What it is and what it costs
Grooby OD, short for Grooby on Demand, is a pay-per-scene video store. Its masthead reads "Grooby OD - Trans Porn on Demand!", and its FAQ describes the company behind it, Grooby Productions, as having started its first site in 1996. The site sells individual scenes: a visitor adds a scene to a cart and buys it.
Registration is described as free: the home page carries "Register Now!" and "Join for Free" buttons beside a login link. In October 2026 the scene listings showed 2 price points, $19.99 for hardcore and VR hardcore scenes and $14.99 for solo scenes, each with an "Add to Cart" button and a "Save List" option for scenes a visitor wants to come back to. The FAQ states that the site has "a massive tour area" and does not offer trial memberships. For a reader weighing risk, the central fact is that the FAQ says nothing recurs, which changes what paying and stopping mean.
Paying and stopping
The FAQ answers the rebill question directly. "Will I be recharged every month?" is answered with "No, on Grooby on Demand you only pay for the videos you wish to purchase. No further billing will occur unless you choose to purchase more scenes." The cancellation answer follows from that: "There is no need to cancel your account on this website as no recurring charges will occur." A buyer therefore has no renewal date to watch and no cancellation form to hunt for.
The FAQ page states "Epoch is our authorized reseller." That is the only payment company named. Nothing on the site gives the wording a purchase leaves on a card statement. The purchase dialog also works with an account balance: when the balance is too low for a scene, the site asks how much the buyer wishes to deposit. For billing help the FAQ points to the general Grooby Support page for membership or account problems, and the footer lists a Customer Support link and a separate Refund Policy page.
Refunds are narrow. Asked whether a visitor who does not like the site can have a refund or partial refund, the FAQ says "No" and explains that the site has "a massive tour area and do not offer trial memberships." It then adds an exception: "We are more than happy to refund you though if you find you have been charged incorrectly or there is another billing issue." So a refund is available for a billing error, and a change of mind is not a ground for one. The scene description and length are what a buyer has to go on before adding to the cart.
Ownership is the other half of the model. The FAQ says "Once you have purchased a scene, its yours to keep forever," and that scenes can be downloaded and kept or streamed as many times as the buyer likes on the website. If a download is lost, logging back in allows downloading it again. The one catch sits in the cancellation answer: to remove an account completely, a visitor contacts the site, which will do it, but "you will lose access to your purchased scenes on the website." Files already downloaded are not mentioned either way, so the plain reading is that deleting the account ends access through the site, and anything worth keeping is downloaded first.
Account, data and the site's rules
Registration is described as free, and the FAQ ties purchases to an account, since removing the account removes access to them. The pages do not describe which details registration asks for or how long they are kept. The entry wall asks a visitor to confirm being 18 or older, or of legal age where they live, and accepting it means accepting the Terms & Conditions, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy. The footer lists those documents beside a Refund Policy, a Spam Policy, an Anti-Trafficking Policy, an Age Verification Info page and a Complaints Procedure. The newsletter box says a subscriber can unsubscribe at any time and that the email address is never given out. Members with an account problem are sent to Grooby Support, general feedback goes to a forum or to the company's admin address, and the footer asks anyone who sees content that should not be shown to write to customer service, with a promise to handle complaints seriously and in a timely manner.
The compliance page is a 2257 disclosure for the site. It says every person depicted in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct was over the age of 18 when the image was produced, and that the required records are on file with a records custodian. It lists the categories of exempt material, including depictions created before July 3, 1995, and gives normal business hours of 10:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. It directs reports of age concerns on any internet site to the FBI or ASACP, and it says the site carries an RTA adult rating. The custodian's location line on that page is left blank. The footer adds that the site holds model releases and IDs for every model. The FAQ names Grooby Productions as the company, and no page gives a company address.
The FAQ also says each Grooby website operates as a unique entity. Its menu links out to a blog, a store that sells DVDs for download or streaming, a VR site and a live cam page, which are separate destinations.
Its October 2026 front page called on 10 outside domains over 105 requests, among them bootstrapcdn.com, campaigner.com, fontawesome.com, google-analytics.com and jquery.com; none was an ad network, and the store stayed on its own address on load.
What the store holds
The store organizes scenes by type and by the company's own sub-brands. The home page shows latest hardcore scenes and solo scenes, each with a runtime, an "HD Video" label and a date; the newest listings were dated October 10, 2026. The category list on the home page shows a count beside each name. The advanced search filters by body type, hair, country, shoot type and website, takes include and exclude keywords, and can limit results to content added within 3, 7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days. The models index can be sorted by most recent, title or most popular and browsed by letter, with the number of scenes available shown beside each name.
VR sits in this store as its own product line. In October 2026 some listings were labeled as VR hardcore scenes at the same $19.99 price as a flat hardcore scene. The advanced search offers "VR Scene" as a shoot type and lists Grooby VR, JustVR and TransVR among the websites a search can be limited to, and the top menu has a Virtual Reality TGirls link. The FAQ says videos can be downloaded in standard-definition 480p, high-definition 720p and 1080p, and ultra-HD 4K, and that videos are in MP4 format and stream to all devices without extra software; the site adds that a slower connection can use a lower resolution stream. Which resolution each scene offers is something the FAQ does not break out.
Who it suits
It suits a viewer who dislikes subscriptions and wants to pay for exactly what they watch, keep the files and never think about a renewal date. It also suits a buyer who values a clear answer on recurring billing. It fits less well anyone who wants to sample before paying, since the FAQ rules out trials and refunds for a change of mind, or who wants the statement wording in writing first, because the pages name Epoch but print no descriptor. Account deletion costs access to purchases, so keep downloads. The strength is the plain model: each scene is bought once, owned for good and never rebilled.
