What it is and what it costs
BiPhoria is a paid movie site built around one theme, bisexual scenes with mixed casts. The front page says it is brought to you by the "award-winning Zero Tolerance porn studio", and the footer says the site is owned and operated by Digigamma B.V. in Haarlem, in the Netherlands. The site's own history is that it has been "a leader of bi porn movies on DVD and VOD for several years", and that "for the first time, the entire library of movies are offered online". Those are the site's claims.
The public pages list titles, release dates and cast names, but watching is for members: every option on the join page is paid, and the pages describe no free viewing. The join page sells a short limited trial and 3 longer plans, 2 of which have the same length and different prices. For a buyer, the trial and what it turns into matter more than the library, so most of what follows is about the money.
Paying and stopping
Every page footer sends "Billing Inquiries" and cancellations to Segpay, which it calls "our authorized payment processor". The same footer names Epoch as "authorized sales agents", without saying what Epoch handles, so Segpay is the billing and cancel contact the pages give. The terms also allow payment by credit card, debit card, money order, online check, or gift cards through the PayGarden service, and a gift-card membership "will not be rebilled" and gets no refunds or partial refunds. No page prints a statement descriptor, so the pages do not state how the charge appears on a card statement.
In October 2026 the join page sold a "3 Day Trial", marked "Limited Access", at $2.95, with limited streaming and no downloads. Printed under the price: "Your trial period will be billed $2.95 Recurring at $29.95 / 30 days". The trial clause of the terms matches it: monthly billing starts when the trial ends, and the trial can also be authorized on the card for up to one month of service at sign-up, which can lower the available balance for a while.
The other 3 plans on that page in October 2026 were a 30-day plan billed $19.95 and recurring at the same price each month, a second 30-day plan billed and recurring at $29.95, and a 365-day plan billed in one payment of $119.40 and recurring at that amount every 12 months. All 3 carry the heading "Streaming + Downloads" and then the words "Unlimited No downloads" on the same card. The page explains neither the 2 prices for one length nor the download wording.
Rebilling runs until the member stops it. Outside the gift-card route, each plan rolls into a fresh period of the same length at the price paid when joining, and the cutoff is 48 hours before the renewal date. Fees are owed until 48 hours after Client Relations receives and acknowledges the notice. If a fee changes, a member who has not canceled within 30 days is treated as accepting it, and a later price cut brings no refund. In October 2026 the terms let a failed recurring payment add an administrative fee of up to $2, and a declined first payment may be retried within 7 days.
To cancel, the terms point to a form on the support site they name, or to Client Relations directly, and ask that the notice carry the member's full name, email address and, where it applies, the last 4 digits of the card. Billing errors must be raised in writing within 30 days of the statement, and a chargeback can lead the company to block future purchases.
Refunds are narrow. The refund page closes them once "the Login details have been used on Portal", and neither non-use nor trouble reaching the site through no fault of the company counts as grounds. Partly used periods earn no credit. A refund that is granted goes back to the card used, within 10 days of contact with Client Relations, never as cash or a check. The download rules hold the one written exception: an account banned for passing the 300 GB daily limit gets a pro-rated refund.
Account, data and the site's rules
Joining is a 2-step form: an email address and a password of 8-32 characters with a digit, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a special character, then the plan. The form states that you consent to receive promotions and updates by email and asks you to tick agreement to the terms and privacy policy. An account is for personal use, and handing a login to someone else ends the membership.
The privacy policy was last updated on February 25, 2026. In certain jurisdictions it asks for identity or age verification through outside providers it names, VerifyMy and Incode, which can involve a face image, and it says that data stays with those providers while the site only learns whether the check was passed. Payment details go to third-party processors, and personal information is kept for as long as business, compliance, billing and collection purposes require. The policy also covers cookies, Google Analytics and email sent for partners and advertisers, with up to 14 days to process an opt-out.
The terms, last updated March 24, 2026, are an agreement with DigiGamma B.V. / Gamma Billing Inc., and they give the portal's operator as DigiGamma B.V. in Haarlem. The 2257 statement says everyone appearing in a depiction was over 18 at the time, exempts material made before July 3, 1995, and keeps its records with Gamma Entertainment Inc. in Montreal, Canada. The terms ban content involving minors, allow only consenting adults on the portal, and run a complaint process that promises to resolve reports of unlawful material within 5 business days.
In October 2026 the front page loaded 9 third-party domains in 120 requests, among them algolia.net, google-analytics.com, googletagmanager.com and trackjs.com, with no ad network named and no redirect elsewhere on load.
What the membership holds
The membership is a studio back catalog plus new releases. The movies page counted 88 movies in October 2026, sortable by Latest, Most Viewed, Popular and Upcoming, and the menu adds Videos, Stars and Photos. The front page says movies come with photo sets of the scenes. Its latest-videos row ran from 2026-07-03 to 2026-09-18 across 2 recent movies, each split into numbered scenes, while the member benefits list promises "Exclusive Weekly Updates", "4K Ultra HD Movies", "Compatible With Any Device", "Unlimited Streaming & Downloads" and "24/7 Customer & Technical Support". The trial is narrower: limited streaming and no downloads. Downloads on full plans are capped at 300 GB per day, a limit the company may change without notice.
Who it suits and who it does not
BiPhoria fits a buyer who wants one studio's bisexual catalog and reads the money terms before paying: the trial price, its length, the amount it rolls into and the 48-hour window are all printed, and the cancellation form is named in writing. A buyer paying by PayGarden gift card gets a membership the terms say never rebills.
The caveats are real. Refunds end once the login is used, the trial has no downloads, the 30-day plans carry different prices with no explanation, and the plan cards contradict themselves on downloads. Nobody can learn from the pages how the charge will read on a statement. The site's strength is a complete written rulebook for money and data, with Segpay named as the billing contact and age-check providers named in the privacy policy.
