What it is and what it costs

Girls Out West is a membership site for Australian amateur erotica, shot, according to its own pages, by women. Its tour pages describe the mission as "Women shooting women" and its signup page calls the company "predominantly female owned and operated". The terms name the operator as Gonzo Media, a Florida limited liability company, with a mailing address in Pinellas Park, Florida. The site claims awards for production in Australia, and several of its pages count its age in years: "27 Years Online" in the header, "24 Years of Archived Media" on the signup page and "25 YEARS OF ARCHIVED MEDIA" on the home page. The pages do not reconcile those numbers.

Much of the site is open without an account. The terms say so directly: "much of the Site is available without creating an account", and the tour carries category pages, scene listings and trailers. Full scenes need a membership. A trailer page tells a visitor that they "must be a member to view this scene", with a Log In or Join button.

In October 2026 the signup page listed 4 membership lengths. The 1 month option was $29.50, the 3 month option $47.50, the 8 month option $100.00 and the 12 month option $150.00. The terms list the same 4 amounts "as of 10/16/2025", marked "for reference purposes only", and say the "current and controlling" rates are the ones on the site.

Paying and stopping

Who bills. The footer says: "Please visit SegPay.com EPOCH.com CCBill.com Our Authorized Payment Processors." 3 companies are named, and the pages do not say how a member is assigned to one of them. The signup page offers "Join By Credit Card" and, unusually, "Join By Check - Pay via Snail Mail", so a member can pay by post.

How the charge reads. The footer prints the statement name: "Charges will appear on your credit card statement as GONZOMEDI Gonzo Media LLC", followed by the Pinellas Park, FL location. It carries the operator's name rather than a processor's name.

Renewal. The terms say a member "will be automatically rebilled according to your selected payment option for an amount equal to the membership rate that you selected". They add that the site employs "an automatic rebill procedure in order to provide continuity of service". The rate list in the same terms calls each plan a "One Time Charge", which sits oddly beside the rebill clause; the rebill clause itself ties the amount to the membership rate selected. The pages do not state a separate renewal price or say when the next charge falls.

Cancelling. The signup page answers "How Do I Cancel?" with: "You can contact us here or by using the links: EPOCH.com / CCBill.com / SegPay.com". A line near the bottom of the page repeats it as "Cancel Your Subscription With Our Sales Agents" followed by the same 3 links. Cancellation can therefore be done at the processor or by writing to the site, and the terms give a support email address. The pages offer "24 Hour Member Support".

Refunds. The site's statements point in different directions, and a buyer should read both. The terms say "all membership fees paid to the Site are non-refundable", and make the member responsible for chargeback fees and any dishonored check fees. The refund section then says refunds "for purchases or recurring charges will be given if a member can demonstrate that he/she is unable to use the site as set forth in this agreement due to no fault of his or her own, or at the discretion of GirlsOutWest", credited only to the original payment method and requested through customer support. The signup page is blunter about content: "We do not offer a refund if you signup and don't like the content, that is why we have as much free content on the outside". The workable summary is that a refund follows a site failure or the operator's discretion, not a change of mind. The terms also give a member 30 days after a charge appears on a statement to report a billing error, after which the fee is "deemed acceptable".

Account, data and the site's rules

Joining means picking a username and a password, both 6 to 12 characters of letters and numbers, with a checkbox for member emails. The privacy policy lists what the site may collect through an account: name, address, email, telephone and fax numbers, and credit card and billing details. On mobile devices it adds a device identifier, IP address and "precise location information". The terms add that registering for a membership may generate "invitations to complete membership application" for partner sites, with no charge unless the member completes the application.

The privacy policy is permissive about sharing. It says information may go to "business partners and third parties, such other marketers, publishers, retailers, participatory databases and non-profit organizations" who want to market to the member, and that third parties serving advertisements may set their own cookies and help "serve anonymous targeted advertising". Anything a member submits for publication "shall immediately and irrevocably become our sole and exclusive property". Members can update marketing preferences in the account, through an unsubscribe link or by email.

The terms restrict use to one computer for personal entertainment and bar selling or lending the membership. They allow the site to end a membership "at any time for any reason whatsoever". 2 clauses disagree about disputes: one has the member accept the jurisdiction of New York, Nassau County, while the later governing-law clause names the laws of Australia, arbitration under ACICA rules and Australian venues.

On content rules, the 2257 statement says the people in any depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct were over the age of 18 when it was created. It names Gonzo Media LLC as owner, operator and either primary or secondary producer, and names the same company as custodian of records at an address in Phoenix, Arizona. A separate anti-trafficking page commits the site to internal initiatives, to cooperating with law enforcement, and to an email address for reports, with links to government and non-profit resources. A "report abuse" page and a model recruitment link sit in the footer.

In October 2026 the front page loaded 8 third-party domains, among them doubleclick.net, google.com and elfsight.com, made 39 requests, named Google Ads as the one ad network and did not redirect the visitor elsewhere on load.

What the membership holds

The header counters on the tour pages read 1,278 models and 388,646 photos, which are the site's own figures, and a movie count of 5,826 in the tour header against 5,828 in the home page header. The home page promises "five new content updates weekly", and the about page says the crew works to produce "5 - 7 films per week". Both are claims, not a schedule.

The home page groups content under Girls Love Girls, Group Fun and Sensual Solos, and the category pages filter by Solo Videos, Girl/Girl Videos and Boy/Girl Videos. Listings mix full scenes, photo sets and behind-the-scenes interviews, each with a running time or photo count and a date. The signup page lists "4K videos" and "Ultra Fast Downloads Globally", and says members can "Stream and Download in All Options". A trailer page spells out the options: streaming at 1080 true HD, 720 HD, 576 HD and 288 SD, and downloads from 4K ultra HD at 3840x2160 down to 288 SD. The home page itself says "High Definition 1080P Videos" beside the archive claim.

The archive is the site's headline claim. The Alternative category listings show scenes dated from 2010 to 2022, and the site describes thousands of hours of material, with a Video of the Week and a countdown to the next update.

Who it suits

It suits a reader who wants a statement name printed in advance, 3 named processors with cancel links, and the choice to pay by post rather than by card. It also suits someone who values knowing a studio's stated production approach and its anti-trafficking and 2257 pages before paying.

It is a harder fit for a buyer who wants a plain refund window, because refunds follow site failure and not a change of heart, or one who reads data-sharing clauses closely, because the privacy policy allows marketing disclosures and third-party ad cookies. The archive numbers vary from page to page.

The site's strength is a long-running, openly stated studio with high-definition downloads and a billing page that names its processors and its statement line.
