What it is and what it costs
Morey Studio is the website of one photography studio, not a network and not a marketplace. Its legal page says the primary content is created and provided by the studio's owner and his photography business, and that no photo or video content comes from people or companies outside MoreyStudio LLC and that business. Guest galleries exist, but the same page says they need approval and are uploaded by the owner or MoreyStudio LLC employees. The site does not take uploads from the public and does not accept unsolicited submissions of any visual material or text.
The front page is a free public gallery of preview thumbnails, with a header reading "Updated: 10.12.26" and links to Videos, Photos, Models and Blog. The paid part is a members' area the pages call the Private Archive. Joining is a purchase of access, and the join page offers 2 kinds of plan. Recurring plans rebill until you stop them. Single-pay plans are a one-time payment with, in the page's words, "no re-billing". All prices on the join page are in US$.
Paying and stopping
Two billers are named on the pages, and the join page says how the charge reads. The sentence is "All transactions are discreetly billed as 'CCBill.com', or 'Epoch.com'." So the statement line is one of those two, and the pages do not say which one applies to which payment method. The contact page carries separate support links for CCBill Billing Support and Epoch Billing Support, and it describes Epoch as "our authorized sales agent". The privacy policy points readers to their payment processor's own privacy policy for what that processor collects.
On cancellation, the join page says: "You may easily cancel a recurring membership at any time." The plans are labeled "Recurring (cancel anytime)", and each lists the amount it rebills at. The pages do not describe the cancellation steps; the only related pointers are the 2 billing support links, CCBill and Epoch, in the footer of every page. The pages publish no refund terms at all. Nothing on the join page, the legal page or the privacy policy says whether a refund is possible for a recurring or a single-pay purchase, and there is no trial offer on the join page.
In October 2026 the join page listed 3 recurring plans. Monthly was "9.99 rebills @ 9.99". Quarterly was "19.99 rebills @ 19.99". Yearly was "49.99 rebills @ 49.99". Each recurring plan states a rebill amount equal to its price. The single-pay list in October 2026 read 1 Month at 19.00, 3 Months at 29.00, 1 Year at 59.00 and 2 Years at 89.00, each as a "single payment". Because those never rebill, nothing renews and nothing needs canceling, which suits a buyer who wants a fixed end date.
Card payment is not the only route. A section headed "No Credit Card?" lists alternative methods under the headings USA, Europe and International. The methods named are 900 Phone Billing, DirectPay EU, Personal Check, Online Check, Euro Debit, Money Order and Cash (Anonymous). The front page title also says "Now Accepting Paypal". The legal page, though, says all users "must submit payment via established credit card processors", so the two statements sit side by side without being reconciled.
Account, data and the site's rules
Signing up asks for little on the site's own side. The privacy policy says that when you join the Private Archive your email address is entered into the studio's database, and that "No other information is collected at that time." It adds that billing, shipping or card details may be asked for on pages where you order products or subscriptions, and that this information is used only to complete that transaction. It states: "Your personal information is not stored on line and is never sold or transferred to other parties." The header of the policy reads "No spam, no list sharing, no list sales".
Members are emailed. The policy says update information goes out approximately 2 or 3 times monthly to every address in the database, and that you can leave the list by emailing a request with the word "remove" in the subject. The same address handles requests to see or correct the personal information held.
The legal page is titled "Legal Statement of Compliance and Terms of Use". Its 2257 section says everyone in any sexually explicit portrayal was over the age of 18 at the time the image was produced, that "Records required by Title 18 U.S.C. §2257 are on file", and that the records are held by the site owner at an address in Oakland, California. On models, the page says all of them must provide valid, current government-issued documents proving an age over 18 and that copies are retained. Models read and sign a release in person before each shoot, are told the nature of the session beforehand, and may refuse any pose or instruction before or during a session. The page says models are not required to engage in physical sexual contact with other models or staff, and that fees are paid directly to the models or their agencies. A statement on trafficking and exploitation closes that part. Complaints and takedown requests go to a dedicated complaints address; the page asks for a full name, address, email, reason and the URLs involved, and promises a response within 5 days. Members agree not to share their private access details.
Access is limited by place. The terms say no one may reach the site from locations that have age-restriction laws, and that traffic from known such locations is blocked.
In October 2026 the front page loaded 2 third-party domains, ageverify.com and fontawesome.com, with no ad network named among them and no redirect elsewhere on load.
What the membership holds
The pages describe the archive in the studio's own terms. The nav sets out Videos, Photos and Models, and a Blog sits beside them. The public front page shows rows of named gallery thumbnails as the free preview.
The studio presents the work as fine-art photography. The About page says the photographer studied photography, helped found a nonprofit photography center, and worked as a freelance photographer for magazines and corporate clients. It dates a series of black and white nudes to 1988, made on a magazine assignment, and lists several published monographs from 1992 onward. The copyright line on the legal page runs "1974 - 2026". The membership is the studio's own photography and video, so the library is one photographer's body of work rather than a collection from many producers. The pages give no count of galleries, videos or photos, no resolution or format, and no update schedule beyond the dated "Updated" line.
Who it suits and who it does not
This suits a buyer who wants to know exactly who produced what they are paying for. One studio makes the content, the legal page says who holds the records, models sign releases in person, and the public cannot upload anything. It also suits someone who wants a fixed, non-renewing purchase, because the single-pay plans never rebill, or someone who prefers to pay without a card, since the join page lists check, money order, phone billing and anonymous cash options.
It is less suited to a reader who wants to see a refund policy before paying, since none is published. The pages name 2 billers but do not say which one a given card payment uses, so the exact line on a statement is one of the 2 printed names. It is not a catalog with counts to compare. Readers in places with age-restriction laws are blocked altogether.
What the site does well is plainness about itself. A single photographer's company, a named record holder and a written 2257 and release process sit on the same pages as the prices, and the recurring plans state their rebill amount next to their price.
