A real estate studio that prints its plan ladder

Property Sex is a single-premise studio: its scenes are set around agents, tenants and house viewings, and its title tag calls it "The Original and Best Real Estate Porn Site", which is its own claim. The footer credits Aylo Premium Ltd and says the trademarks are owned by Orca Flow Studios Inc. and licensed to Aylo. Property Sex puts its full plan table on the front page, so a buyer can read the price and the renewal terms before any account step.

There is no free tier. Every plan is marked "Streaming Only" and "NO Downloads", and the membership pitch covers unlimited streaming of the whole library, no ads, a House Humpers bonus channel, and "Consistent Updates" on the front page or "Weekly Updates" on its inner pages.

The plans, what the trials renew into, and the way out

In October 2026 the plan box offered 4 lengths, payable by credit card, SEPA or PayPal, with sales tax added where it applies. The 12 month box leads with a per-month figure in large type, but the line beneath it states the single charge that is actually taken:

  • 12 month: $119.99 up front, rebilling at that sum every 365 days until canceled.
  • 30 day: $29.99, rebilling every 30 days.
  • 7 day: $7.00 for the first week, then $39.99 every 30 days.
  • 2 day trial: $1.00 for 2 days of "Limited Access", then $39.99 every 30 days.

The short options are the ones to read twice. Both roll into a 30 day charge that is higher than the ordinary 30 day plan, and the support FAQ's general line that trials "convert to standard monthly memberships" does not match the plan box, which prints the higher figure. The trial is also the only plan labeled limited, and the site never says what it leaves out. Anyone using a trial to look around should set a reminder before day 2.

Probiller is the named biller ("We use Probiller as our trusted biller" sits in the site's footer), with Vendo and Segpay listed beside it as authorized processors. On statements the company practices what its support desk calls discreet billing: the line will not match the product name. Which name it carries is set by location, from a list the terms give as "Probiller, AyloBill, Vendo, Segpay, WTS, or others (depending on Subscriber geographical location)". The welcome email states the one that applies. Renewal on every plan is automatic until cancellation, a point the plan box repeats in each line. If a renewal is declined, the terms let the biller retry, once for a smaller sum, and in October 2026 allowed a fee of up to $2.00 to keep the account open until the next attempt.

Cancelling is not hidden. The terms give 4 routes: the Cancel section of the support site, Support in the members' area footer, the support team by chat or email form, or the link printed on each transaction receipt. A Cancellation Policy link sits under the plan table itself. Support says a confirmation email follows every cancellation and will help verify one when that email does not arrive. Chat runs Monday to Friday, 10:00AM to 6:00PM EST.

On refunds the terms are discretionary but specific. Requests go to customer support; a partly used membership gets nothing back; card refunds must be asked for within 120 days and other methods such as gift cards or cryptocurrency within 90 days, each decided case by case. An EU buyer who requests immediate access and waives the 14 day withdrawal right gets no refund, whole or partial, on that purchase. Chargebacks are investigated and can block later purchases.

Sign-up, privacy and the studio's paperwork

The join flow opens with a single field, "Enter your email", before payment. After paying, a member may be asked to prove their age; failing the check cancels the purchase, any refund is at the company's discretion, and the site can bar the person from coming back. Where local law requires it, outside providers may verify identity by matching a selfie with a government ID, and the privacy notice says the face data stays with them. Membership is one personal login that the terms say must stay confidential, and they warn the site may log each subscriber's entry.

The cookie banner lets a visitor accept only essential cookies. The privacy notice gives registered users links to request a copy of their data or delete it, and says that after deletion a returning member starts a new account from scratch. The terms carry an opt-out clause: a pre-ticked offer left alone lets profile details pass to the company making it. The login page footer also links separate terms for a loyalty and rewards program, which the open pages do not describe.

The terms show "Last Modified: Oct 8, 2026" and choose Cypriot law. The 2257 statement names its records keeper: 2257 Sentry LLC, an administrator in Philadelphia. It states that all persons depicted were at least 18 when filmed and that the owners are not the primary producer. The anti-trafficking statement, written for the group's managed paysites, says content is reviewed before release, that performers present at least one form of government-issued photo ID on set, and that a banned-words list filters titles, tags and searches. A content removal form takes consent complaints, and the terms promise a response within 5 business days.

On the page load: in October 2026 the front page loaded 4 third-party domains, google.com, googleapis.com, gstatic.com and project1content.com, out of 69 requests, with no ad network named among them and no redirect elsewhere on load.

What streams inside

The front page is organized in rows: latest releases, the House Humpers bonus channel, an Amateur row, category rows, top-rated videos and "Viral Scenes". The latest row showed 4 releases between Sep 4 and Oct 2, 2026, the top-rated row runs from late 2025 into April 2026, and the viral row reaches back to 2018. The menu also offers a search box, and each title on the front page carries its release date and its performers. The site's own sections include "Agents and Tenants" and a categories page, and its newsletter invites members to "interact directly with your favorite agents" without saying how. Nothing can be downloaded on any plan.

Who it suits

Property Sex suits a viewer who likes the real estate setting and wants to see the exact price, renewal sum and processor before signing up. It suits a buyer who will take the 30 day or 12 month plan at face value. It does not suit anyone who wants to keep files, since no plan allows downloads, or anyone who takes the trial without a plan to cancel it, since both short options renew above the monthly price. The trial's "Limited Access" is a further unknown. Its strength is a transparent plan table paired with 4 written ways to cancel and a confirmation email.
