What it is and what it costs
Nutaku is a storefront and platform for adult games, operated by Nutaku Entertainment Ltd, the company the terms name as the provider and the footer of every page carries. Its own description calls it "the world's largest English gaming platform dedicated to 18+ titles", a claim the site makes about itself. Games run in a desktop or mobile browser, as Android apps, through cloud streaming on Android and iOS, as downloads for PC, and, according to the About page, as "Virtual Reality Games". The games index carries a VR tag with 93 titles, and the pages of one 3D simulation series list VR support with a headset among their features.
Money works in layers. Many games are free to play, with a note that "Free Games may include in-game purchases". A second group is sold outright as paid PC downloads. The currency in between is Nutaku Gold, a prepaid balance bought in packages that is spent on in-game items and on games. Signing up is free, and in October 2026 the Gold page promised 100 Gold for verifying the email after sign-up. The site also sells a Gold Recharge Subscription and a recurring Gold refill feature called Auto Reload, covered below.
The size of the library is stated two ways. The About page claims "over 150+ games", while another support page speaks of "1,000+ high quality lewd games" and "over 100 million gamers". The home page speaks of "over 60 million players". The pages do not reconcile the figures, so all of them are the site's marketing language.
Paying and stopping
Billing runs through a named party. The terms say: "Aylo Billing Limited, ("Aylo Billing"), handles billing vis-à-vis Users on behalf of Nutaku." They describe Aylo Billing as a company incorporated in Ireland, and add that if a charge under Auto Reload fails, "Aylo Billing reserves the right to retry the charge", and that Auto Reload may be suspended or canceled if it cannot be processed. The pages do not print a card statement descriptor, so they do not say how a Nutaku charge appears on a statement. Receipts go by email, and the terms say every charge can be viewed under Payment History in the account area. A purchase can also sit in a pending state, described as needing "additional time to receive confirmation from your financial institution", which "should take a few hours or days"; the Gold page adds that a pending purchase cannot be canceled. Besides cards, the Gold page points to Gold codes sold through OffGamers and G2A and redeemed on the site.
Three kinds of charge exist, and they behave differently.
One-off game purchases are priced on the game's page, and Gold packages are bought separately. In October 2026 the Gold wallet page listed 8 packs, from 500 Gold at $5 up to 30,000 Gold at $300, each marked "+ 0% gold", while a paid PC puzzle game listed $1.00 and a visual novel listed $4.99, each beside a second figure the page does not label. The terms say Gold "is set to expire 365 days after purchase", although each new purchase extends the expiration date of the balance by another 365 days; the Gold page adds that bonus Gold from sign-up, contests and promotions expires after 180 days.
Auto Reload refills the balance on its own, and the terms say it is not a subscription. Once enabled with an express "Enable Auto Reload Now" consent, it charges the card on file for a chosen Gold package each time the balance falls to a threshold the member sets, in USD unless stated otherwise. The site may change Gold package prices, a change to the cost per reload is notified in advance, and the member may cancel before the new price takes effect.
Subscriptions are the third kind. The terms say they are "automatically renewed at the end of the original term selected" unless a notice of termination arrives. If a renewal charge fails, Aylo Billing may retry for the full amount or once for a lower one, and in October 2026 the terms allowed an administration fee of up to USD2.00 to keep a subscription active while the amount is recovered. The support index lists questions on the Gold Recharge Subscription, its plans, billing dates and plan changes, but no plan price or benefit appears on the site's public pages.
Canceling is where the two recurring products part ways. A subscription ends from the "Subscription" section of Profile Settings with "Cancel Subscription", through support, by mail or through the chat function, and access runs on to the end of the cycle already billed. To stop Auto Reload, the terms send the member to the Auto Reload section of Profile Settings and the button "Cancel Auto Reload", with immediate effect and no further charges. The same clause is explicit that this "does not affect any active subscription you hold, and cancellation of a subscription does not automatically cancel Auto Reload." Deleting the account cancels any Auto Reload with immediate effect, and 12 months of inactivity cancels it too, after which the member must re-enroll and consent again.
Refunds are the exception, not the rule. The fees clause says Gold, fees and other charges are payable in advance and "NON-REFUNDABLE AND NONTRANSFERABLE", and that Gold has no cash value. The same clause lets Nutaku issue a refund at its discretion in exceptional circumstances: for a card payment the request must arrive within 120 days of the transaction or the card network's chargeback window, whichever is shorter, and for alternative methods such as gift cards within 90 days, where technically feasible. An account closed for a breach of the terms loses any unused Gold and games without a refund.
Account, data and the site's rules
An account is free and takes an email address or a Google sign-in. The sign-up box says that by signing up the member affirms being 18+ and accepts the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, offers a newsletter, and is protected by reCaptcha. Two-factor authentication is available for logins. The terms say a member may be asked to verify age on creating an account, and that the site may charge a Verification Fee for it, borne by the member and non-refundable unless the check fails through no fault of the member's own, such as being wrongly found under age. Some portions and features require registering and signing in, and the username is visible to all users. An account left unused for 36 months, or 60 months after a Gold purchase, may be deleted, and with it go the games, the Gold balance and other purchases. The cookie banner offers Accept All, Accept Only Essential and Customize, with targeting cookies among the optional ones.
Terms of Use, a Privacy Notice, a Recommender System Guidelines page and a regulatory information page are linked from every footer. The terms set a zero tolerance policy for illegal activity and list prohibited material. A content removal page takes confidential reports through a form whose reason menu covers consent problems, the site's child sexual abuse material policy and other abusive or illegal content, and the pages add a flagging feature for content a player finds inappropriate. The About page says "All models appearing on this website are 18 years or older" and points to the 18 U.S.C. 2257 Record Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement. The privacy notice says third-party analytics tools are used, Google Analytics among them. The terms name Nutaku Entertainment Ltd as the operator and make the laws of the Republic of Cyprus the governing law.
In October 2026 the front page loaded 7 third-party domains (atsptp.com, debugbear.com, google-analytics.com, google.com, googletagmanager.com, gstatic.com and moengage.com), with no ad network named among them and no redirect elsewhere on load.
What the membership holds
The library spans genres the About page lists as visual novel, RPG, MMO, strategy and clickers or idle games. Game pages show publisher, developer, tags, the platforms a title ships on and a language list; free RPG pages and paid puzzle pages each list their own languages. The interface switcher offers English, Spanish, French, German, Polish, Chinese and Japanese.
One paid PC page shows a download size of 139.08 mb and a DRM Free tag. Free games on mobile come as an Android app file or an iOS install, and one iOS title announced availability through the site for iPhone and iPad. The VR side sits mostly in the PC downloads: that 3D series gives VR system requirements naming the Oculus Rift CV1 and HTC Vive, and the VR tag gathers 93 titles in the games index. The site also publishes news posts, events and a glossary of otaku and hentai terms.
Who it suits, and the limits
Nutaku suits a player who wants to try games before paying anything, and who is comfortable managing a prepaid Gold balance. The weak points are on the billing side: no statement descriptor is printed, Gold and fees are non-refundable apart from discretionary exceptions, subscription prices are not public, an age check may carry its own fee, and Auto Reload and a subscription each need their own cancellation. A buyer who sets up either should note both settings. The strength is the free entry point, with a free account, a Gold bonus for verifying the email and a large catalog of titles across browser, Android, iOS, PC and VR.
