What it is and what it costs

TSPlayground is a subscription site for trans-performer video and photo content, run by Pro Video Lab Inc, which the terms describe as a Las Vegas company. The terms say that, apart from approved comments, no third-party uploading or user-generated content is allowed, and that only the company and its employees upload content. The front page frames the site as a growing lineup of models with solo scenes, couples, group scenes and full-length releases, added weekly according to its own copy.

Parts of the site are open without an account. The front page, performer pages, photo galleries with gallery counts, a category index and a long tag index can be browsed, and the front page shows a countdown to the next update. The full videos and downloads sit behind the paid membership. The pages show no free tier of full-length content.

In October 2026 the sign-up page sold 3 plans, each described as full access: 1 month at $24.99, 3 months at $59.99 and 1 year at $119.99. Payment methods offered were credit card and PayPal. The sign-up page prices no trial, but the terms say a membership "may start with a trial", so a buyer should confirm what the checkout screen says before paying. The details of how the plans bill and end are below.

Paying and stopping

The sign-up page names Segpay as the billing company ("For billing inquiries please visit SEGPAY our authorized sales agents") and prints the statement wording in capitals: "CHARGES WILL APPEAR ON YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT AS SEGPAY.COM*Make Me Vegas." That is a descriptor the site states itself, and it contains no adult wording. The footer links to billing support at both Segpay and Epoch, and the terms send members to both for cancellation questions, so Epoch is a second biller. The pages do not say which members are billed by which, nor whether PayPal charges read differently on a statement.

Renewal is automatic. The terms say memberships continue month to month, or for any longer term selected, and renew for additional prepaid periods of the same length unless the member cancels before the term ends. The rate is the one in effect at the original sign-up. Price changes do not touch a current membership, including its renewals, unless the company gives 30 days' advance email notice.

Trials roll into monthly billing. According to the terms, a trial lasts for the period specified during sign-up, billing for monthly fees starts when the trial ends, and the membership then renews monthly until the member cancels. The company may also authorize the payment method for approximately 1 month of service as soon as someone registers, which can reduce the available balance or credit limit during the trial.

Stopping runs through the biller rather than a button in the account. The terms say to contact the payment processor the member signed up through, or to contact the company for help. Access continues to the end of the billing period. The terms add a timing rule: to avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date, and they send members to the Epoch and Segpay support sites for more information. The cancellation passages of the terms mention no cancel button in a member area.

Refunds are limited. The terms state that, except as provided by law, fees are refundable only on a case-by-case basis once the login details have been used or pay-per-clip content has been downloaded. Non-use of a membership is not grounds for a refund, and partially used terms earn no refund or credit. Refund requests go by email and the company promises a reply within 3 working days. A billing dispute must be raised in writing within 30 days of the statement showing the error, or the disputed charge is waived. Chargebacks are investigated, and ones judged made in bad faith can lead to suspension.

Account, data and the site's rules

The terms say registration needs accurate information plus a username and a password, and the sign-up page asks for a payment method. The form carries an optional box for occasional email updates, labeled with the name of a different brand rather than TSPlayground, and a line stating the member certifies being 18 or older and agrees to the terms. The privacy policy is the long, general-purpose kind. It lists identity, contact, technical, usage and marketing-preference data, says no special categories of personal data are collected, mentions analytics providers and cookies, and says opt-in consent is sought before personal data goes to a company outside the Pro Video Lab group for marketing. It says the company tries to respond to legitimate requests within 1 month. The policy text shows an update date of January 27, 2020.

The terms, headed "Terms of Use Updated 2026", cover arbitration, a jury and class action waiver, and a 1-year limit for bringing claims. Their opening section describes the service as access to virtual reality content, wording that does not match the front page's regular video library, so the terms read as a general template. Pay-per-clip content also appears in the terms, though no clip store shows on the pages.

On consent and age, the terms say all models are age-checked with government-issued ID, are photographed with the ID before filming, and sign a release carrying legal name and date of birth, with copies kept under US 2257 rules. The 2257 page repeats that everyone depicted was at least 18, describes an exemption for operator-produced material and names a records custodian at a Las Vegas address. Content removal has its own page: reports are said to be confidential and are reviewed and resolved within 5 business days, and content shown to be illegal is to be removed immediately.

In October 2026 the front page loaded 6 third-party domains (cloudflare.com, cloudflareinsights.com, google-analytics.com, googleapis.com, googletagmanager.com and gstatic.com), named no ad network among them, and did not redirect elsewhere on load.

What the membership holds

Each plan lists the same features: regular exclusive updates, unlimited downloads, 24/7 support, secure 256bit encryption and discreet billing. The sign-up page promises "4+ New Scenes A Month" and "100% Exclusive Updates", while the front page says full-length releases arrive weekly. Both are the site's claims. Video quality is given as "True HD", with the plan boxes saying "True UHD", and individual front-page entries are labeled HD or 4K. The site calls itself mobile and tablet optimized.

Beyond video there are photo galleries, each with a photo count, and a performers index that the site says covers 700+ models. A category index sorts scenes by type of scene and by pairing, including solo, threesome, lingerie, amateur, trans on male, trans on female and trans on trans, with a separate Director's Archives collection of older releases. The tag index runs to hundreds of keywords with counts. A footer link leads to VR video partners.

Who it suits and who it does not

TSPlayground suits a buyer who wants a statement descriptor stated up front, a single producer that says it uploads all its own content, and a short ladder from 1 month to 1 year. The site's own copy points to steady scene releases and unlimited downloads.

The caveats are about stopping and clarity. The terms describe no cancel button, only the biller route and a request to act 24 hours ahead. Refunds are case by case and tied to whether the login was used. The trial terms are generic and the sign-up page prices no trial. The terms carry template language about virtual reality that does not match the library, and the privacy policy shows a 2020 update date.

The strength is the plain billing statement on the sign-up page: a named processor, the exact descriptor, and a stated monthly rollover after any trial.
