What it is and what it costs
Playboy Plus is the photo-and-video membership for Playboy's own pictorials, old and new. It sells the brand under license: the footer of every page says PLAYBOY, PLAYMATE, RABBIT HEAD DESIGN, PLAYBOYPLUS and PLAYBOYTV are trademarks of Playboy Enterprises International, Inc., "used under license", and that the site is operated by Digigamma B.V. of Haarlem, Netherlands. The front page pitches it as "the exclusive destination for sophisticated admirers of beauty, allure" and the Playboy lifestyle, and promises photos, videos, interviews and behind-the-scenes material.
What is free is the shop window: titles, dates and category shelves on the front page. The pictorials themselves sit behind a paid membership, sold on a join page priced in euros, with a short trial at the bottom of the ladder and an 18-month card at the long end.
Paying and stopping
Segpay is the company the footer names for money: "For Billing Inquiries, or to cancel your membership" it points to Segpay, "our authorized payment processor". The same line adds "Please visit Epoch.com authorized sales agents", and nothing on the pages explains which purchases, if any, go through Epoch. The pages also never print a statement descriptor, so they do not state how a charge appears on a card statement. Users carry taxes, bank fees and currency fluctuations in addition to the fee, the terms add, which matters for anyone paying a euro price from another currency.
Each card on the join page shows 2 numbers, the first charge and the renewal. In October 2026 the trial cost €2.95 for 3 days of "Limited Streaming" with no downloads, and its renewal line read €29.95 every 30 days. The 30-day card opened at €14.95 and then also renewed at €29.95 a month. The 60-day card was €19.90 up front, renewing monthly at €19.95, and the 18-month card was €125.10 up front, renewing at €125.00 for each 12 months. All 3 longer cards say "Unlimited streaming" and "No downloads".
The terms make renewal the default. A membership runs for its term, then renews for further prepaid periods of the same length at the price agreed at sign-up, until it is canceled; the rebill follows the fee and frequency on the receipt emailed to the member. Trial length varies by offer and is shown while joining. To avoid the next term's charge a member must cancel 48 hours before the renewal, and fees run until 48 hours after Client Relations acknowledges the notice. Price changes count as accepted after 30 days without a cancellation, and a later price drop brings no refund or price protection.
Canceling is allowed at any time and without a reason. The route the terms give is a form on the support site they name, or a message straight to Client Relations; the footer offers Segpay as well. The pages describe no cancel button inside the member area.
Refunds stop at first use. The refund page says fees are non-refundable once the login details have been used, that non-use or failing to reach the portal through no fault of the company is no ground, and that partial months get no credit. Any refund granted is credited to the original payment method within 10 days of the member's contact with Client Relations, and never paid as cash or a check.
2 smaller money rules sit in the terms. In October 2026 they allowed an administrative fee of up to $2 after a failed renewal and a retry of a declined first payment within 7 days. A membership paid with a gift card through PayGarden is never rebilled and never refunded.
Account, data and the site's rules
The account is created before the plan is chosen: an email address and a password of 8 to 32 characters with a digit, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a special character, plus consent to promotional email and agreement to the terms and privacy policy. A login is personal, and sharing it can end the membership. Returning members sign in with a username and password on the login page.
The privacy policy and the terms were both last updated April 23, 2026. The policy names Gamma Entertainment Inc., Gamma Billing Inc. and Digigamma B.V. as the site's owners and operators. Where identity or age checks apply, it may involve biometric data such as mathematical representations of a face, handled by outside providers it names as VerifyMy and Incode. Payment details go to third-party processors. The policy covers cookies, web beacons in emails, Google Analytics and tailored ads, with an opt-out through Google's ad settings, says posting content to the site is optional, and allows up to 14 days to process an email opt-out.
The 2257 statement says everyone shown in sexual conduct was over eighteen when the material was made, exempts depictions from before July 3, 1995, and lists 2 record keepers: Playboy Enterprises International, Inc.'s Custodian of Records in Los Angeles and Gamma Entertainment Inc. in Montreal. The terms limit each membership to a territory that excludes places where the content is prohibited, state a zero-tolerance policy on child sexual abuse material, and give a complaint route. A Content Removal link sits in the footer, and the terms name Gamma Billing Inc. in a notice for California residents.
In October 2026 the front page loaded 10 third-party domains in 135 requests, Cloudflare Insights, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Algolia and TrackJS among them; none was a named ad network, and the page sent no visitor elsewhere on load.
What the membership holds
The library is organized by Playboy's own shelves: Playmates, Playboy Muses, All Stars, Editors Choice, International and VIP Content, with a Models index and a Latest Updates page. A good share of it is restored archive material. In October 2026 the front page carried remastered Playmate of the Month pictorials from January 1990 and December 1991 and a 2013 Playmate set, re-released between June and September 2026, alongside new shoots and an "Unpublished" set. The newest update on the front page was dated September 16, 2026, with the next one listed as coming soon for September 19, 2026.
The benefits list promises "High-definition photos & videos, updated regularly", "Intimate interviews" and behind-the-scenes material. The header also links to Playboy TV, Playboy Live Shop and Playboy Club, which are separate offers.
Downloads are unclear. The terms describe access to videos "for streaming or download or both" and cap downloads at 300 GB a day, but every card on the join page says "No downloads". A buyer who wants files to keep should ask Client Relations first.
Who it suits and who it does not
Playboy Plus fits a reader who wants the Playboy archive and new pictorials in one place, sold under the brand's license, with a named operator, 2 named record keepers and a cancellation form instead of a phone call.
It fits less well a buyer who wants to try and then claim a refund, since first use closes refunds, or who wants to know the statement wording in advance. The 48-hour notice means a late cancel lands in the next term, and the 2 cheapest cards renew well above their opening price. Its strength is the licensed Playboy catalog, much of it restored from the magazine's past, with full written billing and privacy terms.
