What it is and what it costs

VirtualRealTrans is a subscription studio for trans virtual reality film, filed under the same network login as the other VirtualReal sites. The front page sells it as 180° VR with true 3D depth, shot in 8K, with interactive scenes and exclusives made only for this site. Its own description ends "Premium content only", and the banner above every page lists "+300 immersive videos", "3 New videos per month" and interactive videos under "Go Premium Cancel Anytime".

Paying is the normal way in. The join page offers monthly, yearly and lifetime plans and says all of them include unlimited downloads. A small free corner exists too: the terms describe a "Free" section of videos that a visitor gets in exchange for accepting promotional emails, and leaving the mailing list also closes that section.

On the October 2026 join page the monthly plan read 69,98 € beside 17,99 €, the yearly 34,99 € beside 7,49 € /month, and the lifetime 499 € beside 249 € once, the monthly one tagged "BEST VALUE 2X1". No label says which number in each pair is the charge, and the terms only add that prices are in euros with VAT or other taxes included, so the checkout total is the figure to read.

Paying and stopping

Start with the exit, because this is where the site is most specific. The terms let a member cancel at any moment and keep using the site until the current billing cycle ends; the join page's FAQ says the same with "no commitment" and no hidden fees or cancellation charges. What the pages do not offer is a self-service route. The cancellation clause reads: "To cancel your premium membership, reach out to the payment processor used at sign-up or contact the Company for assistance." A complaints paragraph mentions an "automatic unsubscription process" without describing it, and it counts a cancellation against the next renewal period, never the one running.

Renewal is automatic. A premium membership lasts the period first chosen and then rolls into further prepaid terms of the same length, and a member who wants out must cancel before the renewal date. Each renewal keeps the rate from the first sign-up, untouched by later price changes. A "Billing Period" line complicates this by having fees taken at the start "and on a monthly basis thereafter", and the join page does not say whether the yearly price is taken all at once, so a yearly buyer should check the checkout screen. There is no trial to convert. Lifetime, per the terms, lasts "for the lifetime of the service" and ends if the provider dissolves or ceases to exist.

2 companies process payments, named in the join FAQ: "All transactions are processed through secure payment providers (Epoch and CommerceGate) with full encryption." Its footer gives the statement wording, quoted exactly: "Transactions appear as "EPOCH" or "CGBILLING" on your statement." A "Private & Secure" panel speaks of discreet billing, and the FAQ adds that crypto is accepted for added privacy. The pages do not say how one of the 2 processors is picked for an order. Card, PayPal, crypto-currencies and gift cards are the methods the terms list, and the buyer is sent to a gateway matching the chosen method, where the service, quantity, price and total are shown before payment.

Refunds are not promised. They "may be granted, fully or partially, in cases of exceptional circumstances", at the company's discretion and with no guarantee, and come back as credit for services or to the original payment method. A complaint is weighed case by case; by default nobody who missed the unsubscription window gets money back, and services already used are never refunded. Once a refund is confirmed it goes to the card, not another method, within 7 business days at most. A billing error goes in writing to the support address in the terms, with a detailed description of the charge. Spanish consumer-guarantee clauses also apply, covering any non-conformity that shows up within 2 years of delivery, and a withdrawal right of 14 calendar days runs from download or activation unless the service has been fully performed with the buyer's consent.

Account, data and the site's rules

No purchase happens without an account. The terms require legal age in the buyer's country of birth and a user account built from the personal data requested; after payment the buyer gets a user name and password, and the user area shows the subscription's expiration date. According to the join page, a single network login covers subscriptions to the group's other sites. The age gate asks only for a click confirming 18 or older, and no ID check is described anywhere.

The privacy policy cites the GDPR and Spain's LOPDGDD, yet its controller field is empty, so it names nobody. It uses data for commercial messages, market research and statistics, and handling orders and queries; marketing needs consent, and the policy files the rest under the controller's own interest. Retention is limited to the purpose, and outside sharing is foreseen only with service suppliers under confidentiality and processor contracts. A user may pull consent, ask for a copy, a correction, portability or erasure, and complain to Spain's supervisory authority. Cookie choices come in 3 groups, technical, analytics and marketing, with only the first required.

The rules pages are complete except for who runs the site. A line on every page states that all models were 18 years or older at the date of production, "which has been documented diligently". The 18 U.S.C. 2257 statement names the site's owners and operators as primary producers and says records are held by a custodian, then leaves the location blank. A removal form asks whether the content includes the requester's personal information and whether they ever consented to its distribution. The site's statements page shows empty fields for company name, tax number and registered address, so no operator or contracting company is named. Spanish law governs, and members abroad are sent to the courts closest to Zaragoza.

In October 2026 a visit to the front page meant 53 requests, reaching out to 4 third-party domains in all: cloudflare.com, googleapis.com, gstatic.com and virtualrealhub.com. None of them is an ad network, and the page stayed put without redirecting.

What the membership holds

The library is counted at 300+ VR scenes on both the front page and the join page. The pace of additions is not stated consistently: the banner says 3 new videos per month, while the join page says new scenes arrive weekly and its FAQ promises multiple new scenes every week. Those are the site's own claims, and they disagree.

Scenes stream and download up to 8K, with 4K, 5K, 6K and 8K options depending on device and connection. One exclusive scene page shows VR180, 3D, 60FPS and binaural sound, a running time of 51:31, and downloads of 19.11 GB in 8K, 11.82 GB in 5K, 10.87 GB in 4K, 4.12 GB in 3K and 3.99 GB in Full HD, plus a 139.14 MB trailer. For hardware, the FAQ's list runs from the Quest 2/3/Pro and Apple Vision Pro through PSVR2, Vive, Index and Reverb to a phone in a cardboard viewer. Lovense and Kiiroo toys sync with many scenes. WebXR, Interactives, Cams and a How to Watch page sit in the menu.

The category index shows a video count per label, such as 271 tagged Brazilian and 270 tagged Missionary, and the Top label, with 143 videos, opens a list that filters by tag combination and performer. Scenes carry a viewer thumbs-up percentage and a running time, and the front page opens with a Top 10 strip. The join page also offers to add other network studios to the same login as bundles.

Who it suits

It suits a buyer who wants the statement wording, EPOCH or CGBILLING, before paying, and a written promise that access lasts to the end of the paid cycle after canceling. A headset owner who wants downloads on every plan, or toy sync, is also covered.

The caveats are concrete. Canceling means writing to the processor or the company. Refunds are discretionary. The paired prices leave the charged amount to the checkout screen, the operator is unnamed, and the update rate is given 2 ways. Someone hoping for a trial will find only the email-for-videos section. Its strength is the combination of printed statement labels, an end-of-cycle access promise and 8K downloads on every plan, from a single studio.
