What it is and what it costs
ChaosMen is a paid gay video site that shoots its own material. The front page says it was created in 2006 by its founder and calls the brand "20 Years of Celebrating Male Sexuality", with a focus on amateurs and first-time performers. Its output is grouped into Raw, Solo and Edge series plus a Chaos Series shelf, and besides videos the site runs Models and Photos sections, a Live Cams link and a Be a Model page that recruits performers.
Nothing is watched for free: the join page sells only paid options, priced in euros. 4 of them sit there, from a 3-day trial to an 18-month plan, and every one rebills. On 2 of the 4 the first charge is lower than the charge that follows, which is the single most useful thing a buyer can know before entering a card.
Paying and stopping
In October 2026 the join page priced the options like this:
- 3-day trial: €2.95 for "Limited Streaming" with no downloads, recurring at €29.95 every 30 days.
- 30 days: one payment of €14.95, then €29.95 a month.
- 60 days: one payment of €19.90, then €19.95 a month.
- 18 months: one payment of €125.10, then €125.00 every 12 months.
So the trial and the 30-day plan both step up to the higher renewal amount after the first period. The 60-day and 18-month plans renew at close to what they open at, and the 18-month card is the one whose renewal period is shorter than its first term.
Who takes the money is stated in the footer of every page: Segpay is "our authorized payment processor", the contact for billing inquiries and for canceling, and Epoch is named alongside it as "authorized sales agents", with no word on which plan Epoch handles. The terms add a gift-card route through PayGarden whose memberships are never rebilled and never refunded, and a California notice that lists Gamma Billing Inc. of Beverly Hills. On the statement itself the pages are silent: no descriptor is printed, so a buyer cannot learn from them what name the charge will carry.
Rebilling is the default. The terms keep each plan running into new periods of the same length, at the price agreed when joining, until the member cancels, and they set the cutoff at 48 hours before the renewal date. A fee change counts as accepted if the member stays on for 30 days without canceling. In October 2026 the terms also allowed a declined card to be tried again within 7 days, possibly at a lower amount for that attempt, and an administrative fee of up to $2 after a failed renewal.
Stopping a membership is a written step. The terms offer a form on the support site they name or a message to Client Relations, and fees keep accruing until 48 hours after that notice is acknowledged. The join page footer separately sends cancellations to Segpay. No cancel button in a member area is described anywhere on the pages.
Money rarely comes back. Once a login has been used, the refund page says fees are non-refundable; not using the account, or failing to reach it through no fault of the company, is no ground either, and partial months earn nothing. If the company does refund, the card used is credited within 10 days of the member's contact with Client Relations, never in cash or by check. The terms carve out one case: a member banned for going past the daily download cap is paid back pro rata for the unused time.
Account, data and the site's rules
The join form has 2 steps. Step 1 opens the account with a password of 8-32 characters holding at least 1 digit, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter and 1 special character, plus a box for the terms and privacy policy and a notice that joining means consenting to promotional email. The terms want a valid email address and limit the account to personal use; handing the login to someone else ends the membership. The company may also close an account whose holder will not complete an age check, and any attempt to get around one ends it at once.
The privacy policy, last updated February 25, 2026, says the site is owned and operated by Gamma Entertainment Inc., Gamma Billing Inc. and Digigamma B.V. Where an age or identity check is required, it may ask for data on physical characteristics and "mathematical or geometric representations of your face", handled by outside providers it lists as VerifyMy and Incode. Card and transaction details go to third-party processors. Google Analytics, advertiser cookies and email web beacons are all described, a promotional-email opt-out can take up to 14 days, and requests to exercise privacy rights go by email to Client Relations, with answer times between 30 and 60 days depending on the region's section.
The terms, last updated March 24, 2026, name Digigamma B.V. of Haarlem, Netherlands, as the portal's operator. They ban content involving minors, cap downloads at 300 GB a day, and limit each membership to a territory that leaves out places where the material is prohibited, disabling one used elsewhere with no refund. Disputes go to individual arbitration rather than a jury trial or a class action. A complaint process covers reports of rule-breaking content. The 2257 statement says everyone depicted was over 18, exempts material from before July 3, 1995, and keeps the records with Gamma Entertainment Inc. in Montreal.
In October 2026 the front page loaded 10 third-party domains over 141 requests: algolia.net, algolianet.com, gammacdn.com, gammaentertainment.com, google-analytics.com, googletagmanager.com, izooto.com, on.aws, tiypa.com and trackjs.com, none of them a named ad network, with no redirect off the site on load.
What the membership holds
The front page claims 2,800+ videos and 1,000+ models, though a paragraph lower down says "over 2,700 videos", and the models page reported 1108 results. Members are promised multiple new videos each week, original series and channels, and 24/7 customer support.
The schedule can be read straight off the page. The latest-videos row carried 6 releases dated a week apart, from 2026-08-21 to 2026-09-25, and 2 upcoming releases were dated 2026-10-02 and 2026-10-16. The newest Solo and Edge items on the front page are older, from 2024 and 2023, so in October 2026 the weekly cadence came from the Raw series.
On downloads the site contradicts itself. The front page sells "Unlimited 4K Streaming & Downloads" and the benefits list says "Streaming and Download Options", while every card on the join page prints "No downloads". The terms meanwhile set a 300 GB daily download cap. Which plan, if any, includes downloads is a question to put to Client Relations before paying.
Who it suits and who it does not
ChaosMen fits a viewer who wants one long-running producer's amateur gay catalog on a steady weekly release, pays in euros, and will put the 48-hour cancellation deadline in a calendar.
Its weak points sit in the money. 2 plans renew higher than they open, refunds end at first login, cancellation needs a form or a message, the footer names 2 payment companies without dividing their roles, and the download promise on the front page clashes with the join page. The privacy policy also allows face-based age checks by outside providers.
What it does well is openness about who runs it and when it publishes: a named Dutch operator, a records address, dated releases and written rules on renewal, refunds and download limits.
