holders "can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username)", and the policy adds that website administrators can see and edit that information too. Anyone with an account or a comment can ask for an exported file of the personal data held about them, or for erasure, apart from data the site must keep "for administrative, legal, or security purposes". The terms add that the site "reserves its rights to terminate or suspend your access to the site without prior notice and for any reason", and that it may revise the terms at any time without notice.

Account, data and the site's rules

No page asks for an account to browse. The privacy policy speaks of users who register "(if any)", and the data it names is small. When someone comments, it collects what the form holds plus "the visitor's IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection". A hashed string made from the commenter's email address may go to a profile-picture service to see whether the commenter uses one, the picture then shows beside an approved comment, and visitor comments "may be checked through an automated spam detection service".

Cookie detail is specific. Commenters can opt in to saving name, email and website in cookies that last 1 year. A visit to the login page sets a temporary test cookie that holds no personal data and is discarded when the browser closes. Login cookies last 2 days, screen options cookies last a year, and choosing Remember Me keeps a login for 2 weeks. A cookie banner at the foot of each page tells visitors that continuing to use the site is taken as agreement. The policy warns that embedded content from other websites can collect data as if the visitor had gone to that site, and that images uploaded with embedded location data can be read by anyone. A number of headings, including "Analytics", "Who we share your data with" and "How we protect your data", carry no text under them, so on those points the pages are silent.

The terms are short. They limit use to "adult people only", with a threshold of 18, or 21 in some countries, and make the visitor "solely responsible for any false disclosures" and for the consequences of viewing. The footer calls the site RTA-labeled, points parents to the RTA page on blocking access, states "a zero-tolerance policy against illegal pornography", and says all models "were not less than 18 years of age at the time of depiction".

The 2257 page states that each person in an explicit depiction was at least 18 at the time, then claims an exemption for content produced by third parties, saying the operator only handles transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting or formatting. A second exemption for content produced by the operator follows on the same page, and it closes by saying the required records are on file with an appointed custodian, without naming one. The pages name no operator or company at all. The DMCA page lists 6 elements a notice must contain, says the site "will respond expeditiously" and may terminate the accounts of users who infringe, and points to the contact page, which gives an address written out in text rather than a form.

Its front page, in October 2026, pulled in 8 third-party domains, among them Google's analytics and tag manager and Cloudflare's insights script; no ad network was named among them, and nothing redirected the visitor on load.

What the free tier holds

The whole site is free and the content is galleries. The front page feeds new posts in date order, each titled and tagged with its source studio. A gallery page carries a post date, the release date of the original scene, the studio, the people shown, a short list of what the scene contains and the niches it sits in. A Sites List organizes galleries by source studio, with a section per letter, and each studio has its own page of galleries, newest first. A Pornstars List runs A to Z by name, and a Niches menu sorts galleries by broad labels such as Hardcore, MILF or POV.

A Partners block and a further block of outbound links sit in the sidebar on every page, and the pages give no terms for either. A search box covers the site. Nothing in the pages mentions video playback, an app or other languages: the pages are English, and the content is pictures.

Who it suits

My Free Pornstars suits a visitor who wants to browse pictures with no payment, who understands that each gallery is a promotional sample from a paid studio, and who likes that the privacy policy names exactly what a comment leaves behind (name, email, IP address and user agent) and for how long. It also suits someone using it as a way to learn which studios exist before reading their billing terms elsewhere.

The caveats are plain. Several privacy headings are empty, no operator is named, the 2257 page leans on exemptions, and the comment retention is open-ended. It is also a gateway rather than a destination, so the real billing decisions happen on other sites. The strength is that it asks for little on its own pages: no card, no account to browse, and a short list of data collected when you choose to comment.
