What it is and what it costs
Passion HD is a paid porn studio site. Its front page headline claims the best cameras, and the footer copy claims high quality throughout, shot with the very best cameras across a diverse range of scenarios. Those are the site's own claims. The site sits in a family of websites run by Whale Member, and the privacy policy says it covers the whole Whale Member family of sites, not Passion HD alone. The copyright line names Whale Member Ltd., with an address in London, England.
The front page is open to look at. The terms make the paid part clear: anyone willing to abide by them may view the public areas of the site, and a member gets the non-public areas. No price, trial offer, plan length or rebill amount appears in the terms, the privacy policy, the compliance pages or the front page. The terms point to the registration page for that: they say Whale Member offers differing membership periods, and that benefits are explained on the registration page at the time of registration. A buyer has to open the join form and read the renewal line there before paying.
Paying and stopping
The billing wording sits in the footer and in the terms. The footer says that for billing inquiries or to cancel a membership, a member should visit segpay.com or epoch.com, which it calls authorized sales agents. A second footer line says Vendo is the authorized reseller, and it gives Whale Member's address in Las Vegas, Nevada. A banner on the FAQ page also offers a join with PayPal. So the pages name 3 sales names, Segpay, Epoch and Vendo, plus PayPal as a way to join. They do not say which of them bills a particular order, and they do not print a statement descriptor. The pages do not say how the charge appears on a card statement, so a buyer has no wording to look for in advance.
Renewal is the point to read slowly. The terms say Whale Member offers differing membership periods, which automatically renew, unless otherwise noted on the registration page, until terminated. A membership therefore keeps renewing for another period unless it is stopped, and the length of that period depends on the plan picked at registration.
The terms give the cancellation route and its deadline together. A member may voluntarily terminate at any time by following the cancellation instruction at the footer of the website. If a member does so, the membership ends when the current period expires, so the paid time is not cut short. Then comes the clause that matters for timing: if a member fails to terminate the registration within 48 hours of a renewal period, the membership may be renewed for an additional period, which Whale Member will bill. A cautious reading is to cancel well ahead of the renewal date, rather than on it, because the pages do not explain how the 48 hours are counted. The footer line that carries the sales agents' names is the one that also sends members to them to cancel, so the pages give no separate cancellation route beyond it.
Refunds are covered in one narrow place. The refund section of the terms (section 13) says that if Whale Member ends a member's rights because of a breach of the agreement, the member gets no refund of the unused part of the subscription fees. The terms say the same about involuntary termination in general: a member terminated by the site is not entitled to reimbursement for the rest of the term. Nothing else on the pages describes a refund, a money-back period or a refund for a renewal charged by mistake. The terms cap the operator's liability at the fees paid for a period of no more than 1 month.
Account, data and the site's rules
Registration happens through an online form. The terms require complete and accurate registration data, ask members to update changes such as address, card or email by contacting the support address printed in the terms, and issue a username and password to each member. The privacy policy lists what sign-up collects: name, billing address, email address, postal code, bank account and routing number, telephone number and other personal information. It also says cookies collect location, IP address, the websites that sent the visitor and a membership ID. A visitor who only browses has only the cookie information collected, and the policy adds that data from trusted third parties may be used for profiling.
The policy is direct about where data can go. Information may be shared with a third-party vendor to collect money owed, to deal with fraud or security, with law enforcement, and with a debt collector or legal counsel. The site reserves the right to answer a subpoena without telling the member first. Members receive commercial email from Whale Member and its partners, and the terms say that email continues after a termination until the member opts out. Emails sent to the operator are described as not private.
The terms add contract points: Nevada law and venue in Clark County apply, with UK law for members who live in the European Union, disputes go to binding arbitration, and a claim must start within 1 year. Complaints by email are answered within 7 days.
On age and consent, the compliance notice says everyone appearing in sexually explicit depictions was over 18 when they were created, and it names a records custodian in Las Vegas, Nevada. The content removal page offers a form for reports about non-consensual production or distribution of a person's image, personal information and abusive content, and says illegal or non-consensual content complaints are handled within 5 business days, with a disagreement sent to a neutral arbitration association at the site's expense. Copyright complaints go to a separate DMCA policy. Other complaints carry no promise that the sender will be told the outcome.
In October 2026 the front page loaded 4 third-party domains, bugsnag.com, googleapis.com, gstatic.com and pornpros.com, with no ad network named, made 90 requests and did not redirect anywhere else on load.
What the membership holds
The navigation lists movies, a top rated list, models and tags. The front page lists the latest movies with dates, 9 of them dated between 07/15/2026 and 09/30/2026, with numbered pages of older titles behind them. The footer claims updates 3-5x per week, while the page description says "Updated Daily" and promises Full HD 1080p video; both are the site's own wording, and the site adds that every image shown is an actual video screen cap. The Top Rated list ranks 12 movies, each with the site's own number beside it. On keeping files, the terms let a member in good standing cache material on a single computer or connected mobile device for personal use, and bar sharing it with anyone else. The pages quote no library size.
Who it suits
It suits a buyer who is happy to read terms before paying, who wants a choice of payment company including a PayPal join, and who wants a single studio feed with dated releases rather than a network pass. The pages mention the PayPal join but do not describe how it works.
The cautions are concrete. No price, trial or descriptor is stated outside the registration page, the renewal window is worded loosely at 48 hours, refund language is confined to the breach clause, and sign-up data is broad. The strength is a frequent update claim, a named operator and a cancellation instruction that names the sales agents.
