A feature studio selling access to its own series
Digital Playground is a production studio with a members' site, not a clip aggregator. Its front page says it has made "big-budget blockbuster pornography" since 1993, cites "dozens of adult awards" over nearly 30 years, and runs a row of past AVN winners beside its newest work. The menu reads Videos, Series, Movies, Awards, Pornstars, Categories and Store, and the header button is "GET ACCESS". Aylo Premium Ltd holds the copyright line and runs the site, and the footer says the trademarks belong to Licensing IP International S.à.r.l., which licenses them to Aylo.
Visitors can browse titles, series synopses and the performer index without paying. Watching is the paid part. The site prints no plan price, billing period or trial length on any open page; the join flow begins with a single email field, and the terms say fees are shown "during the account registration process". A buyer meets the number only after handing over an address.
Billing, renewal and cancellation in the terms
The footer of the join page names the company that takes the card: "We use Probiller as our trusted biller." The same footer lists Vendo and Segpay as authorized processors. What appears on a statement is not one fixed name. The terms say "Probiller, AyloBill, Vendo, Segpay, WTS, or others (depending on Subscriber geographical location) may appear on Subscriber's credit card, bank statement, or phone bill for all applicable charges", and that a purchase covering several sites shows each one as its own line. They allow a checking account to be debited instead of a card, add VAT or sales tax where local rules require, and state that the card is charged the moment the order goes through, with an email of the payment details after it. For the official standard rates, the terms refer buyers to the Probiller site rather than printing them.
Whether a membership rolls over depends on a box at checkout. The renewal clause is headed "Automatic Recurring Billing (If Selected By Subscriber On The Sign-Up Page)", and where it applies, fees renew at or after the end of the chosen term until the member gives notice. A promotional free trial can come with a small card test at sign-up, which the terms describe as a validity check that is reversed or refunded, not a fee for the trial. If a renewal bounces, Aylo Billing may retry the full sum or, once, a smaller one, then suspend the account. In October 2026 the terms allowed up to $2.00, tax included, to hold a lapsed subscription open until the next attempt.
Notice to end a subscription can be given by chat, telephone or online, and the terms set out 4 routes for it: log in through the Cancel section of the support site; use Support in the footer of the Members' Area; reach the support team through the contact options on that site; or follow the cancellation link in any transaction receipt. The support home shows a "Cancel" button for managing memberships and add-ons, with chat and email staffed Monday to Friday, 10:00AM to 6:00PM EST. The member pays for everything up to the effective date of termination.
On money back, the terms set out the windows by payment type. A card refund has to be requested within 120 days of the charge; gift card and cryptocurrency payments get 90 days and only where a reversal is technically feasible. Every request is decided by Aylo Billing, one approval does not commit it to the next, and nothing comes back for a partly used membership. Approved money returns only to the original payment method, never as cash or a check. EU buyers can withdraw within 14 days unless they asked for immediate access and waived that right at checkout; those who withdraw in time are reimbursed within 14 days. A chargeback is investigated and can block later purchases, and a fraud claim may lead the billing company to contact the card issuer.
Accounts, data and the house rules
Sign-up asks for an email address first, then payment. Age checks can follow: the terms say that after a purchase a member "may be asked to prove or verify" their age, and the privacy notice describes matching a selfie against a government ID in places where the law requires it. A failed check cancels the purchase, with any refund at the company's discretion, and the terms add that refund decisions do not hinge on how the identity check ends.
The privacy notice says the site logs activity data, including pages visited and search history, and works with a corporate group that handles age checks, payments, support and advertising, Aylo Billing among them. It states that personal information is not sold, traded or exchanged for money, and that logged-in members are asked for cookie consent again every 6 months. The support footer is shorter: "We never share your information with third parties". Account deletion is open at any time, and a new account starts from nothing.
Disputes fall under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The 2257 statement says all persons depicted were at least 18, that the site's owners are not the primary producer, and that records are kept by a custodian in Montréal. Under the anti-trafficking statement, outside producers work to a code of conduct, every paysite release is reviewed before it goes up, and performers bring 2 government IDs to set. The content removal form takes a URL, a reason and an email address, and the terms promise complaints are dealt with within 5 business days. Accessibility feedback has its own email and an anonymous form, and the support site switches between English and French.
In October 2026 the front page made 76 requests and loaded 4 third-party domains (google.com, googleapis.com, gstatic.com and project1content.com), with no ad network named and no redirect elsewhere on load.
Inside the membership
Series are the backbone. The series index shows 12 synopses to a page, each linking to its own episode list, and the featured series carried release dates of Apr 2, Apr 16, Jun 25 and Aug 6, 2026. The latest-videos row carried 4 episodes of The Tribunal, and the site's own series meta promises "new updates 2x a week". A "Latest Blockbusters" shelf holds the feature-length releases, and the front page announces a coming "DP World line of videos". The Pornstars index is headed 1254 and runs to 53 pages. The category index has 12 headings, among them Lesbian, MILF, Action, Parodies, Uniforms and Asian.
The terms also mention offers that include access to Brazzers.AI, paid for at the Digital Playground checkout but used on that separate service under its own terms and privacy policy. The pages state no total video count, resolution or app.
Who it suits
Digital Playground suits a viewer who wants scripted, multi-episode productions from one long-running studio and who will read the terms before paying, since that is where the billing detail lives. It also suits a buyer who wants a named biller on the join step and a choice of 4 cancellation routes. It fits less well for anyone who wants the price, trial and renewal setting visible before entering an email, or a single predictable statement line. The strength is the studio's own catalog, series by series, with written refund windows behind it.
