What it is and what it costs

beautiful agony calls itself "facettes de la petite mort" in its masthead and describes itself in the footer as "a FECK ethical erotica website". The pages name the operator as Feck NL BV, with an address in Amstelveen, Netherlands. It is a members' site: the front page carries a "Join" button and a "Log in" button, and what the subscription buys is described in the terms as one user-id, a username and password combination "sold by The Biller", that gives access to the site and its contents for a period of time.

Some of it is open without paying. The home page offers a "Watch free show reel" link and a "Free Preview" link, and the terms state: "Free samples are provided and the user must satisfy themselves as to the suitability of the site material to their needs before taking out a subscription." That sentence sits in the refund section, as covered below.

No plan price, plan length or trial offer appears on the home page, the age gate or the terms; the terms point to the Join page for those. What the terms do establish is the shape of the deal: a subscription, sold and billed by a third-party biller acting for the site, running for a term the subscriber selects at sign-up. The terms say the fee is "defined by the terms of the site at the time of the initial enrolment", and the terms state that the price and plan terms are "accurately and clearly represented on the Join page and/or elsewhere on the site". The first clause says the user accepts being "fully informed" about the material, the price and the terms of the plan chosen.

Paying and stopping

Who bills. The terms describe the biller as the site's "billing agent" and say the subscriber joins through one of 2 companies, either GMBill or CCBill. Which one a given member meets is not spelled out; the privacy section says the information is stored with "the billing company with whom you joined, either" of the two. The biller sets its own terms, with a link given during the subscription process, and the terms say the agreement is "subject to change by The Biller at any time", with changes effective when posted on the site "without notice upon each subscriber".

How the charge reads. This is one of the few billing points the site prints. The billing clause says the charge on your card "may appear under CCBill LLC, GMBill, Feck BV or a combination thereof." So a statement line could carry the biller's name, the site operator's name or both, and the pages do not say which of these a particular member will get.

Renewal. The recurring-billing clause is headed "Automatic Recurring Billing". If the recurring option is selected on the sign-up page, fees are "automatically renewed at the end of the original term selected, for a similar period of time". Renewal happens unless a cancellation notice is received "one clear day (plus any time differential between the Server and the Subscriber)" before the renewal date. Until then the subscriber authorizes the biller to charge the card for the ongoing cost of membership. The clause opens with "If selected by you on the sign up page", which makes recurring billing an option chosen at sign-up rather than a fixed rule. The terms promise an emailed receipt within 1 hour of the subscription being approved and tell the subscriber to keep it for the whole term, because the biller will ask for it with any query.

Canceling. The cancellation clause sets out the route. The subscriber ends the service "by means of the automated cancelation tool provided by the Biller and linked on the Help page." Stopping rebills means completing a process at the biller's website. Two routes are ruled out in plain words: the terms say rebilling cannot be stopped by emailing the site directly or by replying to a system-generated email. The clause also makes the subscriber responsible for receiving a confirmation email from the biller, and says the cancellation "is not complete until the Subscriber has received this email, and acted upon the instructions within it if applicable."

Refunds. The site "does not offer an unconditional money-back guarantee." The terms list what is not grounds for a refund: material that differs from what the user expected, too little material, quality that does not suit, a plan that does not fit, failing to cancel rebills within the rebilling period, and not having used the facilities. Canceling does not return the unused part of the term. Two openings exist. A refund may be made, in part or in full and "solely at the discretion of the Webmaster", if it can be shown that the site fails to deliver the content as advertised or fails to function on a standard system. Separately, pro-rata refunds are possible at the webmaster's discretion for users who made all reasonable attempts to cooperate with the Help process. Any refund goes back to the original card only, never as cash, check or a different card. The terms also state a minimum of 99.5% uptime averaged over any 12 month period, with compensation by extending the subscription if that is not met.

Chargebacks. The terms say that for a fraudulent chargeback the biller will assist the bank and the authorities in prosecuting, and that a refund request to a bank or card issuer over unauthorized or fraudulent use can lead the biller to block the account or card at all of its websites.

Account, data and the site's rules

The age gate asks visitors to choose between "YES I AM 18 YEARS OR OLDER" and "I AM UNDER 18", and states that "all persons appearing were over the age of 18 when they produced their videos, provided informed consent, and were paid. They receive additional income from your subscription." The footer adds "All contributors are 18 or over" and links a separate 18 U.S.C. 2257 page, an "Age, Consent and Anti Trafficking" page, "Complaints and Content Removal" and a DMCA page beside the terms and the privacy policy. The terms add that purchasing a subscription is treated as a sworn statement that the buyer is of age where they live.

On data, the terms require an accurate email address that stays working, and say a bounced address leaves the subscriber carrying the cost if a cancellation notice goes unreceived. The biller, not the site, holds the user-id: the terms say it will release a password only to the subscriber at the email address used when joining, unless a law or court order requires otherwise. The privacy section says the site uses tracking cookies to optimize performance, applies discounts and measures data usage, and shares no cookie information with third parties "nor set cookies on behalf of third parties other than Analytics". It says personal information, email included, is not shared with third parties, is protected by a secure interface, is accessible only by management and is also held by the biller. It promises no redirects to other adult sites, no new tabs, no popunders and email limited to administrative messages and occasional announcements. The terms also say the site may record the IP address a user connects from, that each user-id is for 1 person, and that accounts used for bulk downloading or scraping can be closed without refund. The governing law is Dutch, with Dutch courts hearing disputes, and the footer lists a company registration number (CoC) and a VAT number for Feck NL BV.

In October 2026 the age-gate front page loaded 0 third-party domains, made 4 requests, named no ad network and sent the visitor nowhere else on load.

What the membership holds

The home page works as a feed of numbered videos, each marked with a type, a date and a running time, with the newest dated 14 Oct 2026 and the listing running to "786 pages". The "View" menu sorts the material into Latest, Everybody, Females, Males, Trans/Non Binary, Friends, Confessions, Revival, Fantasy and Restorations. There is also a forum, a section for submitting your own contribution and an "Agony Squad" link, and a countdown shows when the next video is due. Most entries on the front page carry an "HD" tag.

The page gives special space to the "Great Restoration Project". The site says it is revisiting the earliest submissions and restoring the most popular videos to High Definition from the original master tapes, so restorations will be longer, with no time limits, little or no cropping and remastered sound. The site's own description says it is dedicated to the human orgasm and that the only nudity it contains is from the neck up. The terms add that the site works with portable devices running Apple iOS or Android "to the extent they are compatible with popular formats", that default browser settings are enough, and that cookies and JavaScript must be on. They also warn that some content may be removed or be unavailable in certain regions, and that having seen content in a sample does not guarantee it will be there at the time of subscription.

A subscriber gets a single license to download material for personal use. Commercial use, passing material on and public display are prohibited.

The terms also carry a "Shop Sales" clause with a "cooling period of 14 working days" for returning a product; the clause speaks of dispatching goods, and the pages do not say it covers the membership.

Who it suits

It suits a reader who wants billing terms stated in advance and a company named with a registered address, and who is comfortable canceling through a biller's tool rather than by email. It also suits someone who prefers to try the free reel and previews before paying, since the site makes that the basis of its refund position.

It is a harder fit for a buyer who wants a refund route that does not depend on the webmaster's discretion, or who wants to see the plan ladder before reaching the Join page; the home page and the terms do not show one. Two points need care: the charge label can read as the biller or the operator, and a cancellation is only finished once the biller's confirmation email arrives.

The site's strength is its clarity about conditions it controls: a stated no-popunder policy, a named operator with registration numbers and a plain account of what it will and will not refund.
