What it is and what it costs

Playboy TV is a paid streaming service for Playboy-branded shows: original series, reality shows, documentaries and erotic specials, organized as series and episodes rather than loose clips. Its tagline calls it "your all-access pass to the most seductive adult entertainment on screen", and the Playboy names on it belong to Playboy Enterprises International, Inc., whose trademarks the footer says the site uses under license.

Nothing plays without a membership, and no plan includes downloads: every card on the join page prints "No downloads", so this is streaming only. Prices are in US dollars. The ladder starts with a 3-day trial on "Limited Streaming" and climbs to an 18-month plan with "Unlimited streaming", and each card prints its renewal amount next to its opening charge.

Paying and stopping

On the join page in October 2026, each plan carried 2 prices, the charge on the day and the one that follows:

  • 3 days: $2.95 for the trial, then $29.95 every 30 days.
  • 30 days: $14.95 for the first month, then $29.95 a month.
  • 60 days: $19.90 up front, then $19.95 a month.
  • 18 months: $125.10 up front, then $125.00 every 12 months.

The trial therefore lands on the same monthly charge as the 30-day plan. The terms put it in general form: monthly billing begins when a trial ends, and the membership "will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the end of the trial period". They add that the trial length is shown during joining and on the emailed receipt.

Segpay is the billing contact. The footer on every page, and on the age wall too, says "For Billing Inquiries, or to cancel your membership" to go to Segpay, "our authorized payment processor", and adds "Please visit Epoch.com authorized sales agents" without saying what Epoch handles. None of the pages prints a statement descriptor, so how the charge appears on a card or bank statement is not stated. Taxes, bank fees and currency fluctuations are the member's to carry.

Renewal is on unless the member acts. Each plan repeats for another term of equal length, at the price paid on joining, until it is canceled, and the request has to arrive a full 48 hours ahead of the renewal. Members stay liable for fees until 48 hours after the company has received and acknowledged the cancellation, so a buyer working to a deadline should send it early. A fee change is treated as accepted if the member has not canceled within 30 days. In October 2026 the terms also allowed a declined card to be retried within 7 days and a failed renewal to add an administrative fee of up to $2.

The cancel route in the terms is a form on the company's support site or a direct message to Client Relations, and the footer adds Segpay. Gift-card memberships bought through PayGarden, which the terms describe though the join page does not show it, are never rebilled and never refunded.

The refund page sets the rule in one line: a used login means no money back. Non-use earns nothing back either, and part-used months bring no credit. Any refund the company does make goes onto the card or account that paid, within 10 days of the member writing to Client Relations, and is never paid in cash or by check.

Account, data and the site's rules

Entry requires an affirmation of being at least 18, or the age of majority locally, and a promise to keep the material from minors. Opening the account takes an email and an 8-32 character password built from mixed-case letters, at least 1 number and 1 symbol, and the join form carries a printed line consenting to promotional email and a line agreeing to the terms and privacy policy. Billing errors have to be reported in writing within 30 days of the statement, and a chargeback can lead the company to refuse future purchases.

Dated April 23, 2026, the privacy policy says what it collects: first and last names, account credentials, payment and transaction details, the device type, a device fingerprint and the IP address, and, in certain jurisdictions, data for identity and age checks run by outside providers it names, VerifyMy and Incode, which may include physical characteristics and mathematical representations of a face. Card data goes to third-party processors. Google Analytics, advertiser cookies and email web beacons are described, and an unsubscribe can take up to 14 days. That document names 3 Gamma companies as owners and operators, one of them in Montreal, and the terms carry the same April date.

Who runs the site depends on which page is read. The age wall on the front page says it is operated by Gamma Billing Inc. of Beverly Hills, California; the join, 2257 and refund page footers say Digigamma B.V. of Haarlem, Netherlands; and the terms are an agreement with DigiGamma B.V. / Gamma Billing Inc. The 2257 statement says everyone shown in an explicit depiction was over 18 when it was made, and splits its records between 2 custodians, Playboy's own Custodian of Records on Wilshire Boulevard and Gamma Entertainment's office on Rue Saint-Urbain. Under the terms only consenting adults appear on the portal, anything involving minors is banned, abuse material is met with zero tolerance and a reporting address, and end a membership whose login is shared.

In October 2026 the front page loaded 9 third-party domains and made 111 requests, with 2 Algolia domains, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and TrackJS among them, no named ad network, and no redirect off the site on load.

What the membership holds

The catalog works like a TV channel. Content is sorted into Shows, Episodes and Models, with rows the site labels Top Shows and What's New, and each item is listed by series with a season and episode number, so a member follows a show from episode to episode. In October 2026 the What's New row carried episodes from several first seasons, running as far as episode 15 of one series. The site's own description promises "provocative original series and playful reality shows to steamy documentaries and erotic specials" and "New episodes and exclusive specials added regularly". The pages give no release schedule, total episode count or video resolution.

The terms ask for a computer, tablet, phone or other compatible device and a high-speed connection. They also keep a general clause capping downloads at 300 GB a day, a clause that sits oddly beside the "No downloads" plan cards. No apps or language versions are listed. Playboy Plus, Playboy Live Shop and Playboy Club are separate offers outside this membership.

Who it suits and who it does not

Playboy TV fits a viewer who wants branded, episode-based adult television, is happy to stream rather than keep files, and wants to see the opening charge and the renewal charge side by side before paying.

It suits less well a buyer who needs the statement wording in advance, expects a refund after trying the service, or wants a single named operator: the pages name Gamma Billing Inc. in one place and Digigamma B.V. in another, and 2 payment names in the footer. Its strength is a single-purpose streaming product with the price of every plan and its renewal printed on one page.
