What it is and what it costs

AiPornX is an adult AI platform. Its front page describes it as a place to "bring your fantasies to life": you create characters with chosen looks and personalities, chat with them, and generate adult images and video. The site also runs a feed of short AI-made clips it calls Quickies. Every character and image is fictional, and the terms say "No real persons are depicted, and any resemblance is purely coincidental."

There are 2 tiers. The free one gives a daily limit on the Quickies feed and limited chat with characters. It gives no access to image and video generation, no monthly token refill, no voice chat and no private characters. In October 2026 the join page said premium membership removes those limits and adds a refill of 650 tokens each month. The pages do not say what else tokens are spent on or whether more can be bought.

For a buyer, the question is the membership terms: who bills, what the statement shows, how renewal and cancellation work and what happens on a price rise. The pages answer most of that in the terms of service and on the join page, and the sections below follow them.

Paying and stopping

The join page names the processor: "All transactions are handled by Epoch, a trusted and secure billing processor." It adds that no card data is stored on the site's side. The terms say payments are processed by an authorized third-party payment processor, whose own terms and privacy policy apply to your transactions, and that the site does not store full payment information.

On the statement, the pages promise a neutral name. The front page says "On your bank or card statement, charges will appear under a neutral descriptor with no reference to AiPornX." The join page repeats that the statement "will never mention AiPornX". No page prints the descriptor itself, so a buyer is told what it will not say, not what it will say.

In October 2026 the join page listed 3 membership lengths, each shown beside a $14.95 / month figure: monthly at $11.95 / month, quarterly at $10.95 / month and yearly at $8.95 / month. All 3 list the same features. The pages do not say what total is charged at the start of a quarterly or yearly term, so a buyer should read the checkout total, not the per-month figure alone. There is no trial on the join page.

In October 2026 the terms put renewal in writing: "For paid subscriptions, your payment method will be automatically charged at each agreed-upon renewal period unless you cancel beforehand." If a payment fails, the site may suspend the subscription or downgrade access until payment arrives. The terms also give the site the right to change prices, with a commitment: "If we increase the subscription fee, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance." A price change applies from the next renewal period, and the subscriber can cancel before the new price takes effect.

Cancellation has 2 routes. The terms say you may cancel at any time through your account settings by selecting the "unsubscribe" option, or by contacting the support team by email, and the join page says "Cancel anytime. Manage it from your account." The terms point to a separate Cancellation Policy, listed among the legal documents, for additional terms. The terms do not say whether access continues to the end of the paid period.

In October 2026 the refund rule was stated flatly. The terms say "All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law." Refund requests go to the support address and may be subject to the policies of the payment processor. Chargebacks, disputes or reversed transactions may lead to immediate suspension or termination. The terms add that they do not override mandatory local laws on cancellation rights.

Account, data and the site's rules

The age wall on every page and the terms both set the line at 18, or the age of consent where you are. The front page carries a notice that, in some regions, you need to confirm your age before reaching adult content, and that this is "a one-time, secure process handled by Yoti". The front page says personal data is never stored on the site's side. The California privacy policy is more detailed: it lists biometric information among the data disclosed to age verification providers and says biometric data is retained only as long as needed for the age check and no longer than 30 days after it completes, then destroyed.

That policy also lists what else is collected: identifiers such as name, email and IP address, commercial information, internet activity, approximate location inferred from the IP address, and inferences about preferences. Retention is stated per category. The policy says the site does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The front page shows a cookie notice with Accept and Decline buttons.

The terms say the Service is operated by AIPX, and the main privacy policy, the appeals policy and the complaints policy name the same company. The California privacy policy, though, begins "This California Privacy Policy describes how VR Bangers", and the pages do not explain how the 2 names relate. Governing law is California, disputes go to individual arbitration with a jury and class action waiver, and a claim must be filed within 1 year. The terms give the user ownership of Output, license the site to use the Input, and bar commercial use of the Service.

The record-keeping statement, last updated November 25th, 2025, says all sexually explicit visuals are AI-generated, involve no human models or actors, and that the site is therefore exempt from 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 2257A record-keeping. The pages also publish a DMCA policy, a complaints policy, an appeals policy with human review of appeals filed within 6 months, and a removal policy under the TAKE IT DOWN Act for intimate imagery reported by the person depicted, with removal within 48 hours of a complete request. The terms say material is monitored and reviewed before or after it appears.

As one factor, in October 2026 the front page made 109 requests and drew on 6 outside domains (b-cdn.net, clarity.ms, doubleclick.net, google.com, googletagmanager.com, ipify.org), Google Ads the only ad network among them, and no redirect to another site.

What the membership holds

Chat is the core. Characters are listed with a name, a job and a personality tag, and the site describes conversations that adapt to your style, mood and tone. Create Character lets you build one to your taste in look, style and personality. Premium adds voice replies, described on the join page as "Real voice replies", and private characters that the page calls 100% private. The AI Generator produces custom images and videos, and Quickies is the feed of short clips.

The front page also describes Exclusive Models, premium characters the site says its own team created and fine-tuned for more realistic chats and higher-quality images and video. Adult previews on the front page sit behind a "Show 18+ content" switch, and the menu links out to VR, 2D and live-cam products of the wider network, which are separate sites.

In October 2026 premium was positioned around unlimited chat, unlimited voice, unlimited private characters and generation, with a monthly token refill of 650 tokens. The pages give no resolution, no clip length and no app name, so the product is the website.

Who it suits

It suits a reader who wants a processor named on the join page, an unsubscribe option in account settings, and a written 30-day notice of price rises before the next renewal. Someone who wants to see the chat and Quickies feed before paying can use the free tier first, within its daily and chat limits.

There are caveats. Refunds are stated as final and non-refundable unless the law requires one, the descriptor wording is never printed, and the totals for the quarterly and yearly terms are not stated. In some regions the age check runs through an outside provider that handles biometric data.

Against that, the pages put the stopping terms in one place, the terms of service: renewal, cancel route, price-rise notice and refund rule are all stated.
