What it is and what it costs
DirtyGirl Love is an explicit AI companion chat site. Its about page calls it "an adult companion site built for explicit, unfiltered desire", and every companion on it is a fictional persona with a city, a job and a voice: a Vegas VIP host, an LA creator, a Chicago burlesque performer, a Miami bartender and a New Orleans DJ are among those listed. The terms say names, portraits, bios and replies are generated for entertainment and depict no real person.
Access comes in 2 tiers. A free account can chat with select companions on a daily message limit, and the about page says no credit card is required. The paid tier, DirtyGirl Love Pro, is described as opening the full roster, unlimited messaging, every premium companion, the full photo gallery and deeper personalization. There is a single paid plan, billed monthly. The pages describe no annual option, no token packs and no trial that converts into something else, so the money question stays short: the free tier is usable within its limit, and the only thing sold is a monthly subscription.
Paying and stopping
The terms and the privacy policy both say card handling sits with an outside payment provider, and the policy states that card numbers, CVV and full payment credentials are never stored on the site's own servers. The one place a processor is named is a cancellation line in the privacy policy that mentions "your Stripe billing portal link". The terms speak only of "third-party providers" for payment processing, so the processor is implied by that single phrase and never given as a billing heading.
The statement text is printed. The terms say "Your card statement may show DIRTYGIRLLOVE* PRO or a similar discreet descriptor." The front page answers the same question with "Charges appear as DIRTYGIRLLOVE* PRO. Nothing with the site name." The hedge matters: "may show" and "or a similar discreet descriptor" leave room for a variation, so the printed line is the expected text, not a guarantee of the exact characters.
In October 2026 the terms listed DirtyGirl Love Pro at $11.99 per month, billed monthly to the payment method you provide. The same sentence says the plan renews automatically until canceled, so this is a standing monthly charge and not a one-off purchase. The terms add that pricing or features may change with reasonable notice and that a change applies from the next renewal period, not the current one. The front page repeats "$11.99 /mo", "cancel anytime" and "7-day refund" in its closing banner.
Cancellation is described in several places that agree. The terms say you may cancel at any time, that access continues through the end of the paid period, and that you are not charged again afterward. The privacy policy names the routes: Manage subscription on the upgrade page, the Stripe billing portal link, or an email to the site. The contact page lists the same routes and adds the link in the billing email. The front page calls it "Cancel in one click". Nothing on the pages asks for a call, a form or a notice period.
Refunds are narrower. The terms let first-time subscribers request a full refund of the initial charge within 7 days of purchase by emailing the support address. Renewals, partial months and promotional bundles are not guaranteed a refund, except where the law requires one. So the window protects the first month and nothing after it. The contact page says billing and refund requests are prioritized, replies come within 24 hours on business days, and a payment dispute should go to the site before the bank, with most issues resolved within one business day.
Account, data and the site's rules
Registering asks for an email address, a display name and a password, with optional pronouns, orientation and interests. The privacy policy lists what is kept beyond that: messages sent and received, thread history within each companion, per-companion state such as mood and pacing, usage counters for the daily limit and the subscription tier, and a payment processor customer ID. Technical data covers IP address, browser user-agent, device type and referring URL. Guest chats, started without an account, use a temporary identifier in a cookie and are kept for a limited window before being purged.
The policy treats sexual interests shared in chat as sensitive personal data. It says the data is not sold or rented, is not shared for advertising targeting outside the service, and is open only to authorized personnel who need it to run the service or respond to abuse. Message content does go to hosted AI providers as needed to produce a reply, and the policy says those providers apply their own retention and security terms. Deletion is by email, with deletion or anonymization promised within a reasonable period apart from billing, fraud and legal records, and the policy says data may be processed in the United States or other countries where its providers operate. It states there are no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking cookies.
The terms set the age line at 18, and accounts can be ended without refund when the site believes a user is under 18 or misstated their age. The front page uses an "I am 18+" step, and the policy says that acknowledgment is stored locally and asked for again on the next visit. The terms include a 2257 statement: because all visual and conversational content is computer-generated, the record-keeping requirements do not apply. The acceptable-use list bars any content involving minors or imagery of real people made without their consent, impersonating real people, uploading photos of identifiable people without their consent, harassment, scraping and resale, and it forbids tampering with the site's own age and content controls. Governing law is the United States and "the state in which we principally operate", so the pages name no operator and no state.
In October 2026 the front page loaded 0 third-party domains, made 59 requests, named no ad network and did not send the visitor elsewhere.
What the free tier and Pro hold
The free taste is chat. The front page offers a try-out with no sign-up, shown as 3 free messages, after which a free account gets 12 a day. It describes the free taste as including explicit content mid-thread, with Pro adding unlimited messaging, the premium roster and early explicit drops. Some companions on the front page are tagged Pro, so part of the cast sits behind the subscription.
Pro adds the full photo gallery and what the site calls deeper personalization. The privacy policy also mentions voice and a custom-scene feature that accepts an uploaded photo, stored only as long as needed to fulfill the request unless you save it to your account. The uploader must have the right to use the image and, for any identifiable person in it, their consent. The pages give no image resolution, no daily image allowance and no app name, so the product is the website in a browser.
Every companion is AI-made, and the terms put it in one line: "All companions on DirtyGirl Love are AI-generated fictional personas." Replies come from third-party AI models, and the terms warn that outputs can be unpredictable, inaccurate or offensive, and that the service is entertainment, not medical, mental-health or relationship advice.
Who it suits
It suits a reader who wants a named statement descriptor before paying, a cancel route that does not run through support, and a first-charge refund window written into the terms. It also suits someone who wants to try explicit AI chat on a free account first, with no card on file, before deciding on the monthly plan. For a service where chat logs are the product, the policy's plain treatment of sexual interests as sensitive data, with no advertising cookies, answers the data question directly.
3 caveats apply. The pages name no company, owner or address, and the front page calls itself a "Hard-R sister site" without saying of what, so a reader who wants to know who runs it will not find out here. The processor is implied by one phrase and never stated in the billing terms. And the descriptor line is hedged with "or a similar discreet descriptor", so the statement text may differ.
Against that, the billing terms are complete: a single plan, a single price, a printed descriptor, several matching cancel routes and a 7-day first-charge refund window. For a reader who wants the stopping terms before the first charge, that clarity is the strength here.
