What it is and what it costs
LoveHerFeet is a subscription site devoted to one subject: feet. Its About page describes it as an adult streaming platform for foot fetish content, with videos and photo sets, and its terms name Oktogon Media, Inc. as the company behind it. The About page is written in the first person by a director who says he started in the industry in the late 1990s.
What is free and what is paid is simple to state. The front page and the tour show listings, thumbnails and release dates, and a "Get access" button sits on every page. The videos and downloads are for subscribers. The About page puts it as "By subscribing, users can directly watch and download as many feet porn videos to catch their attention as they want."
The pages state no plan price. There is no price table, no plan length, no trial and no rebill amount on any page. The only price-related line is a front-page promotional banner for a reduced first month, and it says nothing about what the first month costs or what the second month will cost. The terms point to the site's front page for the "official standard membership rates", and that is where a buyer reads the real figure before paying. The terms themselves carry none.
What the pages do spell out at length is who bills, how renewal works and how cancellation behaves.
Paying and stopping
The footer names 2 billers and tells members where to go: "For inquiries or to cancel your membership, please visit EPOCH, SEGPAY, our authorized payment processors." The terms list a wider set of names that may show up on a statement: "Probiller.com, MGBill, Vendo, Segpay, WTS, or others (depending on Subscriber geographical location) may appear on Subscriber's credit card, bank statement, or phone bill for all applicable charges." If a member joins more than one venue in one transaction, the statement lists each purchase. The terms add that the billing arm may include other information required by card association and telephone rules, and that a checking account, if used, is debited directly. The customer support page then mentions a third name: the subscription ID in a member's email receipt comes from "either CCBILL or Epoch, whichever billing provider processed your payment". The pages therefore do not fix one statement line. Which of these names appears depends on the member's location and on which biller took the payment.
Renewal is written in permissive language. Subscription fees "may be automatically renewed at or after the end of the original term selected, for a similar period of time and for a similar or lower amount, unless notice of cancellation is received from the Subscriber." In the same section the member authorizes the billing arm to charge the chosen payment method for ongoing membership and for any additional purchases of materials on the site. The terms also say membership fees can change at any time at the company's sole discretion. In October 2026 the terms set an administration fee of up to $2.00 on a failed recurring payment, applied to keep a subscription temporarily active until the full fee can be processed.
Cancellation needs a careful read. The terms say the subscription can be ended at any time and without cause, by either side, by electronic or conventional mail, chat or telephone, and that the member is liable for charges up to the termination date. Then comes a warning in the same section: "Using the online form to cancel your membership, as opposed to contacting Customer Care via phone or chat, may result in an immediate loss of access to the site." So a member who cancels through the online form may lose access immediately, and the pages do not say whether that cuts short time already paid for, while a member who goes through Customer Care by phone or chat does not face that wording. The About page says subscribers can pause or cancel at any time with no hidden extra charges, and lists "Fast Customer Support, Easy Cancel" among its selling points.
Refunds are discretionary. Refunds for purchases or recurring charges are requested through customer support. No refund or credit is issued for partially used memberships. The company may grant a refund or credit at its discretion, one refund does not oblige it to grant another, and any refund goes back to the original payment method, never by cash or check. Chargebacks are investigated and may prevent future purchases. The terms say records of charges are not guaranteed to be available more than 365 days after the subscription date, and that questions are answered within 2 working days.
Account, data and the site's rules
Access is a username and password, a single access right for one subscriber, and the terms say the site owner may track each subscriber's entry with special software. A sign-in with a third-party account is mentioned in the privacy policy as a possibility.
The privacy policy was last modified on December 5, 2019, and names Oktogon Media, Inc. as the controller. It lists what it may hold: identity data including date of birth and gender, contact data, financial data including bank account and payment card details, transaction, technical, profile, usage and marketing data. It states plainly that, depending on how the site is used, the information may allow conclusions about a person's sex life or sexual orientation, and treats that as sensitive personal information needed to provide some of the service. Retention is described as "as long as necessary" for the purposes collected. Account deletion is available at any time, and rights of access, correction, erasure, portability and objection are listed. Promotional email opt-outs can take up to 7 days. Comments and forum posts are treated as public, and the policy warns they may be impossible to edit or delete afterwards.
The cookie notice and the policy do not read the same way. The banner says cookies are used "not for advertising or ad targeting" and that analytics cookies are optional. The 2019 policy describes Google Analytics and DoubleClick, targeting cookies, and interest-based advertising by third parties, and the 2 texts have not been brought into line.
On the consent side, the content removal page bans sharing images or private data without the person's consent and promises review of reports within 5 business days. The footer links anti-money laundering and anti-trafficking statements. The 2257 page says depicted persons were over 18 when images were recorded, sets out exemption statements, and names Oktogon Media Inc. in Sherman Oaks, California as custodian of records. The terms are governed by United States law, with disputes settled in Nevada, and give a Las Vegas address.
The front page drew 8 third-party domains over 216 requests in October 2026, hotjar.com and hotjar.io, google-analytics.com, googletagmanager.com, onesignal.com and the parent's own oktogonmedia.com among them, with no ad network named and no redirect away from the site.
What the membership holds
The About page claims hundreds of foot-focused videos, high-definition video, high-resolution photo sets and behind-the-scenes material, with frequent updates. A short line on the About page gives the pitch as consistent video updates and 4K downloads. The latest-updates list in October 2026 showed releases dated Oct 13, 11, 10, 9, 6, 4, 3 and 2, with running times from 5:14 to 1:09:00, and an upcoming-scenes list gave dates of Oct 16, 18, 23 and 27. The site is built for phone, tablet and desktop, and the support page says videos are tested daily for playback on most modern browsers.
Browsing is by video, photos, models, behind-the-scenes and a category index. The index runs to 189 categories and is mostly about the feet themselves, down to a long run of nail polish colors. Members can comment, and the About page and support page describe a forum where members can pitch ideas and requests.
Who it suits
It suits a viewer with a single, specific interest who wants downloads and a regular release calendar, and who is happy to deal with Customer Care by chat or phone instead of a form. It also suits someone who reads terms: the renewal, fee and refund clauses are specific.
The caveats are real ones. The pages show no plan price, the statement name is one of several that depend on location, renewal can come in at a lower amount but is not guaranteed to, and canceling by the online form can cost access immediately. The policy and the banner describe advertising cookies differently. Even so, the site is clear about its subject, names its billers on the footer, and gives a regular stream of dated releases.
