What it is and what it costs
Nastia is an AI companion service that describes itself as "an uncensored NSFW AI companion, offering emotional support, mental coaching, and a private space for open exploration." It runs in the browser and can be added to a phone's home screen as a progressive web app, with no store download required. A user creates a companion, chats with it one to one, can run group chats with several companions, asks for generated pictures and videos, and receives voice messages. The pitch mixes companionship and wellness language with open adult roleplay, and the wellness claims are the site's own.
The pricing is 2 tiers. The roleplay page lists a free plan at $0 with "uncensored chat with daily limits," daily token limits and basic companion customization, and states that it covers one companion with no credit card, no trial and no expiration. The paid plan is called Unlimited and was listed in October 2026 at $15.99 a month, described as unlimited messages, selfies, voice messages and video, with multiple companions. A comparison page on the same site puts Unlimited at $11.99 a month, so the figure shown at checkout is the one to go by. The fulfillment policy also mentions yearly as well as monthly subscriptions and one-time token packages, though no plan list on the site prices them. The pages are not consistent on tokens: one says image generation costs tokens and text does not, while another says the daily token allowance covers uncensored text chat.
The site is written for adults and is blunt about its content. The pages promote explicit adult roleplay and generated images, so anyone who wants a general-purpose assistant or a mild companion app should read the pitch before signing up.
Paying and stopping
Nastia bills directly. The terms list the accepted forms of payment as Mastercard and Apple Pay or Google Pay with a supported card, and say "Payments made on the Services are charged by Nastia Cybernetics." The privacy policy refers to "our payment processors" and says the service receives transaction details such as plan, amount, date and status, and never a full card number, but no page names an outside processor. No page prints a statement descriptor either, so how the charge appears on a card statement is not stated. Prepaid passes or gift cards bought from third-party stores are sold and charged by that store under its own terms, according to the terms.
Renewal is automatic. The terms say subscriptions renew automatically until canceled and that a user who buys a recurring order consents to being charged on a recurring basis without approval for each charge. All payments are in US dollars, sales tax is added where the company deems it required, and the company may change prices at any time and may refuse or limit orders.
Cancelling is a stepwise path in the app. The help page lists it as: open the sidebar, open the settings sheet, tap Membership, tap Manage on the active plan, open Danger Zone, and tap Cancel membership, then confirm. The page adds that the user may skip an optional question about why they are leaving. The front-page FAQ describes a shorter route (Settings, Subscription, Cancel Subscription), so the labels may differ by screen, but both end in cancellation from inside the account. After a cancellation, the membership stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew, and a user can resubscribe through a Renew button on the membership page. A user who has lost access to the account is asked to email the company with the last 4 digits of the card, the cardholder name, the latest charge amount and date, and the account email, so identity can be checked.
Refunds are narrow. The terms say all purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law or where a technical error prevented delivery. The separate Digital Fulfillment and Refund Policy, last updated May 2026, gives the same rule in its own words, "we operate a no-refund policy, unless required by law or in cases of technical error", sends billing issues to support through the Help Center, and says a membership purchase brings a receipt email confirming the amount charged, the renewal date and how to cancel. The terms section on refunds also says cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term, and invites unsatisfied users to email the company. In practice the stated rule is: no refund for time already paid, with 2 exceptions.
One interaction matters for a buyer who wants out entirely. The help center says an account cannot be deleted while a subscription is active, so the order is cancel first and delete second. Deleting removes all companions, conversations, generated media, settings, profile details and any remaining tokens or credits, and it cannot be undone.
Account, data and the site's rules
Sign-up offers Google, Discord, Apple or email, and email sign-up sends a verification link. The privacy policy lists email address, username, a hashed password, and basic profile details from any linked sign-in service. It also records the user's confirmation of being 18 or older and, where the law requires an age check, the result of that check. The check is run by a specialist provider, and the policy says the service receives the result and not the ID document or face images. The compliance hub also links separate age assurance pages for US users and for UK users.
The operator is named: Nastia Cybernetics, "a French company, which is the controller of your personal information." The terms are version 1.0, last updated September 16, 2026, and require users to be at least 18. The privacy policy says nothing created on the service is shown to other users, that there are no public profiles, feeds or galleries, and that personal information is not sold. It lists sharing with service providers for hosting, AI infrastructure, payment processing, age assurance, content safety, email, analytics and advertising, and says some advertising cookies may count as "sharing" under US state laws, with an opt-out by email. Records of rule violations, including related prompts and chats of accounts that broke the rules, are kept for up to 7 years, and payment records for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
On content rules, image and video uploads are disabled and prompts naming public figures are refused, per the compliance hub. A closed-service design means generated content stays in the account that made it. The take-down policy promises to acknowledge reports within 24 hours, to complete valid requests to remove intimate images of a real person within 48 hours, and to resolve other reports within 5 business days. For child safety, it describes automated safeguards at the point of generation and reports to French authorities. The 2257 page states that all content is AI-generated and that the service features no human performers, so it claims exemption. It does not add a line saying every character is an adult, though the privacy policy says the service is only for people 18 or over.
Its front page, loaded in October 2026, made 104 requests across 8 third-party domains (doubleclick.net, facebook.com, google.com and googletagmanager.com among them); Google Ads was the only ad network named, and there was no redirect elsewhere on load.
What the free tier and Unlimited plan hold
The free plan gives uncensored text chat with one companion under a daily token allowance, with basic customization. The paid plan opens multiple companions, group chats, unlimited messages, voice messages, selfies and video. Companions are built from a description of appearance, personality, voice and backstory, and the site says they keep long-term memory across conversations, remembering names, preferences and backstory.
The service pitches roleplay of any genre, from fantasy and sci-fi to romance and horror, and it states that adult scenes are allowed and the character will not step out of role with disclaimers. Generated images and videos are made from text prompts, and the site says it does not accept uploads. Voice messages are sold as a custom voice, and the pages do not say whose voice it is modeled on. The service also offers wellness-style features: emotional support, mood coaching and goal setting, which the site words as emotional support and mental coaching.
Staying outside the app stores is stated as a deliberate choice, so adult features are not removed to meet store policies. The terms still carry a mobile app license, so an app of some kind exists alongside the web version.
Who it suits and who it does not
Nastia suits an adult who wants a monthly plan with a single price, a free tier that needs no card and a cancel path that is written out step by step. The operator is named, the privacy policy is specific about retention and the take-down timelines are stated in hours.
It is harder to recommend for a buyer who wants a named outside payment processor or a known statement descriptor, since neither appears on the pages, or one who expects a refund for an unused period, since the terms exclude it. The advertising providers the privacy policy names as recipients, the 7-year retention of violation records and the rule that a subscription must be canceled before the account can be deleted are worth knowing in advance. The 2257 page also lacks an explicit statement about character ages.
Its strength is the clarity of its single-plan structure and the cancellation route, which is documented in the account itself.
