What it is and what it costs

Xeve.ai describes itself as "an adult AI companion platform focused on interactive AI girlfriends, live AI video chat, roleplay, AI sexting, and AI image/video generation". It runs in the browser on desktop and mobile, and the FAQ says there is no app-store download and no installation step. The terms name the operator as Jay Web Development & Services, and the About page says the service is operated from Germany.

The site sells 2 different things. A membership is the recurring product and covers broader access to the companion features, including chat and video. Credits are a separate, one-time purchase that pay for generated images and generated videos, and a docs page sets out which of the 2 a given feature needs. The terms also describe a Page Subscription model shown to some users, with a choice of 1 character, 3 characters or all of them, where the chosen characters can be swapped once a day.

Some of it is free. The FAQ says that browsing characters and opening their pages costs nothing, and that some actions can be tried without paying, while premium video actions and generation flows sit behind a membership or credits. The video chat page adds that a first video call is free for logged-in users, and the terms mention daily login credits and some free generation that are never charged.

Paying and stopping

Payments run through hosted checkout pages. The privacy policy says payments are handled by CCBill (USA) or CentroBill on their own hosted payment pages, so card details are entered at the processor rather than on xeve.ai itself. The contact page and the cancellation policy both print the statement text: "CUR*Jay Web Developm. / CCBill.com *xeve.ai". The pricing docs page points back to it ("Charges appear on your statement under the descriptor published on our contact page"), and the contact page lists billing descriptor clarification among the topics support handles. No separate wording is printed for a CentroBill payment.

In October 2026 the pricing page listed the all-access membership at $12.99 per month, $8.99 per month on the quarterly plan and $7.09 per month on the yearly plan. Those are US dollar prices; the pages say euros apply in the EU and pounds sterling in the United Kingdom, and that the checkout shows the amount that applies to you. Every membership also includes a monthly allowance of generation credits. Credit packages started at $4.99, and the $22.99 package held 500 credits, with an image costing 5 credits and a generated video 20 credits.

Renewal depends on how you pay. The terms say subscriptions renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle, and the pricing page says a membership paid by card renews until you cancel it. Regional methods, prepaid vouchers and cryptocurrency are different: the pricing page says every one of those is a one-time payment that gives fixed-term access, 30, 90 or 365 days, and never renews; the terms add that access then ends unless the user renews by hand. Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) are offered in most countries, and the list of regional options varies by country.

Canceling is done in the account. The policy walks through it: log in, open "My Membership" in the left menu, open "Membership Details", click "Cancel Membership", and choose "Cancel anyway" if a retention offer appears. Access then continues to the end of the paid period and no further recurring charge is applied.

Refunds are narrow. The policy says there are no refunds or prorations for early cancellation or unused time, one-time payments cannot be canceled mid-term and are non-refundable, and credit purchases are non-refundable and expire 1 year after purchase. 2 exceptions are written down: support reviews exceptional-circumstance requests case by case, and EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, exercised through a "Withdraw contract" button in the page footer or by email, with reimbursement to the original payment method within 14 days. The terms also say an account can be ended for a reversed payment or chargeback.

Account, data and the site's rules

An account needs an email address and login credentials, plus an optional first name the characters can use. Login runs on Firebase Authentication. In certain cases, for example when a payment provider requires it or when age verification is legally required, the privacy policy says the site asks you to verify your identity through Didit, which processes an identity document and a selfie on its own systems; xeve.ai receives the result and a reference.

On conversations, the policy says they are processed only to run the service, not sold, not used for advertising and not used by the operator to train AI models. Chat sessions are deleted 12 months after their last message and server request logs after 30 days. Replies come from named AI providers (Together AI and DeepInfra), voice from ElevenLabs and media from AtlasCloud, and the policy says an automated moderation model screens every conversation. Payment records are kept for statutory periods, which the policy puts at up to 10 years in Germany.

The policy also discloses advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, plus Google Analytics. In the EU and the UK nothing starts until the visitor chooses "Accept all cookies", the Global Privacy Control signal is honored, and the policy says no measurement event is sent from pages that name a character. Renewals are not reported to Meta.

The terms say the service is for adults, and that "all characters and generated media depict adults". Uploads are not accepted, so generated media comes only from the site's own characters and tools. Generated videos remain the operator's property, with a non-exclusive right to host and display them. The few characters filmed with real models are described as based on footage of adult models who agreed to this use. The contact page names an officer for the protection of minors, provided by an outside firm, and a complaints page sets out how to report content.

In October 2026 the front page made 186 requests but loaded only 1 third-party domain, googletagmanager.com; no ad network was named and nothing redirected on load.

What the membership holds

The core product is live AI video chat. The FAQ says the character appears on video and reacts during the session with lip sync, gestures and action-based responses. The live-chat page explains that the video is built from pre-produced clips, AI-generated for most characters and filmed with real adult models for a few, while what the character says and the voice are generated as you talk. The same page says the platform launched in 2024.

Text chat and roleplay sit alongside the video, and so does AI sexting, described as its own section. Beyond live sessions, the generator makes images and short videos of the same characters, paid with credits, and a character builder lets you set looks, voice, traits and relationship style for a custom companion. Some characters keep a profile gallery: the everyday photos and clips are free to browse, a larger set opens with a membership, and the explicit shots open one at a time with credits. A choice of human-style, avatar and anime-style characters is filterable on the site.

Memberships come as monthly, quarterly and yearly plans, and the terms describe 30, 90 and 365 days of full access to all characters for one-time payments. A Lifetime membership may be offered as a single payment; if it is, the terms say it never renews and lasts for as long as the service operates.

Who it suits

It suits a buyer who wants the billing laid out before paying: a named processor, a descriptor printed in 2 places, a cancel button inside the account with access kept to period end, and a clear line between plans that renew and one-time passes that do not. Anyone who prefers a one-time purchase can pick a regional method or a voucher and know it will not rebill.

The caveats are real. Refunds are limited to the EU withdrawal right and case-by-case requests, credits expire after a year, and the site asks for an email account and sometimes an identity check. It also runs advertising measurement wherever the policy says consent is not legally required, and after the visitor opts in elsewhere. Within those limits, Xeve.ai is a video-first AI companion site that states its payment, cancellation and data terms in detail.
