What it is and what it costs

SwallowBay describes itself as a premium VR porn studio and membership site with original 180° POV scenes in 4K, 6K and 8K. It is a paid product: the library sits behind a membership, while the front page, category pages, photo galleries and a trailer on every scene are open to visitors who pass the age gate. Memberships are sold as a 1 month plan, a 3 month plan and a lifetime plan, and the site is one brand with one operator named in its terms.

In category terms it sits in two places. As a VR site it is built around headset playback, with stream and download options for Meta Quest, PSVR and other headsets and a how-it-works page for setting up each device. As a premium studio site it is a single producer releasing its own scenes, which the site calls exclusive.

The terms frame the purchase as access to virtual reality content for streaming and download, and warn that some videos may be stream-only or download-only and that download limits may apply to certain memberships. The plan boxes on the join page all promise unlimited downloads, so the limit clause names no plan it applies to.

Paying and stopping

The sign-up page names the processor: "For billing inquiries please visit SEGPAY our authorized sales agents." It also prints a statement line: "CHARGES WILL APPEAR ON YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT AS SEGPAY.COM*Make Me Vegas." Further down the same page a second sentence says that no adult terminology appears on the bank statement and that the buyer "will see "Virtual Reality Slovenia" or "Date Tech Media Slo" only." The two statements do not match, and the page does not say when one applies rather than the other. A buyer checking a statement should therefore know all three labels. The sign-up form offers Credit Card and PayPal as payment methods. Other pages widen the list of payment companies: the footer links billing support at Segpay and at Epoch, the terms' cancel section points to CCBill support, and the privacy policy names Web Billing, Epoch, PayPal, GoCoin and PayGarden among the processors it receives data from.

In October 2026 the sign-up page listed 3 plans: 1 Month Full Access at $19.99 per 1 Month, 3 Month Full Access at $49.99 per 3 Months, and Lifetime Full Access at $299. All three boxes carry identical perks, from unlimited downloads and 24/7 support to True UHD video, so the choice between them is only about length and price.

Renewal is automatic for the two recurring plans. The terms charge the rate in effect at the original sign-up and say that, once the prepaid initial term ends, the membership "will automatically renew for additional prepaid periods of the same length." A billing-cycle clause a few lines further on says the fee is billed at the beginning of the paying part of the membership "and each month afterwards until you cancel", and the pages do not reconcile the two, so a 3 month buyer has an open question about billing rhythm. A later price rise reaches an existing membership only after 30 days' email warning, by the terms' own rule.

Trials get their own clause. A membership "may start with a trial" lasting the period specified during signup, after which billing begins "for monthly membership fees" and the membership renews monthly unless canceled before the trial ends. The sign-up page lists no trial plan or trial price, so the length and cost of any trial are not on the pages. Registering can also trigger a hold: the terms allow an authorization worth up to roughly 1 month of service at sign-up, which may cut into a card's available limit.

Stopping is stated twice. The terms say a member may cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the billing period, by contacting the payment processor signed up through or by contacting the company. A separate cancel paragraph is more specific: write to the site's contact address with the purchase email and the site concerned. A billing mistake has to be reported in writing within 30 days of the statement where it first appeared, or the disputed charge is waived; the company says it will correct bills and credit future payments. On refunds the terms are short: membership fees "are fully earned on payment", and no clause offers money back after an ordinary cancellation.

Account, data and the site's rules

Joining takes a user name and password, a payment method, and a tick certifying the buyer is 18 or older and agrees to the terms. A separate box lets the buyer opt in to occasional email updates, and the terms say registering also consents to account emails and to newsletters and promotions that can be opted out of.

Dated January 27, 2020, the privacy policy is the oldest document on the site. It describes identity, contact and technical data collected from forms, cookies and server logs, uses Google Analytics, and says personal data is shared with companies outside the Make ME LLC group for marketing only after express opt-in consent. It lists access, correction, erasure, restriction and transfer rights, and has sections for California and Nevada residents. An age verification policy says that where a law requires it, the site works with independent, accredited third-party providers, which may check government photo ID, databases or age estimation, usually returning only a pass or fail, and that identification documents are not stored by the site.

The terms name the operator: Make Me LLC, a Las Vegas limited liability company, with a Las Vegas address given for consumer rights information. The 2257 statement says all persons depicted were at least 18 when the images were produced and names Swallowbay Make Me LLC in Las Vegas as custodian of records. A separate policy sets out a zero-tolerance stance on trafficking, with government photo ID and a signed consent and release required from every model. The terms say disputes go to mandatory mediation and arbitration, waive class actions and bar claims filed more than 1 year after they arose. Content removal requests are answered within 5 business days according to the request page, while the terms speak of 7 business days and a 48-hour appeal window.

Its front page, as loaded in October 2026, drew on 5 third-party domains across 47 requests, all of them Google or Cloudflare hosts (cloudflare.com, google-analytics.com, googleapis.com, googletagmanager.com, gstatic.com), with no ad network named and no redirect elsewhere on load.

What the membership holds

The site's own account of what a membership includes: unlimited streaming and downloads, exclusive scenes, regular new releases, photo sets and GIFs, available on a headset, desktop, tablet or phone. It claims scenes in 4K, 6K and 8K, tagged VR 8K or VR 6K on the listings, for Meta Quest, PSVR, HTC Vive, Valve Index and other compatible headsets. Release timing is described two ways on different pages: "New VR Scenes Every Month" on the front page and "updated every week" on an article page. The newest scenes shown on the front page were dated 23rd Sep 2026, 09th Sep 2026 and 26th Aug 2026.

The scene listings carry run times, and each release has a photo gallery. The site also offers collections it names interactive JOI and augmented reality, and its category index has Interactive and Full Episodes entries. A countdown on the front page counts down to the next update. These are the site's claims.

Who it suits

A buyer who wants to know who stands behind the site will find an operator named in the terms, a custodian address, an age verification policy and a trafficking policy, written out. Someone who wants a single predictable statement line is less well served: the pages print two different ones, and neither is tied to a payment. Cancellation by email or through the processor is workable but gives no cancel button to press. Trial terms are not set out beside the plans, and the terms treat fees as earned once paid.

Where the site is strongest is its documentation of who runs it and how it handles age and consent, alongside a short plan ladder with fixed prices and a lifetime option.
