What it is and what it costs
LucidFlix presents itself as the "Official Site of LucidFlix" and describes its product as "a high-end cinematic experience in every original video we create for every series we offer", running from short stories to full feature scenes. The menus lead to Home, Series, Episodes, Photos, Models and a Blog, with Sign In and Join in the top bar, and the footer says the site is powered by PAYSITE.com. It is a studio site rather than a tube: the front page is built from a carousel of the newest scenes, a Top 10 of its most viewed videos, a Latest Episodes row with a claimed "New episode every week", a Feature Films row and featured films grouped by series.
There are 2 ways to pay. The membership is the main one, and every plan on the join page is labeled Unlimited Streaming. The second is a per-scene purchase: in October 2026 the front page carousel showed a Purchase Now button at $15.00 beside each of its 2 scenes, each listed with a running time and a photo count. The pages do not say whether a purchased scene is a rental or a copy to keep, how long access lasts, or whether the purchase goes through the same billing partners as the membership.
The join page offers 3 membership lengths, 1 month, 3 months and 1 year, and no free trial.
Paying and stopping
The footer on every page states: "Epoch and Segpay are our authorized payment processors." The join page offers 4 ways to pay, credit card, cryptocurrency, PayPal and a gift card, with a separate Proceed with Gift Card button beside the checkout button. No page matches a payment method to one of the 2 named processors.
The statement name is the site's most unusual billing detail, set out in its billing FAQ as a list rather than a single brand: "One of the following discrete descriptors will appear on your bill: Website Billing, SegPay, CCBill, Epoch, Verotel, GXBill, achdebit, KB Productions, CustomerCare.co". That list is longer than the 2 processors in the footer, and the pages do not say which entry a particular purchase produces. A member who finds one of those names on a statement can match it against the list.
Every plan runs until the member cancels. In October 2026 the join page priced the 1 Month plan at $29.95, rebilling at $29.95 monthly, and the 3 Months plan as rebilling at $59.85 every 90 days. The 1 Year plan, the one the page highlights, read as one payment of $119.40, followed by the same until-canceled wording as the others. The pages give no renewal date or renewal price for the yearly plan.
No LucidFlix account screen offers a cancel button. Stopping a plan means going to the billing partner, whose link sits at the foot of every page, and asking that company to end it. A member who has lost track of which partner took the money, or gets stuck, may write to support with 4 details (the site joined, the username, the full name and the signup email) and have the site cancel instead, allowing up to 72 hours for that request. Card numbers are not to be sent by email. Replies are promised within 24-48hrs, with a reminder to look in the spam folder.
The support and join pages state no refund policy, and neither says whether a refund is possible on a membership or a single-scene purchase.
Account, data and the site's rules
Joining means creating an account and choosing a plan and payment method. The form says that by submitting it the buyer certifies being 18 or older and agrees to the Terms-of-Service Agreement. Sign-in uses a username and password, and the support page notes that both are case sensitive. It also describes an access control: if one username is used from multiple IP addresses, or a wrong password is entered more than 5 times, the site's software blocks access, and a blocked member is told to contact support. No page lists what personal details the sign-up form collects beyond the payment choices. Its playback tips point users to Google Chrome and say many videos are meant for high-speed connections.
The footer of every page links a Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Content Removal and a Complaint Policy. The site's 2257 compliance notice puts every performer over the age of 18 at the time of filming, explicit or simulated, and concedes that not every video on the site was produced in-house. For the in-house material it names LucidFlix Media Group LLC, at an address in Canoga Park, California, as custodian of records. The footer's 2257 line separately names KB Productions LLC at an address in Scottsdale, Arizona, with a phone number. No page explains how the 2 companies relate.
The front page's October 2026 load made 92 requests to 7 third-party domains, cloudflare.com, google-analytics.com, googleapis.com, googletagmanager.com, gstatic.com, mjedge.net and yppcdn.com, with none of them a named ad network and no redirect to another site.
What the membership holds
The membership is built around series, and the filter on the Photos page lists the main ones: Cinemacore, V-POV and Lucid Shorts. The front page also has featured-film rows by series, and the episode lists carry numbered series such as VHSEX, PRIMAL and SMASHCORE. Each episode shows a running time and a photo count, for example 98 Photos beside 28:53 Minutes, and the feature films shown run from 29:19 to 41:30. The site says a new episode arrives every week.
Photos have their own section, headed "All Photos" and described as "Our Captivating High-res Images", with sorting by Popularity or Date Added in either order. A Models section and a Blog complete the menu. The Top 10 on the front page shows a percentage beside each video, a score of the site's own, and the scenes in the carousel each carry a Play Trailer button.
The scene write-ups in the feed are scripted storylines with named characters, and the framing throughout is cinematic, with titles, episode numbers and running times on every entry.
Who it suits
LucidFlix suits a buyer who likes story-led studio productions in numbered series and is comfortable canceling through a biller's own page. The 3 plan lengths, the single-scene purchase and the choice of crypto or a gift card at checkout suit someone who wants options in how to pay.
It is a harder fit for a buyer who wants one fixed statement name, because the support page lists 9 possible descriptors, or a written refund policy before paying. The yearly plan's renewal terms are also left unstated. In its favor, the descriptor list is printed in full, the cancellation route is written out step by step with an email fallback, and the series structure is clear from the front page down.
