What it is and what it costs

EroticNovel.app describes itself as an AI-powered platform where you create, save and enjoy your own fantasy stories. You type a request, pick a style, press Generate, and the site writes a story in 30 to 60 seconds according to the home page, depending on length and your pack. The terms name Tiro Alp Advertising SRL as owner and operator, the privacy policy gives it as registered in Romania with a Bucharest address, and the footer reads "Since 2025".

It is a written-story product. The pages describe text generation in several styles, which the shop page words as "soft to hardcore", and none of them mentions narration or audio. The home page offers a style choice of Romantic, Erotic, Hard and BDSM next to the request box.

There is a small free taste. The home page says "Free trial: up to 50 words", so a first request can be tried before any purchase. Everything beyond that is paid, and it is paid per pack: the shop page says "No subscription required" and "Pay only for what you use". The FAQ explains that the site uses packs of generations, each pack holding a fixed number of story generations, and that one generation is deducted each time you generate a story.

Paying and stopping

The processor is NetValve. The terms say "All payments are securely processed via NetValve; we do not store your payment card details", the privacy policy repeats it and calls NetValve the only payment processor, and the footer says the same. The FAQ is the odd one out: its answer on payment methods reads "Payments are securely processed via ……….", with the name left blank. The footer lists accepted methods as Visa and Mastercard, while the FAQ lists Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Google Pay. Nowhere does the site give the wording a card charge carries, so a buyer learns the statement name only after paying. The contact form has a Billing department option.

In October 2026 the shop page listed 4 products on its first page: Soft writer at $6.99, Erotic writer at $9.99 (marked out of stock), Hardcore writer at $20.99 and Premium Pass at $24.99. The terms say prices appear in the applicable currency and include taxes where required. The FAQ gives pack sizes only as examples, "for example: 10, 20, or 50" generations, and the shop page does not say which product holds which count or what the Premium Pass adds. The shop page also says each story uses credits depending on length and complexity, while the FAQ says packs replace credits, so the unit of purchase is described two ways.

On renewal and cancellation the pages are quiet in a way that matches a one-off product. They describe no recurring plan, no renewal terms and no cancellation steps. The terms and refund policy do refer in general to "credits or subscriptions", but no page describes a subscription product. When a pack runs out, the FAQ says you can buy a new one at any time from the shop.

Refunds are narrow. The refund policy allows them only for duplicate or erroneous charges, or for a technical failure where no generation or attempt at generation was delivered. Once a generation request has been started or processed, even partially, the policy treats the service as delivered and issues no refund, and it cites Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on digital content. A request goes to a payment address within 7 days of the transaction. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, and the policy gives 5 to 14 business days.

The FAQ adds one more condition on buying: all paying customers must pass third-party age verification to access paid features, which it says helps meet legal and payment-processor requirements.

Account, data and the site's rules

The FAQ says you need to register and log in to create and save stories and track your packs. The privacy policy lists what is collected: name, email and an optional gender, user content and preferences, and technical data such as IP address, device type and session data. Billing details go only to NetValve and are never stored on the operator's servers. The home page's "Private. Anonymous." line sits beside this, and the registration requirement is the more specific statement.

Hosting is on servers managed by Contabo GmbH in Germany, and the policy claims encryption in transit and at rest. Sexual preferences count as sensitive information, processed only with explicit consent, not shared with third parties. Analytics come from Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics. The policy says no data is sold or shared for advertising, no marketing or profiling cookies are used, and there is no Facebook Pixel or advertising tracker. A cookie banner with Accept and Reject options is provided. Deletion is by email, and the FAQ promises deletion within 24 hours, subject to legal retention duties; the privacy policy says some data may be kept longer under Romanian or EU accounting and tax law.

The rules sit in the terms and the content guidelines. Both say the service is for adults only, and the site shows an age gate on entry. Allowed content is described as romance, dark romance, fantasy and romantasy, and erotica between consenting adults. Forbidden content includes anything involving minors, acts without consent, extreme violence, hate speech and anything against the law, along with a few other themes the terms list. The guidelines also name a short list of sensitive prompt types that may be blocked or flagged for manual review. Moderation combines input filters, AI output checks, flag-and-review and user reports with a 24-hour takedown procedure. The pages carry no separate age-record statement; the closest equivalent is that content rule and the ban on any depiction of minors. A DMCA and abuse-report page takes notices by email. Terms are governed by Romanian law.

User stories remain the user's property, with a limited license to the operator to store and display them in your account, and use is for personal, non-commercial purposes.

In October 2026 the front page loaded 7 third-party domains, among them a cookie-consent service, Microsoft Clarity and several Google domains, with Google Ads the one ad network named and no redirect elsewhere on load.

What the membership holds

There is no library to browse. What you buy is generation: a request box, a choice of style, and a story written to order and saved to your account. The home page says to write the first line, and the FAQ lists the steps as register or log in, open the Story Generator, enter a prompt describing characters, mood and style, name a genre or theme, and click Generate.

The shop page markets "Instant AI-generated erotic stories" in "multiple writing styles", with explicit content available where you choose it. The FAQ says the stories are generated by the site's AI from your prompts and can be romantic, erotic or dark fantasy provided they follow the terms and guidelines. The shop lists its products as Soft writer, Erotic writer, Hardcore writer and Premium Pass, and the pages do not spell out how they differ.

The pages give no story length, no language list, no image or audio features and no app. They also do not say whether saved stories expire.

Who it suits

It suits a reader who wants to pay a set amount for a set number of stories instead of subscribing, and who wants the refund rule stated up front: duplicate charge or failure before delivery, and nothing once a generation has run. Someone who needs a printed descriptor, a stated cancellation path or an explained Premium Pass will not find them on these pages.

The caveats are the blank processor name in the FAQ, the 2 different descriptions of what a purchase is, the age verification step for buyers, and the absence of a printed statement descriptor. The strength is simplicity: a short free trial, one processor named in the terms, the privacy policy and the footer, pack pricing with no renewal, and a plainly worded policy on what is and is not allowed.
