What it is and what it costs
Timtales is a single-studio membership site for gay adult video. It sells access to its own library of videos and photosets, and the join page describes the operation as "Gay owned and operated". The front page is an age gate only: a warning screen with an Enter button, a sworn statement of being an adult at least 18 years of age, and a link to the 2257 compliance statement. What the site offers is set out on the join page, the terms and the privacy policy.
There is no free tier described anywhere in those pages. The only free things are the age gate itself, the legal pages, and the contact and billing-support forms. Everything else is behind a membership paid by credit card, which the terms confirm: "You will be charged a subscription fee for the service, payable by credit card."
Paying and stopping
Two processors are named, and which one a buyer meets is not stated on the join page. The page says "Payments are processed by Epoch or Segpay", and calls them its authorized sales agents. The billing-support page does not help a buyer choose in advance either. It sends members with a question about a signup or a charge to one of two links, and says that anyone unsure which one handled the payment should check the confirmation email received at signup.
What the charge will be called on a card statement is left unsaid on every page, and the name of either processor is no guide to it; the same billing-support page is also where a member changes the card number or email on file.
The join page offered 4 memberships in October 2026, split evenly between rebilling and single-term. Two of them renew: a monthly membership at $29.95 for 30 days, then $24.95 every 30 days (the page prints the second figure as 24,95), and a 3-month plan at $59.95 for 90 days, then $49.95 every 90 days. Two do not: one month at $32.95 for 30 days with no rebills, and one year at $150.00 for 365 days with no rebills. The first two are therefore a first-term price followed by a lower rebill, and the last two are single purchases.
The terms spell out the renewal rules. "Recurring memberships will automatically renew and be rebilled until cancelled" on the support page of the processor concerned, whether Epoch or Segpay. Non-recurring memberships "will expire at the end of their term and not automatically renew." So the choice between a rebilling plan and a one-time plan decides whether anything is charged after the first term.
Canceling is allowed "at any time before the end of the current billing period". The cancellation takes effect at the next billing period, and access continues from the moment of canceling until that period starts. The contact page also carries a cancel link, and the footer has a How to cancel entry, though canceling itself happens on the processor's page.
On refunds the terms are two-sided. A member "will not receive a refund or credit for any remaining days in your current billing period." Separately the terms say refunds are honored "for legitimate reasons such as inaccessibility of the platform." No further list of qualifying reasons is given, so anything beyond that example is unanswered.
Account, data and the site's rules
Membership starts at the processor, and the privacy policy lists what the processor then passes to the site: the member's email address, name, join country and postal code, the membership type purchased and the payment method used. The policy states this does not include an exact address, a card number, a bank account number or other bank details. It says the information is used only when there is a problem with a membership or login or when the member contacts support, and it states that personal information is not rented, sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.
The site keeps its own records too. For visitors it records which site they came from, and for logged-in members it records IP address, date and time of access, pages and videos viewed, amount downloaded, and the browser and operating system. It sets cookies in the members area to hold a session and remember favorites, says declining cookies means the site will not function properly, and uses Google Analytics for visitor statistics. The policy offers members the right to view, amend or delete the information held, with a response promised within one month, and the right to ask for deletion of any email on file. It adds that the service is directed at adults, not marketed to anyone under the age of eighteen (or twenty-one where that is the legal age).
The terms name the operator. Timtales.com is a service mark of Rokman SRL, the country of jurisdiction is Belgium, and the 2257 statement names Rokman S.R.L. in Brussels, Belgium as custodian of records. That statement says all models were 18 years of age or older at the time of photography, that proof of age is held by the custodian, and that records are open to authorities by appointment. It gives the production period as January 2008 to now. A Report Content link sits in the footer, but the pages do not set out a separate consent policy. Members agree not to share or sell the videos, and not to let anyone else use their login. The terms say an account seen in simultaneous use on multiple computers is terminated immediately.
In October 2026 the front page loaded 4 third-party domains (google-analytics.com, googleapis.com, googletagmanager.com and gstatic.com) across 18 requests, with no ad network named among them and no redirect elsewhere on load.
What the membership holds
The join page promises "1300+ videos for unlimited viewing and downloading", with "New releases every weekend, plus BTS and bonus videos". Those are the site's own claims about library size and update rate. The terms say membership "allows viewing of the full collection of movies and photos on the site", and a Photosets Archive link in the footer points to the photo side. The menu names a Videos section, The Men, and a Timtales+ section; the pages do not describe what the plus section adds.
Downloads are a stated feature, not an extra. The terms say "All our videos are available as downloads", that they need no DRM license to play, and that they are the member's "forever to enjoy". The same passage forbids sharing them online or burning them to disc for others, and warns that account activity showing repeated licensing of the same content from different IP locations ends the account.
The site is gay-oriented throughout: the age gate describes photos and videos of naked men and gay sexual activity. This is a specialist studio with no stated membership of any network.
Who it suits
It suits a viewer who wants a single gay-focused studio, prefers to own downloadable files without DRM, and wants the choice between a plan that rebills and a one-time purchase. A buyer who dislikes renewals can pick one of the plans described as no-rebill and know nothing more is charged after the term.
The limits are practical. The descriptor is not printed, the processor is only named as Epoch or Segpay until the buyer reaches the checkout, the pages show no preview of the library, and refunds beyond the one example given are not defined, nor is the resolution of the videos. Against that, the billing rules are laid out in plain terms: which plan renews, where cancellation happens, when access ends, exactly which details the processor hands over, and who the operator is. That openness about money and data is the site's strength.
