What it is and what it costs

Kristen Bjorn is a gay studio site with a members' area, a store and a video-on-demand shop under one name. The footer carries "Copyright © 1997-2026 Kristen Bjorn Productions" and the privacy page says "Kristen Bjorn© is a registered trademark of BDST,inc." The pages show 3 ways to pay for something: a recurring membership to the site, a one-off purchase of a single scene, and a DVD order from the online store. They are billed and handled differently, so a buyer has to know which one they are in.

No membership price, plan table, trial price or renewal figure appears on the site's tour, help or legal pages. The one price on the pages is for a single scene: in October 2026 a scene page offered a digital copy for "$11.85" under the heading "I WANT TO DOWNLOAD THIS WITHOUT JOINING". The FAQ states plainly that "Purchases made on the VIDEO ON DEMAND area are not website memberships", so buying a scene does not create a login to the members' area.

Without paying, a visitor can browse scene pages and use a limited number of previews. A scene page in October 2026 said "You have 10 FREE previews remaining" and invited the visitor to join for "hundreds of exclusive, award winning videos", which is the site's wording. The site also offers an email list for updates, previews and photos.

Paying and stopping

The privacy policy states that "credit card billing is provided by CCBill", and the scene page lists "Preferred Billing Platform CCBill Epoch / PayPal". So 3 payment routes are shown side by side, with CCBill named as the card biller. How a charge reads on a bank or card statement is not printed anywhere on the site. Store orders have a 4th route: the FAQ says a DVD can be paid by check made out to BDST, Inc., and ships once the check clears.

Membership cancellation sits with the biller. The terms say "You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting CCBill members center", and the contact page calls CCBill its "designated E-ticket Supplier and Access Management Provider", where a buyer looks up their subscription both to recover a password and to cancel. Members who joined through Epoch are pointed to Epoch's billing support for customer support and to request a password change. The site adds that an account should be given accurate contact information, and warns that "failure to properly request a cancellation may result in your account being charged for the entire subscription amount".

Renewal is stated in one line: "Recurring memberships will automatically renew unless notice is received prior to the renewal date." The terms tie it to notice before the renewal date, and the contact page adds that support needs the subscription number to find a member's data.

Refunds are thin. The terms say that anyone billed for services they have not received should contact customer service for a credit, which is the only membership-side remedy described. Defective DVDs may be returned in their original packaging for an exchange, discounted DVDs cannot be returned for a refund, and the purchaser pays the return cost. Nothing on the pages gives a refund window for a membership or a scene purchase.

For permanent scene downloads, the FAQ says a failed download comes with a backup link in the confirmation email that allows 3 more attempts, and that a problem with a purchase or a missing link goes to a support email with the film name and the purchase confirmation.

Account, data and the site's rules

An account needs a unique user name and email, combined with a password. The FAQ warns that more than 3 failed log-in attempts can lead to a temporary block by the site's security system. The age notice that opens the terms reads "YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PROCEED (OR 18 WHERE APLICABLE)", and no ID or selfie check is described.

The privacy policy distinguishes information a buyer gives when purchasing or contacting the site from usage information collected through cookies in aggregate. It says the site does not directly collect credit card or financial information, which goes to the third-party processor, and that the operator receives back whether a transaction succeeded, which biller handled it and a reference code. It says personal information is not sold, rented or traded, though it may be shared with companies in the operator's corporate family and with service providers for card processing, email and customer relations, and disclosed to authorities where required. Google Analytics is named, with persistent cookies, and the policy gives an email route to request a copy of stored data. One feature is unusual: the policy says "We individually watermark each video delivered or viewed by you in order to trace any file sharing activity." The terms add a data protection clause: a member may ask by written request to the site's help address to access personal data, correct it, be removed from the file or object to its processing.

The operator is BDST, inc, with the contact page giving Miami Beach, Florida. The 2257 statement says all visual depictions show persons at least 18 years of age when created and that the owners are not the primary producer of all content, and it names a custodian of records for the content the studio produced, at an address in Miami. A complaints page promises that every complaint is reviewed and answered within 5 business days and offers an appeals route for anyone depicted without written consent, to be settled by a neutral body if there is a disagreement. A Report Piracy link sits in the footer.

In October 2026 the front page loaded 8 third-party domains over 135 requests, doubleclick.net, googletagmanager.com and ipzmarketing.com among them, with Google Ads the one ad network named and no redirect elsewhere.

What the membership holds

The home page reports "Showing 6 Web Videos of 2180 Web Videos", the site's own count of its web library. The library is split into Web Scenes, Casting Couch, Remastered Classics, Movie Scenes, Behind the Scenes and Other Studios, with photo galleries, model profiles and interviews, a forum and a blog alongside. Scenes show star ratings with vote counts. A video-on-demand shop and a DVD store sit under the same name.

Members may download up to 10 videos per day throughout the membership area, and failed downloads do not count toward that limit. All videos can be viewed in streaming mode without restriction, while scenes from other studios are streaming only. The scene page lists downloads in 4 sizes labeled 640x360, 960x540, HD 1280 x 720 and Full HD 1920 x 1080, and the support page recommends a connection above 3 Megabit/sec for streaming, with a low bandwidth option.

The membership covers one site. The FAQ says a membership does not give access to the studio's other sites, and that the cheaper one of them has no content that is not on the main site.

Who it suits

It suits a buyer who prefers to cancel with a large, named processor and who wants to buy a scene without opening a membership. The separate per-scene route, a 10 per day download allowance and an explicit streaming-only rule for other studios' scenes give a clear picture of what a login does and does not give.

The caveats are the missing membership price and period, an unstated descriptor and no stated refund window, plus per-member watermarking that some viewers will weigh. Its strength is a deep, cataloged library from a studio whose copyright line starts in 1997 and a billing setup where canceling is routed through a named processor.
