What it is and what it costs

Porn Plus, which also styles itself Porn+, is a paid video site organized around series. Its pages credit the site to Whale Member Ltd. of London, and the terms of use call the contracting party Whale Member, shortened to WM. The home page opens on "The Best Value in Porn" and a count of 71 series, with a Start Watching button that leads to the join flow.

The home page shows rows of featured, top-rated and latest titles with dates, and the terms allow anyone to view the public areas of the site. Everything beyond that sits behind a membership. In October 2026 the home page advertised "Award-Winning Content As Low as $9.95/Month". That is the only price the pages state. The pages state no plan ladder, no trial offer and no rebill amount. So the checkout screen is where a buyer finds out what the entry plan is and what the longer plans cost.

Paying and stopping

Payment is handled by outside companies, and the pages name 3 of them. The footer reads "For billing inquiries or to cancel your membership, please visit segpay.com, or epoch.com, our authorized sales agents." A second footer line says "Vendo is our authorized reseller", beside a Las Vegas address for Whale Member. The pages do not say which processor serves which buyer or plan, and they do not print the name a charge carries on a card statement, so the pages do not say how the charge appears. A buyer who wants to recognize the line beforehand cannot do so from the site itself.

Every Porn Plus period rolls over by default. Section 7 of the terms has WM selling periods of different lengths that keep renewing until someone ends them, and only a note on the registration page can make a plan an exception. The same section ties a deadline to it: a member who has not terminated within 48 hours of a renewal period may be billed for one more period. The wording leaves open whether that window sits before or after the renewal date, so the practical reading is to cancel some days ahead rather than on the day.

The cancel instruction itself is short. The terms allow a member to end the membership whenever they like by following the instruction in the site footer, and that footer line points billing questions and cancellations to the Segpay and Epoch sites. Access then continues until the paid period runs out, and nothing is cut off early. Someone who quits can come back later by accepting whichever terms apply at that point. One thing does not stop at cancellation: the marketing email from WM and its partners keeps arriving after an account closes, voluntarily or not, until the member opts out.

Money back is the weakest part of the read. Section 13, headed Refund, holds one sentence, and it only covers a member thrown out for a breach, who gets nothing back for the unused time. Involuntary termination works the same way, and the terms list its triggers: information the company cannot authenticate, a suspected breach of a material term, conduct that could expose the member, the company or other members to liability, or the company ceasing operations. A mistaken sign-up or an unwanted renewal has no published rule at all, so that is a question for the billing company or the support address. The liability section limits what the company can owe to the fees of no more than 1 month, and disputes go to binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, under Nevada law, with UK law for members living in the European Union. Claims must be started within 1 year.

Account, data and the site's rules

The featured rows, the top-rated list and the series index can all be browsed without an account. Joining is an online registration form, and the privacy policy's sign-up list is long: alongside name, email, billing address and postal code it names a telephone number and a bank account with its routing number, then ends with other personal information. A visitor who never joins is only subject to cookie collection, which the policy says records location, IP address, referring websites and a membership ID, and it adds that the company may also obtain "profiling" data from trusted third parties.

Where that data can travel is spelled out. Debt collectors, legal counsel, a fee-collection vendor, fraud prevention and law enforcement are all listed, and the company keeps the right to answer a subpoena without warning the member first. The policy concedes that it cannot guarantee its systems will never be breached and warns that messages sent to the company are not private. Opting out of the offer emails works through the email itself or by writing to the privacy address.

The age gate asks visitors to confirm they are at least 18 or of age in their location and to certify under penalty of perjury that they are adults; the pages describe no ID or age check beyond that click. The 2257 notice says everyone depicted in sexually explicit conduct was over 18 when the material was created, carves out material that is not covered, and names a custodian of records in Las Vegas. The terms give each member a personal, limited license, forbid passing content on to anyone else or posting it on other sites, and allow caching on a single computer or connected mobile device for personal use. A content removal page takes reports about images used without a person's agreement and about personal information; the complaint policy says the company will take steps to resolve such complaints within 5 business days and to send disputed decisions to a neutral arbitration association at the company's expense. General complaints get a reply within 7 days, per the terms.

Opening the Porn Plus front page in October 2026 pulled in 4 outside domains (amazonaws.com, bugsnag.com, googleapis.com and pornpros.com) across 110 requests, none of them an ad network, and the visitor stayed on the site's own domain.

What the membership holds

The home page states the library in its own numbers: "3,991 Premium Videos 14 Categories 2,136 Models 71 Series", alongside "Daily Updates", "24/7/365 Support" and "Great on Mobile Devices". Its hero line says "3,900 Movies" instead, so the counts differ by the page's own wording; both are the site's marketing figures, as is the page description's "Updated multiple times per day". Titles are grouped into series, with a Series page headed "Premium Series from PornPlus", a Models index, a Tags list and a Top Rated view that ranks movies. The latest releases on the home page carry dates from October 5, 2026 back through August 2026. The footer tag list includes Amateur, Lingerie, Solo and Threesome. The site calls its content award-winning without naming any award.

Who it suits

It suits a buyer comfortable with a low entry price who will check the checkout screen for the actual plan terms, and who prefers a site organized by series over a flat video list. It suits less well a buyer who wants a refund promise, a named statement descriptor or a visible trial rebill price, none of which the pages carry, and one who is wary of handing over bank account and routing details in the sign-up list. The 48-hour renewal cutoff, the Nevada arbitration clause and the continuing marketing emails after cancellation are the caveats to weigh. Within those limits, the strength is a library the site counts at 3,991 premium videos, with dated releases, at an advertised low entry price, with the operator named and the 2257 and complaint routes written down.
