What it is and what it costs

LoveForever AI is a browser-based AI companion platform where you build a character, chat with it, call it by voice and generate images and video of it. The home page says nothing needs installing, and the platform covers desktop, tablet and mobile. You can make a girlfriend-style or boyfriend-style companion, in photorealistic or anime style, and the site says adult content between consenting adults is supported. The pages name no company or operator behind it, which is worth knowing before a card is entered.

Starting costs nothing. The home page says you get free gems when you sign up and that no credit card is needed, and several other pages say a new account gets 30 chat messages and a free photo. Beyond that, the site sells gems, its credit unit, which pay for generation and editing. The home page calls the whole model pay-per-use: "no subscriptions and no recurring charges", with gems that never expire.

That claim is where the pages disagree, and a reader should know before paying. In October 2026 the pricing guide said "Start free, then subscribe for monthly gems when you want more generations", its headline reads plans from $2.99 per month, and its FAQ says "Subscription gems refresh every month, and you can cancel anytime". Other pages say chat runs on gems rather than a subscription, with plans from $2.99 per month, and that gems can be bought without a plan at all.

Paying and stopping

Card payments go through Epoch. The terms footer calls epoch.com the "authorized card billing partner" and sends buyers there for billing, refunds or transactions. On how a charge reads, the home page says payments appear "under a neutral merchant name with no reference to the platform on your bank statement". The pages do not print that name, so a buyer cannot match it in advance.

Crypto is a second route. The terms footer says gem packs can be paid in USDT, BTC, ETH and 50+ coins through NOWPayments, the crypto processing partner, adding "No card, nothing on a statement". The footer also mentions regional and alternative methods but names none. Logged-in users can see purchases in their account, which the pricing guide gives as the place for receipts and history.

In October 2026 the home page listed gem packs starting at $2.99 for 60 gems, with larger packs carrying up to 33% bonus gems. Character generation cost 1 gem and video generation 15 to 20 gems, with chat described as included. The terms name the packs Entry, Standard and Premium, at 60, 400 and 900 gems, and keep the right to change prices with 30 days notice. Other pages give a different picture: after the 30 free messages, 1 gem covers 5 messages, and video runs up to 30 gems depending on length. The pages do not reconcile chat being included with chat being priced in gems, so the gem cost shown at purchase is the figure to rely on.

Renewal and cancellation depend on which description is right. The terms describe only gem packages bought through Epoch, and if gems are bought as packs, nothing renews; the home page says there are no recurring charges. If a monthly plan exists, the pricing FAQ says you can cancel anytime, but no page gives the steps or what happens to unspent subscription gems. The chat page adds that signup carries no trial that converts into a paid plan. Gems never expire, and a generation that fails on the site's side returns its gems automatically.

Refunds are set out in the terms, which say every request is reviewed on its merits. The typical cases listed are gems that were never delivered, a duplicate charge from a processor error, an unauthorized charge, an account closed by the site's own mistake, and anything consumer law requires. A request goes in within 14 days of the purchase, either by email to support or through Epoch's billing support and its "Find my Bill" form; requests through Epoch are acknowledged within 1 business day and resolved within 5. A granted refund goes back to the original payment method and the matching gems are removed from the balance. Gems already spent on generation or voice calls count as a delivered service, unless the law says otherwise. The terms do not address refunds on crypto payments.

Account, data and the site's rules

Sign-up is by email and password or Google sign-in, per the terms. The privacy policy names Klaviyo as the email service provider, and the terms say that by creating an account you consent to transactional, service and promotional emails, with an unsubscribe link on the latter two.

Age is handled in 2 layers. The terms say you must be 18 and may be asked for proof of age at any time, with accounts used by anyone under 18 terminated. A UK and EU age verification section follows, and the terms footer says 18+ access is protected by Go.cam, described as a certified AVS partner. The terms list Go.cam's methods as a selfie age estimate, an ID document scan, a card check or email verification, say the site receives only a pass or fail, and keep a verified status for 1 year. Elsewhere a simple age confirmation applies, and the safety page notes that some regions require stronger verification.

On privacy, the home page says conversations are encrypted, personal data is never shared, sold or used for third-party training, and you can delete chat history, generated images and account data at any time. The footer says card data never touches the site's servers.

The 2257 page, effective April 22, 2026, says all visual depictions are computer-generated or synthetic and depict no actual human being, so the record-keeping rules do not apply. It bars users from uploading any photograph, video, audio recording or likeness of a real, identifiable person, and says all AI characters are represented as adults aged 18 or over, with prompts suggesting minors blocked and grounds for termination. A removal request can be made without an account, acknowledged within 1 business day and resolved within 5 business days. The safety page lists prohibited categories it tolerates in no form, the most important being anything involving minors, and says prompts may be screened by automated checks, with repeated violations leading to suspension or a permanent ban.

One document gap stands out. The terms, last updated April 22, 2026, still contain template text in the governing-law and dispute clauses, reading "[Your Jurisdiction]" and "[Arbitration Association]", so the pages do not say which law applies.

For the page load, the front page drew on 13 outside domains in October 2026, among them facebook.net, clarity.ms and klaviyo.com, with Google Ads the one ad network named and no redirect elsewhere on load.

What the membership holds

The character creator has 3 modes. Simple mode builds a companion from a short description in about 5 to 10 seconds, Advanced mode gives full prompt control, and the Wizard steps through style, gender, ethnicity, hair, body type, outfit, pose and background with visual selectors. You also write a bio and personality traits and set behavior rules for how the character talks.

Chat is backed by a persistent memory the site describes as 3 tiers: core facts, recent session summaries and older context retrieved when relevant. You can keep several conversation threads open. Voice calls are real-time, with human-realistic voices in multiple languages, and the site says they feed the same memory.

The creative tools sit beyond that. Image editing works from a text prompt to change outfits or scenes. Applying a face to an image draws only on a library of platform-generated AI faces, with no uploads accepted. 4 upscaling models raise resolution, a photorealistic enhancement pass is offered, and AI video comes in short-form and long-form versions. A story mode builds chapters and narrative arcs. Pre-built characters, called discover models, can be used straight away, and the tools open from your gallery or from inside a chat.

Who it suits

It suits a buyer who wants to start without a card, try 30 messages and a free photo, and pay in small packs, whether by card through Epoch or in crypto where nothing appears on a statement. Someone who needs a stated cancellation path or a named operator will not find them on these pages.

The caveats are real: 2 pricing descriptions that conflict, a neutral merchant name that is never printed, and terms with unfilled legal placeholders. The strength is the breadth of the toolset, with character building, memory, voice, image and video in one browser account.
