What it is and what it costs
DorcelClub is the subscription site of the Dorcel group, a studio-produced library of films, scenes and collections that the join page sells as "Tout Dorcel en avant-première", meaning the whole Dorcel output ahead of release. The front page is offered in English, French and German. The pages describe no free tier, so the way in is a paid pass picked on the join page.
The ladder starts with a 24-hour discovery pass and runs up to a lifetime pass. In October 2026 the join page listed a 30-day pass paid in a single payment of 34.9 €, a 365-day pass at 53 €, a 2-year pass at 89 € and a lifetime pass at 299 €. The longer passes carry an "Anniversaire -70%" label next to a crossed-out higher price, which is the site's own comparison.
In October 2026 a second block of the same page listed higher prices for the same durations, among them 39.9 € for 30 days and 498 € for a lifetime pass. The text does not say what separates the 2 blocks, so the checkout screen is where the price that applies gets confirmed.
Paying and stopping
Payment is taken by outside companies. Point 2 of the terms' preamble names "our billing partners (epoch, segpay, centrobill)", says the connection is SSL encrypted and states that the club keeps no card or other payment data of its own. A line repeated in the footer of every page adds a fourth name, Letpay, as an authorized payment processor.
Article 4 covers the statement: Epoch, Segpay, Centrobill "or others (depending on Subscriber geographical location) may appear and debit on Subscriber's credit card or bank statement". So the statement shows one of the processors, and which one depends on the buyer's country; the pages give no fuller wording than that. A buyer who adds more than one site in a single purchase gets each item listed on its own line, the same article says. The site advertises "discreet payment" as a member benefit without defining it.
The cancellation path is concrete. Article 9 names 3 routes: log in to the Members' area, open "My Account" and click the "Cancel" button; write to customer support; or use the billing partner's own service (Epoch, Segpay or Centrobill). After canceling, access continues until the end of the paid period. Customer questions are promised an answer within 2 working days, and receipts can be downloaded under My Account, then your membership.
Renewal needs attention. The terms say subscriptions renew automatically on the first day after the selected term ends unless a cancellation notice arrives, with one exception: single payments such as crypto payments do not renew. The trial clause is the one to read twice. The join page said in October 2026 that anyone who has not unsubscribed when the test period ends is converted to full access at 34,90 €/month, and the terms add that billing for monthly fees begins when the trial ends and continues each month until cancellation. The company may also authorize the payment method for up to 1 month of service as soon as someone registers, which can reduce the card's available balance during the trial. The 1, 3 and 7 day discovery offers do not include downloads or TV access and limit how many videos can be watched; of those three, the join page lists only the 1-day pass.
On refunds, the terms say a refund of a purchase or recurring charge can be requested through customer support, but refunds or credits are not issued for partially used memberships, and any refund is granted at the company's discretion and goes back to the original payment method only. Card disputes are "thoroughly investigated" and may block later purchases. The terms also say that failing the age check can lead to a refund, at the company's discretion.
Account, data and the site's rules
Access is a username and password tied to a paid pass, and, depending on location, an age check comes with the purchase. The terms say the check is carried out by an approved third-party provider and that no personal data is retained by the site during the process. Subscriber data is for internal use only and treated as confidential, the first numbered point of the terms says, and the full privacy policy sits on a separate group page that the terms link to rather than on the club itself. Joining also means agreeing that the email address may be used for commercial offers, with an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each message.
The terms were last modified on June 19, 2025, are written in English, and are governed by Hungarian law, with disputes settled in Hungary. They mention a Hungarian accounting service that produces the receipts. The operator clause in the terms gives no company name in plain text, so the pages name no operator company beyond the Dorcel brand. A 2257 compliance notice states that all persons in explicit depictions were over 18 when they were made, and it refers to a custodian of records without a plain-text name.
Content rules come with a complaint process. Article 14 asks anyone who spots a possible violation, or who appears in a piece of content and wants it removed, to use the "Content removal request" form at the bottom of the site. A dedicated person looks at each takedown request within 24 hours, and the requester gets an answer within 5 business days at most. The terms also carry a DMCA clause that says the card and IP address of a user found infringing will be logged to block future use, and a short statement of the group's values built on consenting adults and respect for the law. The join page lists commitments on protection of minors, personal data, a strict production code and clear pricing.
When the front page loaded in October 2026 it drew on 4 third-party domains across 49 requests, among them gstatic.com, cdn-medias.com and high-cdn.com, with no ad network named and no redirect elsewhere.
What the membership holds
The join page describes a library of "+6000 films issus de 150 studios" and "3 chaînes TV en direct" (live TV channels), with full access to the group's own new releases. Member benefits are listed as 4K ultra HD, weekly updates, HD pictures and unlimited downloads, all the site's own claims. The terms are more careful on quality: HD and Full HD depend on the viewer's connection and device, not all content is offered in them, and the stated guide is 3.0 Mbps per stream for 720p or higher and 5.0 Mbps for 1080p or higher.
Content is organized into the studio's own collections, among them Luxure, Pornochic, Girls at work and Couture, plus a Making-Of section and a Dorcel Girl series, with a separate index of themed browsing pages the site calls fantasies. The front page also lists awards, among them a Euro XMA "Paysite of the Year 2026" for DorcelClub, which is the site's own claim about itself. The discovery passes open only part of this: no downloads, no TV and a capped number of videos.
Who it suits and who it does not
DorcelClub suits a buyer who wants to know what the billing relationship looks like before paying: named processors, a cancel button in the account area, receipts for download and written refund terms. It also fits someone who likes a single studio group's own productions in one place, with weekly additions and downloads included in the full pass.
The caveats are real. The statement wording is a list of possible processor names, not one fixed line. The trial turns into a monthly membership unless it is canceled, and the card may be authorized for up to a month of service at sign-up. Refunds for partly used memberships are excluded. The site's own accessibility statement, dated 02/04/2026, calls it non-compliant with the French RGAA standard, with 32.78% of criteria met, which matters to anyone who browses with assistive technology.
The strength is how plainly the terms lay out cancellation, renewal and the trial conversion, in a single document that a cautious buyer can check line by line.
