What it is and what it costs
RandyBlue is a studio membership site for gay adult video. Its front page calls it an "Official" site and describes its content as the work of performers who "only made content with us, for our premier membership site". Menus lead to Scenes, Models, Live Cams and Photos, and the page header carries "Login", "Get Instant Access" and "Join Now" buttons. The terms name the operator as HC Multimedia, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, and the footer adds HC Media, s.r.o. with a Prague address.
Part of the site is open to anyone who passes the age gate: scene tiles with titles, model names and a toggle for "instant previews". Category pages also open, and a notice there says "You must be a member in order to access this content" for the full videos. The paid product is a membership, and the join page offers 4 terms.
In October 2026 the join page listed 4 plan tiles, each with a "Billed at" total: $29.95 for 1 Month, $59.85 for 3 Months, $131.40 for 1 Year and $262.80 for 2 Years. The 2 longer tiles also print a second, lower "Flash Sale" figure beside that total, and the page text does not say which of the 2 is charged, so the checkout screen is where a buyer finds the real amount. The terms add that prices may change at any time and that a later price cut or promotion brings no refund.
Paying and stopping
Who bills. The terms speak of "us or our payment processor" and name one processor for cancellation: Segpay. They send "Segpay users" to a Segpay self-service portal. The pages do not say whether every purchase goes through Segpay, and they do not state how the charge appears on a card statement. The terms add that the card is charged the listed price "along with any additional amounts relating to applicable taxes, bank fees, and currency fluctuations".
Renewal. The recurring-billing clause authorizes the site or its processor to charge "the subscription fee in effect when you originally signed up", and says that at the end of the first prepaid term the subscription "will automatically renew for additional prepaid periods of the same length at the same rates". A 3 month plan therefore renews as another 3 months at the sign-up price, until the member cancels before the renewal date. Whether a "Flash Sale" price counts as that sign-up rate is the one point the tiles leave unclear.
Billing errors. A wrong charge must be reported in writing, by email to the support desk, within 30 days of the statement on which it first appears; after that the terms treat the charge as accepted. Corrections are credited against future payments. The join page footer links a separate Billing Support page.
Canceling. The terms allow cancellation "at any time before the end of the current billing period". It takes effect on the next billing period, and the member keeps access from the moment of canceling until that next period starts. The route is to change the renewal settings or cancel "through the Platform", to contact the support desk named in the terms, or, for Segpay customers, to use the Segpay portal. The terms do not walk through the Platform route step by step.
Refunds. This is the clause to read twice. "All sales and transactions are final. Payments are nonrefundable and fully earned on receipt. There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods." 2 narrow exceptions follow. If there is a technical error, the site says it will work with the member to resolve it. And it "may approve a refund in the form of a credit on request if exceptional circumstances exist", which a member requests by email, with no promise that a refund will be made. Any refund that is given comes back as a credit to the payment method used, never as cash, a check or free services, and one refund does not create a right to another. Canceling therefore stops the next charge but returns nothing for days already paid.
The cams offer on the join page. In October 2026 the "Create An Account" section below the plan tiles included an option reading "Add a FREE LIVE Cams Account Get 120 credits free! Chat live with hundreds of models online 24/7." It is an add-on to the sign-up. The pages do not say what credits cost once the 120 are used, whether the cams account has terms of its own or whether it can be declined without affecting the membership, so it is worth reading as a separate offer.
Account, data and the site's rules
Registration is described as "free and for a single user only". It asks for accurate details, a username and a password, and the terms bar selling, renting or transferring the account and choosing an offensive username. The member consents to account emails, and a newsletter box on the front page takes an email address on its own. The password page says an email will be sent to the email address on file.
The privacy policy marks government photo ID, date of birth, bank account and mailing address as "broadcasters only", so a viewing member is not asked for them; for a member the data are a username, an email address and payment card details, and the policy says the site stores "only very limited, if any" financial data, the rest sitting with the payment processor. It lists the ways the site collects data as forms and email correspondence, purchases (tokens included), account and profile creation, broadcasting, surveys and support contacts. It says it collects no special categories of data, such as sexual orientation, unless a member volunteers it. It also states that some content and advertisements are served by third parties, including ad networks, that may use cookies and tracking to build interest-based profiles, and that the site does not control them. Members can opt out of targeted ads through the Network Advertising Initiative. The policy adds that personal information cannot be deleted "except by also deleting your user account", and that requests are answered within 1 month where it can. A separate privacy page for California is linked from the footer.
For the content, the 18 U.S.C. 2257 statement dated April 15, 2022 says that any human being depicted was at least 18 when the images or videos were produced. It names HC Multimedia, LLC as operator, Belator, LLC doing business as Maxpixels as producer, and a custodian of records at a Westlake Village, California address. The terms say the operator monitors posted content and removes what it considers inappropriate, and a complaints procedure with an appeals step for removal decisions is described. A "Content Complaints" link sits in every footer.
In October 2026 the front page made 111 requests and loaded 4 third-party domains, googleapis.com and gstatic.com among them, with no ad network named and no redirect elsewhere on load.
What the membership holds
The site's claims on its own pages: "over 1,500" scenes and series filmed in HD, "1,000's of Videos & Photosets", "20+ Years of Premium Adult Content", "DRM-Free Downloads", and weekly new updates. The age gate promises unlimited streaming and download. A photo section counts galleries, and the newest gallery on that page was dated 09 Oct 2026. The front page rotates new scenes, a Most Popular list, a Models spotlight and a RandyBlue Cams row, and every listing can be sorted by Most Recent or Most Popular.
Category pages narrow the library. The Latin page, for example, lists scenes dated from August 2026 back to 2015, and the Jocks page lists scenes dated from July 2026. A tag filter, a Models section and the instant-preview toggle help a visitor look before joining. The terms bar modifying copies of the material and any commercial use of it.
Who it suits
It suits a buyer who is happy to pay through a card processor the terms name, who wants to cancel through a portal rather than by letter, and who is comfortable with a no-refund rule. It also suits a viewer who wants a long-running studio library with weekly updates and DRM-free downloads.
The caveats are specific. The statement wording is not printed, the tiles leave unclear whether a sale price is the rate a plan renews at, and refunds are credits at the site's discretion. The cams offer on the join page needs its own read.
The site's strength is a long catalog and a clear, well-documented path to stop the next charge.
