What it is and what it costs
BaddieGF is an AI companion platform. Its terms describe the service as "AI-powered chat conversations with virtual companions," character browsing and selection, custom character creation tools, AI-generated image content and premium subscription features. The site calls its characters AI girlfriends and says all of them are fictional and AI-generated. The front page says it has 50+ AI companions, and the pages show both realistic and anime-style characters.
The free tier is real but narrow. The pricing page gives a free plan 20 messages a day, no image generation, a basic AI model and 1 free custom character. The front page and FAQ say no credit card is needed to start, and the front page adds that no sign-up is required for a first conversation. Paid subscriptions add more daily messages, image generation, a stronger AI model and a monthly allowance of a site currency called "moments," which pays for generated media.
The billing story is mostly written down: CCBill takes the card, the statement shows an unnamed neutral merchant, plans renew in advance until canceled in account settings, and a company is named in the legal pages. The one loose end is refunds, where the pricing page and the terms say different things.
Paying and stopping
Payments run through CCBill. The privacy policy says payment details "are processed by our third-party payment processor (CCBill)," that the site stores no full card number, CVV or bank details, and that payment is handled entirely on CCBill's own payment pages. The cookie policy adds that CCBill may place cookies for fraud prevention and payment security.
How the charge reads is stated, but only partly. The terms, the privacy policy and the footer of the site all say transactions appear "under a neutral merchant name on your bank statement" with no direct reference to BaddieGF or its services. No page prints the merchant name itself, so a subscriber would learn the exact wording only from their first statement. The help center lists "Will the charge on my card mention BaddieGF?" among its common billing questions.
Billing is recurring and paid in advance. The terms say subscriptions are billed "in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually) depending on the plan selected." In October 2026 the subscription tab of the pricing page listed 4 monthly tiers, each marked "Cancel anytime · No hidden fees": Lite at $10.99 a month with 50 messages a day and 1,500 moments a month, Plus at $15.99 with 100 messages a day and 3,500 moments, Premium at $19.99 with unlimited messages and 10,000 moments, and the most expensive tier at $29.99 with unlimited messages and 25,000 moments. The 2 upper tiers add an "Explicit" mode beside "Spicy" mode, which Lite and Plus have in the Spicy form only. The terms name quarterly, semi-annual and annual periods, but the subscription tab prints monthly prices only, and moments sold on their own sit on a separate Moments tab of the same page.
Canceling is done in account settings, and the help center links a Manage subscription page from its billing topic. The terms say a subscription may be canceled at any time and that cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so the paid time is used up. They also say no refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Refunds are where the pages differ. The pricing page closes its plan list with "Secure checkout · Discreet billing · Cancel anytime · 7-day money-back guarantee." The terms say "All purchases are final. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances," and point refund inquiries to the support email address. Both statements are on the site, they do not describe the same rule, and no page reconciles them or says how the 7-day guarantee would be claimed. Violations of the rules can lead to termination without refund, according to the terms and the content policy.
The help center says billing topics, meaning plan changes, cancellation, refunds, moments balance and discreet billing, are handled under a Billing and subscription heading. Support runs Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00 CET, through live chat and email, with replies the next business day outside those hours. The site says tickets go to people rather than a routing bot. For a billing problem it asks for the account email, the last 4 digits of the card and the rough charge date, and it lists a charge that did not switch on premium features among its common issues.
Account, data and the site's rules
An account needs an email address and a password, stored hashed, with an optional display name and avatar. The terms require users to be at least 18, allow a single account per person and forbid sharing it. The site opens on an age gate with an "I am 18 or older" button. The content policy says age verification measures are in place, and the photo feature page says adult content is supported on premium tiers "with age verification," while free users get clothed photos. None of the pages explain what the verification involves, so a reader cannot tell if it is an ID check, a payment check or something else.
The privacy policy says conversations are private and are not reviewed by human moderators unless needed for safety enforcement, legal compliance or a report, though automated systems may review conversations for violations of the content policy. Memories can be viewed and deleted in account settings. It also says the site may use anonymized and aggregated conversation data to improve its AI models, which sits beside the front page's claim of "no data sharing." Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the policy says account data is removed within 30 days of deletion, except where the law requires retention. Payment records are kept for the period tax and financial rules require.
The operator is named: VELJASMELE LTD, in the terms, privacy policy and cookie policy. The terms are governed by the law of the place where that company is registered, which the pages do not name. They were last updated March 7, 2026. Section 15 of the terms is a 2257 exemption: all visual content is AI-generated and shows no actual human beings, so the site says the record-keeping rules for real performers do not apply. The content policy adds that all characters are fictional and must be depicted as adults aged 18 or older, and that custom characters must be set to 18 or older. It prohibits content involving minors, real people's likenesses without consent and illegal activity, and it says violations are reported to the relevant authorities. Reports go to the support address or through a report button on character profiles and chat screens, and the footer links a DMCA policy beside the cookie policy.
Its front page, in October 2026, pulled in 5 third-party domains (clarity.ms, cloudflare.com, cloudflareinsights.com, googleapis.com and gstatic.com) across 52 requests; none of them is an ad network, and nothing sent the visitor elsewhere on load.
What the membership and free tier hold
The core is a chat with a companion who keeps a memory of the user. The memory page says the companion identifies details such as names and preferences, stores them in a per-companion memory, brings them up later, and lets the user view, edit and delete entries. Each companion's memory is separate from the others.
Photos are generated in the chat on request, in the companion's realistic or anime style, and the page says each takes 10 to 30 seconds. They are saved to a private gallery on the account, which can be cleared. Realistic or anime is fixed per companion. The free plan has no image generation.
Custom characters come from an 8-step wizard that sets name, backstory, personality, look, voice and an avatar. A creation can stay private or be shared so other users can chat with it, with the creator's own conversations staying private. Plans cap how many custom characters and personas a subscriber can hold, from 1 on Lite up to unlimited personas on the most expensive tier, which also lists exclusive premium characters, priority support and early access to new features.
Who it suits and who it does not
BaddieGF suits an adult who wants to try a companion chat without paying, and who is comfortable with a monthly subscription that renews in advance and is canceled in account settings. The processor is named, the operator is named and the cancel step is stated in plain terms.
It suits less well a buyer who needs a firm refund rule, because the pricing page and the terms say different things, or one who wants to know the merchant name before paying. The age verification is not explained, the subscription tab prints no price for the longer billing periods, and the terms allow changes without notice.
Its strength is a clear cancellation path with a named processor and a free tier that asks for no card.
