What it is and what it costs

TSVirtualLovers is a subscription site for trans VR porn, run by Trion Media s.r.o. of Prague according to its footer, terms and privacy policy. The FAQ describes it as a transsexual VR porn website with video content from all over the world, available for all VR devices, and the join page calls itself the number one TS VR porn site. That is the site's own claim. The front page counts 203 videos, 6621+ minutes of footage, 79+ models, resolutions of 8K, 5K and 4K in 180°, and 2 points of view. The help center says it has been helping people get set up since 2016.

Everything of substance is behind a paid member zone. The FAQ says you can choose between a monthly view or the unlimited annual option, and the join page sells 3 terms: 12 months, 3 months and 1 month, each bought in a single payment for the whole term. Visitors without an account can browse the front page, the category lists and the help pages, but the pages describe no free tier of full videos.

The terms describe the service as video on demand that members can stream and download, sold as a Membership for a limited period. They also mention a trial membership and single-scene purchases as options the site may offer, though the join page shows neither, only the 3 recurring terms.

Paying and stopping

The join page names the payment companies in one line: "Please visit Epoch, SegPay, our authorized sales agent." The footer repeats it as "our authorized payment processors", and the footer links include Billing Support (Epoch) and SegPay. The pages print no statement descriptor; the only billing wording is a benefit line reading "Safe, Secure and Discrete Billing". A buyer cannot tell from the site what name will appear on a card statement.

Every plan rebills at its stated term price. In October 2026 the join page showed the 12-month plan "Billed in one payment of 119.88" with "Recurring at 119.88 / 365 days", the 3-month plan billed in one payment of 59.97 and recurring at 59.97 / 90 days, and the 1-month plan billed in one payment of 29.99 and recurring at 29.99 / 30 days. The join page prints no currency symbol beside these amounts. The FAQ confirms that monthly, quarterly and yearly subscriptions are recurring for the stated period. The terms add that a membership auto-renews for the same length at the rate first agreed unless terminated, and that to avoid the next charge a member must cancel at least 48 hours before renewal. Rebilling follows the fee and frequency shown in the email receipt. Fees can change, continuing without canceling within 14 days counts as accepting an altered fee, and there is no price protection if a price later drops.

The trial the terms describe has a length that varies and is shown at registration and in the email receipt; monthly billing starts when it ends, and the membership renews monthly until canceled. The site may authorize a payment method in different ways, including charging up to 1 month of service at registration. The pages state no trial price.

Canceling goes through the payment provider. The FAQ says you can cancel at any time by submitting the cancellation via your payment provider and following its instructions, and that if you are unsure who your provider is, the payment confirmation email or the support address will identify it. The terms also allow canceling by email to support or through Client Relations, ask for the member's full name, email and, where relevant, the last 4 digits of the payment method, and leave the member responsible for charges until 48 hours after support confirms. The same clause says, in capitals, that no refund or credit is given for prepaid amounts or unused days of a term. Neither the FAQ nor the terms say whether access continues to the end of a paid term after canceling.

Refunds are tight. The terms say that once you have logged into the portal, fees are not refundable, that lack of use or access problems not caused by the company do not justify a refund, and that there are no partial refunds. A second clause says refunds for a purchase or recurring payment can be requested from customer support, that partially used memberships are not refunded, and that any refund is at the operator's discretion, goes back to the original payment method only and sets no precedent. If a refund is decided, it is credited within 10 days. The one stated exception is a ban for exceeding the download limit, which brings a prorated refund for the time left. A billing dispute has to be raised in writing within 30 days of the billing date; later ones are not considered. In October 2026 the terms also allowed an administrative charge of up to $2 when a recurring payment fails, to keep the membership active. Chargebacks are reviewed and may be contested, and may block later purchases.

Account, data and the site's rules

An account is needed to buy and to watch the full videos. The privacy policy lists the identity data it holds as full name, postal code, country, city and email address, and says registration data is used partly to make sure a user is 18 or older. The terms call the account personal, require login details to be kept confidential, and bar anyone below the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

The privacy policy is the most detailed document on the site. It names Trion Media s.r.o. as controller under the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the GDPR, and says no data protection officer is appointed. It states that the site collects some special categories of personal data concerning sex life and sexual orientation to provide its services, and no other special categories. Billing data is kept for 6 years after someone stops being a customer, for tax. Marketing consent counts as current for 5 years from the last email interaction, with fewer marketing contacts after 6 months of silence. Data used to personalize the site and offers is kept until you ask for deletion. Data is stored on servers in the United States, and complaints can go to the ICO, the UK regulator. Marketing and third-party sharing are opt-in through tick boxes in the account area, though the policy says non-personal data may be shared to develop targeted advertising. The cookie section names Google Analytics and says Twitter and Facebook may place cookies.

The terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, with courts in Bratislava and binding arbitration there, a class action waiver and a 1-year limit on claims. Copyright notices go to a DMCA agent at the support address. The 2257 page says all persons depicted in actual sexually explicit conduct were over 18, that the owners and operators are not the primary producer of the content, and that the custodian of records is Trion Media s.r.o. at the Prague address. A content removal form lets anyone in a video report content made or shared without their consent, content exposing personal information, or other illegal material. The complaint policy promises steps within 5 business days, counted on the Slovak calendar, and says any dispute over its decision on such a report goes to a neutral arbitration association at the operator's expense.

On its October 2026 load, the front page made 19 requests and pulled from 8 outside domains: bootstrapcdn.com, cloudflare.com, google-analytics.com, googleapis.com, googletagmanager.com, jquery.com, jsdelivr.net and rlcontent.com. No ad network was among them and there was no redirect.

What the membership holds

The join page lists 203+ original VR videos, premium access and a promise of an exclusive update every week. The front page's release list runs to a title dated 2026-10-09, and some titles are labeled Passthrough or Remastered 8K. The benefit lines say downloads come in 8K and 5K with streaming in 4K on one line, and downloads in 5K with streaming in 4K on another; the FAQ says the latest videos are 8K and the older archive 5K and 4K.

Downloads need care. All 3 plan cards list unlimited downloads among their bullets, but the 1-month plan's billing line reads 5 downloads/weekly. The FAQ says packages offer either unlimited downloads or a limited number per week, typically 15, and that a streaming-only package cannot download at all. The terms add a separate cap of no more than 50 scenes a day. Those figures do not line up, and the checkout page is the place to read the real limit.

Without a headset, the site streams in a browser, without 3D effects. With one, the FAQ names Oculus, Valve, Vive, PSVR, Cardboard and Mixed Reality headsets, and says PSVR customers can choose a price package with downloads. The help center walks through PlayStationVR, smartphone, desktop, Gear VR, Oculus Go and Quest, and Daydream setups. The category index lists dozens of tags, including resolution categories for 4K, 5K and 8K, and the menu carries a Pornstars section.

For the premium-sites membership, this is a paid studio-style catalog: the join page sells premium access to 203+ original VR videos. The 2257 page says the owners and operators are not the primary producer of any of the content, so "original" is the site's description of its library rather than a statement about who shot it.

Who it suits

It suits a buyer who wants a plain ladder of 3 terms, each with its rebill amount and period printed, and who is happy to cancel through Epoch or SegPay. Someone who wants 8K downloads of a focused trans VR library finds them listed among the membership benefits.

The caveats matter before paying. No statement descriptor is printed, refunds are barred after login by one clause and discretionary under another, the download limit is stated in 3 different ways, and the pages leave a trial price and the end-of-term access rule unstated. Its strength is a 203-video library with the operator named, the full privacy policy published, and every plan's period and rebill amount visible before checkout.
